-Ephesians
5:18.What
does it mean."to
be filled with the Spirit"?
Paul here refers to a few
chapters back, Ephesians 3 and verses 16-20.
-Hebrews
11:40.What
does this verse mean?
Emmanuel
had come to where He died, was resurrected and where His nature of love
started to be living in those
who were exposed to the higher consciousness things of the spirit that
Emmanuel lived as example.
These are the."better
things for us", that we draw near or become
in alignment with the Father by:.Hebrews
7:19 "For the law made nothing perfect,
but the bringing in of a better hope did, by the which we draw nigh
unto God."
-Matthew
6:14 If we are already for all time forgiven why did Emmanuel say this?
Emmanuel was talking to those
yet unsaved. It was still the
time of the old covenant. In the new covenant we are already forgiven,
once
for all time. Once for all times makes it nice! And that is how God
is:.Matthew
11:28-30 "Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden and
I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek
and lowly in heart and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke
is easy and my burden is light."
-Luke
9:24 "For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever
will lose his life
for my sake.(the
things
of a higher consciousness), the
same shall save it."
-Hebrews
13:15.What
does it mean here."by
him"?
"By him".means
that through Him, that is, Emmanuel the Christ, an individual's praise
can go directly to God the Father:.Matthew
11:27 ".....neither knows any man the Father, save the Son and he to
whomsoever the Son will reveal
him.".Then
we are equal with Him.
To do things 'by him' is to be at
one with Christ, God the Father and the Holy Spirit.
-2Corinthians
12:7 What was this."thorn
in the flesh".that
Paul talked about that he had?
Paul
understood why he had this. It was to keep this incredibly intelligent
man in humility, which is being in agreement with God:.James
4:6; 1Peter 5:5.
It was some kind of personal
spiritual problem that he wished
he did not have. Exactly what it was, we cannot be sure, although Paul
did have difficulty
seeing.
-1John
2:14 Does it mean here that they have defeated Satan for all time?
Yeah! And how
they came to this point?
-2Corinthians
2:15,16 What does this mean?
Paul is referring
in this chapter to his first
epistle (letter) to the Corinthian church in the
nation of Greece, where he castigated
them for disorders:.1Corinthians
1:11; 4:18,21; 5:1,2,5,11,13.
Read through the rest of the book of 1Corinthians with these things in
mind. It's interesting.
Paul says that some in this
church were carnal
to the point of thinking this life was all there is or at least acting
as if this was their belief. He is referring in verse 16 to how he came
across to these Christians who were so much like
babies yet:.1Corinthians
3:1-3.
