-Exodus 20:5 I belong to a group that believes that the Old Testament curses are passed on from generation to generation and need to be expiated or these succeeding generations will remain under it and that could be one of the reasons I'm in poverty and my family was before me and that; if I'm poor, it's because a curse has been passed on from generation to generation and this allows the devil to cause more poverty and hardships in my life. This is based on Exodus 20:5. My group has a ministry where one can take classes to learn how to stop these curses which they say are implemented by the devil. Is this not correct? And if God is a jealous God, why, in the New Testament is jealous something a Christian should not be like?

-Exodus 20:8 My friend, a Seventh day Adventist believes that the seventh day of the week.(Saturday).should be a day of no work.(a sabbath or day of rest).dedicated and kept holy and says that the Bible commands this for New Testament believers. I feel uncomfortable with this but am willing to follow what the Bible says. Is the Sabbath for New Testament believers in Emmanuel the Christ? 

-Exodus 20:11.How did God rest on the Sabbath day?

-Exodus 20:13.Should a Christian go to war, which obviously would entail the killing of others?

-Exodus 25:9.I can find no temple or tabernacle before this time, so to what structure is this scripture referring to?

-Exodus 33:11,20-23; Deuteronomy 34:10. What about Moses who talked with the Creator face to face and Jacob whose name was changed to Israel after seeing God face to face? Genesis 32:30

-Exodus 33:19.Why does God seem here to show such favoritism?

-Exodus 34:6,7 Here the verse says God is mercy and then proceeds with an example of no mercy by stating that the sins of the fathers carry on to the third and forth generation of his children?.Huh?
