-Australopithecus
Group:.The
Australopithecus
Group which also includes Australopithecus anamensis, Australopithecus
boisei and Australopithecus
robustus refer to details of the teeth, jaws and brain size, differing
sufficiently for classification
into five supposed
hominid
species.
-Human
Genome Project:.The
Human Genome Project.(nhgri.nih.gov).involves
1,100 scientists over a decade who crafted a map of the three billion DNA
base pairs or units, that comprise part of the human genome they have discovered.
-Shrimp:.shrimp
have poor eyesight so they keep in touch with close fish with their unusually
long antennas.
-Topology:.In
1904 the great French mathematician Henri Poincaré pioneered studies
in topology,
the mathematical study of the properties of objects that stay unchanged
when they are stretched or bent, such as in
DNA.
In order to translate topological
questions into algebra, Poincaré invented so called 'homotopy groups',
quantities which capture the essence of multi-dimensional spaces in algebraic
terms and have the power to reveal similarities between them.
Poincaré proved that
any so-called.two
dimensional surface having the same homotopy group as the two dimensional
surface of a sphere is topologically
equivalent to a sphere. He thought the same would be true in three
dimensions,
but could not prove it.
Since the 1960s, mathematicians
have confirmed Poincaré's suspicions for all other dimensions using
various.strategies,
with the four dimensional case being solved in 1982. Frustratingly, however,
none of these strategies work in three-dimensions,
because there is no such things
as two dimensions or four dimensions in designs on Earth. All we work
with is three-dimensional or that which only appears to be two-dimensional
-Stars:.Stars
are important to God:.Psalms
147:4;
1Corinthians 15:41.
He made them:.Psalms
8:3. They are high:.Job
22:12.
They last a long time. They
have been there almost 'forever'. What man makes just doesn't last. Ever
bought a cell phone, TV or car?
The North Star, Polaris,
the only star whose position never moves. The location of this star is
at the end of the handle of the Little Dipper.(seven
bright stars that form the constellation
, known to the Romans as Ursa Minor).and
almost at the north celestial
pole. Polaris is a binary
star of second magnitude
and is about 300 light-years
from the Earth.
The Big Dipper also has
seven stars. Known to the ancient Romans as Ursa Major. Among the Hindus,
it represents the seven rishis or holy
ancient sages.
Of the seven stars constituting the Big Dipper, six are of the second magnitude
and one is of the third magnitude. Two of the second-magnitude stars form
the outer edge of the bowl and point directly to the North Star called
Polaris and hence are called the Pointers.
But what's more important
than stars to God?.Matthew
6:26; Daniel 12:3.
