-What does it mean."sin is not imputed where there is no law".as it says in.Romans 5:13?

Sin means 'missing the mark' of love, as humanity has done since its beginning regarding a relationship with God.and others. Doing 'wrong' is doing things that are unloving toward anyone, for all God is, is love:.1John 4:6-8,16. If you're out of love, you're out of God. If you're out of doing good, you're out of God.

This sinful.(unloving).way of man comes naturally as part of what man came here with and into. It was all designed to be that way so we would have both evil and good in life. Why

The law in the Old Testament was made so people would realize that they were under sin.(Romans 5:13), the state of sin we were all under because of Adam's direction:.Romans 5:12,13,16-20; 1Corinthians 15:22

From this we are on Earth to awaken to our true state:.2Timothy 1:9. The first Adam was the problem and the last Adam, the answer to it:.Romans 5:17; 1Corinthians 15:45.

Creator's time came to implement the so-called.Mosaic Law for the ancient Israelites, who eventually came out of their wilderness wandering of forty years:.Numbers 14:22-24,27-33

The Mosaic Law provided a special designation of being Creator's people to the particular nation He chose back then to be an example for other nations to follow:.Deuteronomy 28:1,2. He wanted them to agree to follow what was good for them that He had for them:.Exodus 19:8; Deuteronomy 28:2-14. It was disastrous! But, the historical lesson needed to be written:.1Corinthians 10:11.

But being just natural people having to one extent or the other, left the nature of love in them that each.of humanity.was born with, these people of the Old Testament had taken on.(had taken on how?).the learning of how to act from their destructive ego level and felt that they were ok with it all:.Proverbs 14:12; Jeremiah 11:7,8; 16:10-12

They just did not have the heart to keep this ancient law they even agreed to follow as adults, although it seemed like a great idea at the time.(just like the New Year resolutions of many people):.Deuteronomy 5:29; Jeremiah 11:8; 13:10; 16:19; 18:10-12; 24:7; Romans 8:7; *.

So, Creator had to give humanity a new nature, a new heart, one that was better for them. It's up to us to feed the new nature, to nurture it, as one would with their baby. How? Why? If you love it, you'll feed it, wanting it to grow. You always have the choice not to. God never overrides anyone.

The Mosaic Law was a law designed by God.(Romans 7:14).for a carnal people.(Exodus 18:16,20; 2Kings 17:37; 2Chronicles 33:8; Hebrews 9:1,10).and not for those now born of the Holy Nature, the Holy Spirit, the nature of love and power of God.(Galatians 3:23-26; John 1:12; 1John 2:29: 5:1,4).and who have this love in their hearts.

The law of old had to tell them not to murder, not to steal; has to tell them to know God and tell them not to erect graven.(carved).images to worship, etc.:.Exodus 20:1-17; Deuteronomy 5:6-22. So God took this law away at the cross. It was to write in history for all humanity that the way to the heart is beyond physical control by using rules and regulations:.Ephesians 2:15,16; Colossians 2:14; Romans 13:10. Humanity is on the path to learning that; one of the reasons man is here.

Until Christ came, men always 'missed the mark' in a relationship with God.(sonship), God having provided for this relationship with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, etc. by their belief.(itself a gift from God), with their sins 'held over', as it were till Christ came.(Romans 3:25), their faith having ensured the promise for them:.Hebrews 11:39,40; 1Corinthians 3:16; 6:3. More under Mosaic Law

This law provided the objectivity for those people then to see when they were out of line with both God and each other. The law was so they could clearly see offences:.Romans 5:20. It was not designed to make them perfect:.Hebrews 7:19; 9:9; 10:1,4,9,10,14,16,17. No physical law can make anyone perfect because no physical law itself can affect the heart in a way where man becomes a loving being.

The law caused sin to gain dominion over one:.Romans 6:14. Sin's strength was the law:.1Corinthians 15:56. The law.(and one cannot extract a part of it as many have done by pulling out and applying the commandments part and using it as a basis for their religion).caused thinkers back then to see that there just was no hope in law-keeping to ever become righteous in God's eyes:.Romans 7:13. The law worked wrath:.Romans 4:15. Keeping the commandments always leaves one lacking:.Matthew 19:18-20

The Mosaic Law was still in effect when Emmanuel was talking to this young man:.Matthew 19:16-26. The way into the holiest of holies had yet to occur with His death, resurrection and ascension to the Father in heaven:.Hebrews 9:8,11,12; John 20:17

However, the Pharisees, rather than accepting the real purpose why God designed the law, found a way around it, making themselves righteous when the law was to make one guilty:.Romans 3:19. Society is much the same today where things are twisted to the advantage of those doing the twisting.

The 'educated' look at the world and miss seeing the purpose of life, choosing instead to theorize that life must revolve around the self, that we are here for number 1. They are not part of a serving others mentality but seem as though they would rather maintain a controller attitude.

This Pharisaic legalism based on the law as followed by the Pharisees, Sadducees and the ancient scribes, doctorsand lawyers can so pervert the mind that one can 'in the name of God' call evil good and good evil.(Isaiah 5:20).thus believing that even murdering others is ok using rationalizations including 'it's for the greater good'. This thinking obviates the role of the master potter in it all.

Highly educated and intelligent Paul was like this prior to his conversion.

Similar were the Pharisees, who bragged about their knowledge of the Old Testament tenets.

What they did to Emmanuel:.Matthew 26:14-16;.Proverbs 18:5 "It is not good to accept.(original implies 'to be influenced by').the person of the wicked.(in order to).to overthrow the righteous in judgment.".Why is it not good?.1Timothy 6:9.

Many enter into agreements to benefit themselves at the expense of another. That is not good.

The Pharisees thought they knew the Old Testament writings, that is until along came Emmanuel:.Matthew 22:23,31; 41-46; 9:11-13; 12:2,3,5; 19:3,4. They tried to entrap Emmanuel at every turn.

It is the way Emmanuel came to reveal.(John 14:6;.{*}).that is the standard for life, not the ancient Mosaic Law:.Galatians 3:10,12,13; Hebrews 5:9; 7:22; 10:9.

It is this new and living way.(Hebrews 10:20).that we now press toward.(Philippians 3:14,15), yet some still on the religious side, have the keeping of the ten commandments on their minds more than they do on what Emmanuel came to Earth about, where he became a man and died to reveal some things regarding the Father. One thing here was, to redeem us from these works of the law that place one under a curse, unless he keeps every single one of those over 600 laws perfectly:.Galatians 3:10-13. And who of us can? So, the ancient law was not given for people to keep it. It was given to show there was something missing in humanity's nature and that was a heart of love and it took Christ to not just reveal this truth, but to make possible a change. A change from the ordinary consciousness man has to the higher consciousness God has. Killing Emmanuel was from the purpose of the dark side to eliminate love from the world. But, God is love and none can contend with God. God is absolutely in charge of everything, even the dark side.

Since Christ nailed the law to the cross.(Colossians 2:14),.Him becoming a curse for us, in effect, taking everything that is bad about us upon Him and giving in return, everything that is good about Him, including the gift of His righteousness,.sin can no longer be imputed unto us.
