The scientific literature
contains no evidence that natural
selection working on mutation
can produce an eye, a lens, retina,
rhodopsin.(visual
purple), or retinal.(Vitamin
A). The 'miracle' of differentiation
of colors enabling us to see a Sunset in all its glory, is a creative marvel.
The human retina has 125
million rods that see in black and white and 7 million that see in color.
Complex 'filtering
computers'
enable the process.
What if evolution chose instead
to use zinc instead of Vitamin A? And why didn't it? Or perhaps Vitamin
C? Maybe K? Vitamin A is what makes it work. What if the eye's fluid was
only changed annually by the body, instead of every four hours? Why is
it things work the way they do? Who made them that way, evolution or Creator-God?
Did
God know what He was doing? Well, can you see? Aren't
you glad you can?
A photon
of light causes a change in shape of the retinal molecule. This forces
a change in the shape of a larger protein called rhodopsin, which is bonded
to the retinal molecule. Then this process is turned off, restoring cells
to their original state. Several mechanisms are involved in doing all this.
Detailed explanations are in.Darwin's
Black Box, on pages 22-27. Is eyesight a good thing? What of God
is there not to like?
As was said earlier in the
book."a theory
is valuable only if it can lead to new findings. In order to claim that
systems developed gradually.(gradualism).by
a Darwinian mechanism, it must be shown that the function of a system could
have been formed by numerous successive slight modifications.".Evolutionary
theory is deficient because it fails to explain in detail every relevant
step in processes of complex functioning, necessary for maintenance of
life. Instead the theory relies upon conjectural.extrapolation
of anatomical structures, resulting in questionable.(because
they are not able to be
quantified
and therefore are unscientific).philosophical.determinations.
For the eye to function as
it does, many proteins functioning in concert.(all
together in harmony of action).result
in 'interpreting' the reaction of the retina to the photon,
with the end result being what we call vision. The biological complexities,
interdependencies and synchronic
functioning required to produce this phenomenon
are mind boggling. Evolution overrides these meticulous
interactions taking place in mechanisms supporting life by waving the wand
of generalities over complex functions.
The body is so remarkably
designed that Paul Barton.(PSB
Speakers {home audio speakers of incredible clarity}),
board member of the National Research Council in Canada, relates the story
of how one of his employees, while in university doing his thesis, developed
a pair of eyeglasses which would reverse the image our naked eye sees,
but the brain corrects it placing it right side up. After two hours of
wearing these glasses the brain corrected the image, placing it right side
up. After removing them, his naked eye saw things backward, but two hours
later ...you guessed it! Now that's fast adaption with built in correction
ability! Just astounding! It's akin
to the fabulous Monarch
butterfly.
Evolutionists engaging in
legerdemain
have
misled many over the years.
Often use of circular reasoning
is used in the areas of higher 'education' when it comes to politics, medicine/pharmaceutical
and education concerns. Such circumlocution
used in evolutionary
theory is part of the corrupt
educational system.worldwide.and
when taught as fact,
it's miseducation.
For example of such circular
reasoning:."An
improved retina may be useless without an improved lens,
but both retinas and lenses are subject to individual variation.
Some of the better retinas would be found in individuals who also
had
better lenses, so that the improvements on average could
be favored."....George
C. Williams,.The
Pony Fish's Glow, 1997, Basic Books,
New York, N.Y, page 13. What's he saying? He doesn't tell us what would
cause these individual variations; perhaps he doesn't know, but that would
be helpful as an overview. To know what's a better retina or an improved
lens, you have to know what isn't. I'm sure he means that vision
is impaired. Better retinas with better lenses means better seeing and
this would be improvement which could be favored. No kidding! But he says
'could be', like, why would it not be? Oh, well. Such are those explanations
that leave the listener with ambiguities.

And, the evolutionist
Lamark's

Among animals,
there is such diversity
of eyes; for example, the elephant.
More.evolutionary
conjecture.
Another statement, this
one well founded, from the book. The
Whole Shebang, Timothy Ferris, 1998, Touchstone, New York, N.Y., which
tells us:."things
are as they are, because they were as they were";
which however,
really could give us an interesting overview:.Ecclesiaster

Seals and whales:.Whales
are related to the dolphins. Whales
range in size up to 55 feet and 57 tons.(63
tonnes).
Whales seem to do strange
things at times, like beaching themselves. One reason
may be, is
that loud sonar broadcasting the Navy has been testing, with sound energy
to 240 decibels has been found to injure, disorient, deafen and kill marine
animals.
Whales, dolphins, seals,
sea lions and as well as bats possess an amazing
echolocation
ability.
Deep diving elephant seals
also have scientists puzzled. The behavior was disclosed by the latest
satellite computer tracking devices, pinned to the seals' backs by scientists
at the Sea Mammal Research Unit in St. Andrews, Scotland and Cambridge,
England. It was found that these seals can dive down a mile.(1.66
kilometers).while
holding breath for up to two hours. They can dive effortlessly because
they start off with a few powerful strokes of their flippers and then easily
plunge the rest of the way as their lungs collapse under the increasing
water pressure. A well balanced and efficient synergistic
system. What they can't explain is how they can survive without surfacing
for so long. But we can!
