Immunization.traditionally refers to a natural exposure to antigens, followed by the body's natural immune response, building lasting natural immunity. The word 'vaccination' alternatively, refers to a medical procedure that typically triggers hyper-sensitization reactions within the lymphatic system, causing massive immediate and/or long term health issues, due in part to the poisons added to the concoction. God made the system work. Why tinker with it? Ignorance? Greed? Secret alterior motives.

Your immune system is a circulating nervous system of cells constantly listening to what's going on in body. The main thing that strengthens the immune system and even beyond into healing is strong love, for why are you sick when the Creator is love? The Creator never gets sick and you are in Him and if not in optimum health, perhaps not awakened yet.

Parts of this remarkable immune system present many problems for a model of gradual evolution. Why is our system able to inform us when we are not well? We know it does. We know nerves and cells are used in the process. But how did the body come to develop this complicated information system? If it wasn't all functioning immediately, then man would have died while he was awaiting evolution to develop the immune system in him. Our bodies had to be made all at once or we just would not be here.

Human skin excretes an enzyme that chops up RNA. Many viruses are made from RNA. To such a threat to the health of the body, the enzyme is deadly.

Viruses build large icosahedral.capsids to enclose and deliver their genetic material to new host cells. Viruses show perfect symmetry in their agglomeration of icosahedral capsids as they are clumpted together by bodily systems for disposal.

Exactly.60 capsids, all with identical structures combine to make up the capsid tobacco necrosis clumps called a virus. Others, depending upon size, can comprise 180 subunits; same as your garbage cans, holding various items for disposal.

At the onset of an illness, automatic defense occurs. Bacterial cells must be differentiated from blood cells, clumps of unwanted material the body wants rid of, differentiated from connective tissue, etc. It's an amazing intelligent system. The immune system can't see and must rely upon 'touch'. 

Antibodies 'recognize' the difference between an invader.(old, used, decaying and dead bacterium clumped together).and other cells in the blood stream, such as the erythrocytes.(red corpuscles {red blood cells}).and the tissues they are constantly bumping into. Your body's immune system is extremely strong and fully capable of looking after you well throughout your life, that is, as long as you don't screw it up.

Antibodies are remarkably complex systems which mark the invaders to the blood stream as a signal to other systems to destroy it. The mechanism that allows the body to acquire tolerance to its own tissues had to be present from the start of the immune system, as an immediate part of a fully functioning body.

Diversity, recognition, toleration, destruction; all these and more, interact with each other. A 'gradualistic' evolutionary accounting of the immune system is blocked by many interwoven requirements. A large number of antibodies does nothing if there is not a system to back it up by killing the invaders. One couldn't have existed without the other. One couldn't have evolved as a result of changes in its predecessor. Evolution is just a bunch of crap!

It is not understood how white blood cells in the immune system can affect the chromosomes containing white blood cell DNA in such a way as to alter them to effectively deal with new invasive infective substances.

The immune system can easily recognize exceedingly great numbers of different invaders and even recognize actions of an invader it hasn't yet identified. How it does this... Our corollary is a virus program able to utilize a heuristic approach in checking computers for virus like activity.

Many of the molecules of the immune system have a distinctive shape, composed of many flexible arms, in order to take advantage of the cooperativity of the designed back up system, reducing entropy. This back up system involves proteins exhibiting multivalent.binding, that is, once one site on the protein has bound some invader, the other sites are held in close proximity to the target, increasing the probability of binding and decreasing entropy.

The oligomeric proteins in cells form closed, symmetrical complexes based on ideal point symmetry groups. The symmetrical association of proteins provides stability and control which could not occur if asymmetrical associations were transpiring. Unwanted aggregation of cells is dangerous to cells. 

Factories float around in huge numbers poised to deliver antibodies in virtually every shape, that can stick to an invader. How does the body make and know how to make, all these billions of differently shaped antibodies? Once attached they know the invader's code and this goes into memory if later needed.

There is an elegant trick for making very many different antibodies without requiring enormous quantities of genetic material to code for the proteins.....pages 126-134 of Darwin's Black Box shows how and also shows how this amazing system adds yet another barrier to Darwinian evolution.
