Ezekiel 17:24 And all the trees of the field shall know that I the Lord have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree and have made the dry tree to flourish. I the Lord have spoken and have done it.
A prediction of the Creator's world government supplanting man's world governments.
Ezekiel 18:4 Behold, all souls.(word 'souls' here speaking not of the Soul of all, which is God, but individual living souls, such as a man, woman or child).are mine. As the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine. The soul that sins.(?).it shall die.(Matthew 10:28)..
What happens to the soul once the physical body is gone, does the soul live on.(Ecclesiastes 12:7; Matthew 10:28; Luke 23:46; Revelation 6:9) and what then would those passed on be doing? The are alive or Paul would not have said that you can pray for them?

Original of the verse is."Souls; soul father, soul son, soul sin death.", so from that the translators did the best they could; it could just as easily have been.'The soul of any can become wayward, lost on a pathway of death'; read the verses following the verse 4 up to verse 9 for context.

The word 'soul' in the Old Testament part of the Bible refers to a physical human being:.Psalms 72:12-14. In the New Testament the word 'soul' often refers to the invisible spirit of you.having been connected to the Soul (large 'S' refers to the true God of all light, love, compassion, health and prosperity, that is, your 'soul' (small 's') connected to God and because of that, it's called your spirit, that is, your soul connected to God within you:.Romans 8:14; John 1:12.

Without a soul, your soul, there is no connection possible with God. All of humanity comes with a full soul. The 'mankind' people lack a full soul and have little if any conscience. You can tell who they may be by what they are like:.Matthew 7:16-20. What does this mean and who are they?

The Soul is the intelligent informational grid.(*), which connects absolutely everything, the network of the invisible, behind which is the fulcrum, the Stillness, the Creator-Father or master energy potential of all and everything. Man and all things are really energy of the Soul in various forms, whereas the invisible world beyond the five senses is the supporting structure, an actual grid structure which is constantly altered according to belief and expanding as information increases. Man believes such a way and so this contributes into the structure which we call the collective consciousness and out of which we have what we see (for example, physical Earth with all its wonders comes out of this intelligent invisible energy) and what we are in life?

Think of the Soul creation of the Creator as the life and think of the Soul being the structure. We reach the Creator 'behind' the structure in meditation and this raises one above the cause and effect laws of the Soul (all there is, is of the Soul, is the Soul, is the Infinite Intelligent Energy), such as, the cause and effect laws, one being, reap what has been sown, emotional feelings both good and bad ones, gravity, magnetism, etc. "Your soul has already got the tasks which had been put in before."....Grigori Grabovoi, that is, all the amazing things this person Grabovoi can do are in what we call the Soul and as such, are available to all who have the key to unlock such great abilities as shown here.

In the Old Testament the Soul of God and the spirit of man was typified by the ancient tabernacle and its physical relationship with man. Intelligent energy and knowledge is what all things are and they all are affected by attitude.

Attitude of high consciousness is spirituality. What does that involve? Once on the spiritual road we are able to clearly see both the good and the bad, the bad so we can learn the good and this good then is high consciousness spirituality. Aligning with love is the highest consciousness.

Sin is missing the mark of high consciousness, missing the mark of love and establishing, unfortunately mostly by default, one's life on the low consciousness non spiritual ego level. That's why life is vapid for most.

Re the word 'die': indicates a process in the original; that is, the 'pathway to hell' as some call it, is the way of destruction of one's life here and now when he or she hasn't learned as yet to curb the prompts of the ego and follow the prompts of love available to take one on a spiritual pathway.

Ezekiel 18:5 But if a man be just and do that which is lawful and right,

Ezekiel 18:6 And has not eaten upon the mountains.(a common practice back then for those using objects in their religious practices involving giving attention to idols in their ceremonies, which were often placed as high as possible so people would see them as much as they could), neither has lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither has defiled his neighbour's wife, neither has come near to a menstruous.(the Old Testament.Mosaic Law {now done away as a law but had some good principles} included regulations for cleanliness, decency and propriety).woman,

Ezekiel 18:7 And has not oppressed any, but has restored to the debtor his pledge.(the taking of articles as security for something loaned), has spoiled none by violence, has given his bread to the hungry and has covered the naked with a garment;

Ezekiel 18:8 He that has not given forth upon usury, neither has taken any increase.(taken more than his share; taken advantage not considering others {a hog at a dinner, someone seeing another drop a hundred dollar bill quickly picks it up for himself}), that has withdrawn his hand from iniquity, has executed true judgment between man and man.

Ezekiel 18:9 Has walked in my statutes and has kept my judgments to deal truly.(integrity); he is just.(correct), he shall surely live, says the Lord God.
There is only one way to really live.
Ezekiel 18:10-12 If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood and that does the like to any one of these things, And that does not any of those duties, but even has eaten upon the mountains and defiled his neighbour's wife, has oppressed the poor and needy, has spoiled by violence, has not restored the pledge and has lifted up his eyes to the idols, has committed abomination.
Ezekiel 18:10-12 If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood and that does the like to any one of these things, And that does not any of those duties, but even has eaten upon the mountains and defiled his neighbour's wife, has oppressed the poor and needy, has spoiled by violence, has not restored the pledge.(the taking of articles as security for loans; this was very early practiced and restrictions were given in the ancient law that no unfair advantage should be taken thereby; the now defunct.Mosaic law required that when an Israelite needed to borrow, what he asked was to be freely lent to him and no interest was to be charged, although interest might be taken of a foreigner; but today, there are no 'foreigners' now amongst those of higher consciousness, so things are not as they were in the time of the now done way with Mosaic Law:.Galatians 3:26,28; today it's a thing of the heart, problem is, many hearts remain on the dark side of greed and selfishness; back then, at the end of every seven years all debts were forgiven {Deuteronomy 15:1-18}, but of course the people didn't follow this in their relations with the poor amongst them, choosing greed instead:.Nehemiah 5:1-10).and has lifted up his eyes to the idols, has committed abomination.
Ezekiel 18:13 Has given forth upon usury and has taken increase; shall he then live? He shall not live. He has done all these abominations, he shall surely die. His blood shall be upon him.

Ezekiel 18:14-16 Now, lo, if he beget a son, that sees all his father's sins which he has done and considers and does not such like, That has not eaten upon the mountains, neither has lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel.(who is Israel today?), has not defiled.his neighbour's wife, Neither has oppressed any, has not withholden the pledge, neither has spoiled by violence, but has given his bread to the hungry and has covered the naked with a garment.

Ezekiel 18:17 That has taken off his hand from the poor, that has not received usury nor increase, has executed my judgments, has walked in my statutes, he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live.

Ezekiel 18:18,19 As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity. Yet say you, Why? does not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son has done that which is lawful and right and has kept all my statutes and has done them, he shall surely live.
Ezekiel 18:18,19 As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother.(today, who is your brother?).by violence and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity. Yet say you, Why? does not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son has done that which is lawful and right and has kept all my statutes.(the 'statutes' always were the eternal unchanging principles regarding love, because that's what the Creator is {1John 4:7,8,16}; throughout Old Testament times right up to the time of the Crucifixion, the high principles of the Creator were entwined with the ritualistic.Mosaic law).and has done them, he shall surely live.
Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sins, it shall die.(so, it's important to know what the Bible means using the word 'sin'). The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.(?).

Ezekiel 18:21,22 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he has committed and keep all my statutes and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he has committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him. In his righteousness that he has done he shall live..(*)

Ezekiel 18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says the Lord God and not that he should return from his ways and live?

Ezekiel 18:24 But when the righteous turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All his righteousness that he has done shall not be mentioned. In his trespass that he has trespassed and in his sin that he has sinned, in them shall he die.(you reap what you sow).

Ezekiel 18:25 Yet you say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel, Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?

Ezekiel 18:26 When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity and dies in them, for his iniquity that he has done shall he die.

Ezekiel 18:27,28 Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed and does that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. Because he considers and turns away from all his transgressions that he has committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Ezekiel 18:29 Yet says the house of Israel.(who are they today?), The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal?
People feel about God as they themselves are; here they felt God was a hypocrite; low consciousness persons lack depth of spiritual comprehension until they decide to be in the high consciousness realm:.Hebrews 3:10.
Ezekiel 18:30 Therefore I will judge you.(God doesn't personally judge; well then, who does?), O house of Israel.(who is Israel today?), every one according to his ways, says the Lord God. Repent.(means to decide to be different than the evil ways of one's past).and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.(as it was in Derek' life).

Ezekiel 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed, by making yourself a new heart and a new spirit, for why will you die, O house of Israel?
Ezekiel 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions.(what are they? how to cast them off and how to make a new heart), whereby you have transgressed, by making.(original 'do').yourself a new heart and a new spirit.(how? by deciding for high consciousness ways {Matthew 6:33; 7:7} and how can I start on the road to a better life of high consciousness ways?.John 10:10. God will never override you, so it's you that's got to step forward in your mind, how, see John 10:10 notes), for why will you die.(Ezekiel 33:11), O house of Israel?.(decide to have change for the better in your life and the Lord helps, but you have to take the first step towards God and that could be getting rid of what may have been limiting you and to that end see the movie.The Grand Self)

A better translation could have been, 'Be smart enough house of Israel, to see that it's necessary to get away from those ways you've lived that have brought you nothing of any permanent value, keeping you on the road of death and instead head onto the pathway of life'.

Ezekiel 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, says the Lord God. Wherefore turn yourselves around and live.
Our part is to want change and make the choice to do so. God's part is to facilitate your decision toward good:.Ecclesiastes 12:1.
Ezekiel 20:2,3 Then came the word of the Lord unto me, saying, Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel and say unto them, Thus says the Lord God; Are you come to enquire of me? As I live, says the Lord God, I will not be enquired of by you.

Ezekiel 20:4,5 Wilt thou judge them, son of man, wilt thou judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers; And say unto them, Thus says the Lord God; In the day when I chose Israel and lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the Lord your God;

Ezekiel 20:6 In the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands.

Ezekiel 20:7,8 Then said I unto them, Cast you away every man the abominations of his eyes and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt.(how were they defiled with these phony.trinkets they stupidly gave attention to?). I am your God.(remember me who brought you safely out of the bondage you were in for 400 years). But they rebelled against me and would not hearken unto me.(Numbers 14:43-45). They did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt. Then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.
God was upset over their stupidity and angered by their attitude, which was taking them away from the purpose God wanted them to learn about, their purpose.(*).for being here in the first place. They were completely unthankful and forgetful of all God had done for them in taking them out of captivity.(*).and safely toward what was to be a better life for them, the promised land.(Numbers 13:18-21), but they didn't want a better life by learning anything about God and just wanted to forget God (Jeremiah 44:16,17), do their own thing with the asinine.idolatrous.worship practices they had adopted and like little kids, their minds were on play, with never a hint toward what they were on Earth for:.1Corinthians 10:7.
Ezekiel 20:9,10 But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt. Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt and brought them into the wilderness.

Ezekiel 20:11 And I gave them my statutes and showed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.
Mark 10:22-26.
Ezekiel 20:12 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.

Ezekiel 20:13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness. They walked not in my statutes and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them and my sabbaths they greatly polluted. Then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

Ezekiel 20:14 But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.

Ezekiel 20:15 Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;

Ezekiel 20:16 Because they despised my judgments and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths, for their heart went after their idols.

Ezekiel 20:17 Nevertheless mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.

Ezekiel 20:18 But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk you not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols.
But, why didn't they listen to their Creator?.Deuteronomy 5:29.
Ezekiel 20:19 I am the Lord your God. Walk in my statutes and keep my judgments and do them;

Ezekiel 20:20 And hallow my sabbaths.(?).and they shall be a sign between me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.

Ezekiel 20:21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me. They walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them. They polluted my sabbaths. Then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

Ezekiel 20:22 Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand.(why? this chapter 20, verses 43,44 just below).and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

Ezekiel 20:23 I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen and disperse them through the countries;

Ezekiel 20:24 Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes and had polluted my sabbaths and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.

Ezekiel 20:25 Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good and judgments whereby they should not live;

Ezekiel 20:26 And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that open the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the Lord.
We are here to become as the Creator is so we can be blessed.
Ezekiel 20:27-30 Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel and say unto them, Thus says the Lord God; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me. For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill and all the thick trees and they offered there their sacrifices and there they presented the provocation of their offering. There also they made their sweet savour and poured out there their drink offerings. Then I said unto them, What is the high place whereunto you go? And the name thereof is called Bamah unto this day. Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God; Are you polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit you whoredom after their abominations?

Ezekiel 20:31 For when you offer your gifts, when you make your sons to pass through the fire.(these ancient people called the nation of Israel were so anxious to adopt foolish ideas they became aware of, which other nations followed, that, in these things they corrupted themselves badly, thinking all the while that it was ok, even to the point of killing their own children:.Isaiah 1:13-15; Proverbs 14:12. And all this because they simply didn't trust the true Creator when He said that His ways are best:.Deuteronomy 30:19. They just had to get out there and experiment for themselves, playing God as it were. Today we even continue using this same idiotic line of reasoning for our actions. Who's behind it to so badly 'dumb them out'? And what horrible things are still being done, knowledge of them kept from the good people who would do something about these atrocities?), you pollute yourselves with all your idols.(these ancients had so many stupid idols, it's hard to count them), even unto this day and shall I be enquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, says the Lord God, I will not be enquired of by you.
These ancients still looked to the true God, if they felt this might be some benefit to them, but God wasn't at all interested as they were just going more solidly into evil things:.Titus 1:15.
Ezekiel 20:32-38 And that which comes into your mind shall not be at all, that you say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone. As I live, says the Lord God, surely with a mighty hand and with a stretched out arm and with fury poured out, will I rule over you. And I will bring you out from the people and will gather you out of the countries wherein you are scattered, with a mighty hand and with a stretched out arm and with fury poured out. And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people and there will I plead with you face to face.(get them away from the corruption first). Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, says the Lord God.(God's purpose is to help people). And I will cause you to pass under the rod and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant. And I will purge out from among you the rebels and them that transgress against me. I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn and they shall not enter into the land of Israel.(and just who are the people of 'Israel' today?).and you shall know that I am the Lord

Ezekiel 20:39 As for you, O house of Israel, thus says the Lord God; Go you, serve you every one his idols.(Hosea 4:17; Acts 7:42).and hereafter also, if you will not hearken unto me. But pollute you my holy name no more with your gifts and with your idols.
Go and live the way you obviously want to, but keep my name out of it. Don't do it as though you're doing it thinking you are pleasing me.
Ezekiel 20:40 For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, says the Lord God, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me. There will I accept them and there will I require your offerings and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.

Ezekiel 20:41,42 I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people and gather you out of the countries wherein you have been scattered and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.(others will see the blessings bestowed upon you all and see that I am truly a good God, a Creator that cares). And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.

Ezekiel 20:43,44 And there shall you remember your ways.(their ways as described in this chapter 20 are in verses 6-39; why remember them unless you do something with them and what could that be?).and all your doings, wherein you have been defiled and you shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that you have committed. And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have wrought with you.(Ephesians 2:10).for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings.(the good God is all for you), O you house of Israel.(talking here about ancient Israel, but why it applies today in cleaning ourselves up), says the Lord God.
