Revelation 5:1,2 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.(Eclectic Notes:.Ezekiel 2:9,10). And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and to loose the seals thereof?

Revelation 5:3 And no man.(original for 'man', is 'one').in heaven.(*), nor in Earth, neither under the Earth.(anyone now dead who may have been qualified; just a way of saying that no one was able to have power whether by virtue of one's own ability and resources or of a state of mind or through favourable circumstances or by permission of law or custom to open this book or even qualified to look at it), was able to open the book.(what book?), neither to look thereon.

Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders said unto me, Weep not. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah.(Emmanuel aka Jesus:.Matthew 1:2,3 with Luke 3:33), the Root of David.(Isaiah 11:1), has prevailed.(original 'conquered':.Revelation 19:16).to open the book and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Revelation 5:6 And I beheld and lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts and in the midst of the elders.(these were some of the spiritual family we can't yet see), stood a Lamb.(symbolic of Emmanuel being the lamb of God).as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are.(or, represent).the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the Earth.

Revelation 5:7,8 And he came and took the book.(verses 1,2 above).out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song.(Revelation 15:3), saying, You are worthy to take the book and to open the seals thereof. For you were slain and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every kindred and tongue and people and nation;

Such a great reason to be happy right now!

Revelation 5:10 And has made us unto our God kings and priests. And we'll reign on Earth.

Finally the long awaited kingdom of the Creator will be extant.

A king or queen is one having great responsibility for others' welfare and they won't be like the ones the Earth has had, which cared not for people at all but only for themselves. 
A priest is a spiritual advisor to the king.

Revelation 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands of thousands;

Revelation 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing.

Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven.(and who are they all?).and on the Earth and under the Earth and such as are in the sea and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing and honour and glory and power, be unto him that sits upon the throne.(the Creator controls all).and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Revelation 5:14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that lives for ever and ever.

Revelation 6:1-5 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw and behold a white horse and he that sat on him had a bow and a crown was given unto him and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red. And power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the Earth, and that they should kill one another and there was given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. 

Revelation 6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny and three measures of barley for a penny and see you hurt not the oil and the wine.

Revelation 6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast.(here the original word 'beast' is 'being', a living being).say, Come and see.

Revelation 6:8 And I looked and behold a pale horse.(one's pale if severely ill; original word for 'pale' is 'yellowish green'). And his name that sat on him was Death and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the Earth, to kill with sword and with hunger and with death and with the beasts.(here the original word 'beasts' is 'animal', metaphorically 'a brutal, bestial man', 'savage, 'ferocious').of the Earth.

The word 'beast' in Revelation 20:4 and in Daniel 7:3,17,23 have the same meaning as the word 'beasts' here in verse 8.

Revelation 6:9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain.(after death one's soul lives on:.Ezekiel 18:4).for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.

Original word is correct for English word 'slain' and also gives 'kill'. It could also apply to.Colossians 3:3 "For you are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God.".where notes there show how you are dead.

Revelation 6:10,11 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the Earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants.(those not Christian but are favored in mind because of their helpfulness to others:.Matthew 25:45).also and their brethren that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Notes on this fifth seal.

Revelation 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal and lo, there was a great Earthquake.(Revelation 8:13; 16:18).and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became as blood.

This scripture alludes to Matthew 24:29,30 and Acts 2:20.

Barnes New Testament Notes:."The word blood here means that obscure, sanguinary {blood like} colour which the moon has when the atmosphere is filled with smoke and vapour and especially the lurid and alarming appearance which it assumes when smoke and flames are thrown up by Earthquakes and fiery eruptions"

Revelation 6:13,14 And the stars of heaven fell unto the Earth, even as a fig tree casts her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Revelation 16:18.

Revelation 6:15 And the kings of the Earth and the great men and the rich men and the chief captains and the mighty men and every bondman.(those having made an agreement to be under another's authority and that without questioning, such as a political lackey, policeman, etc. may be).and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 

Revelation 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb.

Those who delight in doing evil things will face this fate, if they haven't changed up to this time. Will they then awaken?

Revelation 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come and who shall be able to stand?
