In times of the colonies, simple procedures were followed. Dogma was rejected in favor of personal experience and experiment. Homespun local justice was preferred, as was the common sense of a local jury based on Natural Law. 

For a time, some of the colonies based the law they used on the Bible:.Matthew 22:36-40. Upon death intestate, for example, all of the children inherited land and not just as in England, where it was the eldest son. Freehold title was the rule, not long leases under landlords. The cabal's plan was to keep the good as far away from We the People as they can, so the people are constantly subjugated and under their control.

Civil procedure is usually referred to as civil-law procedure and is often associated with Roman law, which we still have today called Maritime, Admiralty, Civil, Statute, designed by the same cabal wanting to keep you down. 

Common-law procedure leaves the parties more content that their particular dispute, in that in all its factual complexity, the issues has been heard. Common-law is speedier and thriftier and doesn't depend on a judiciary with all its types of law and never ending deliberations and complications, such as evaluating the competence, honesty and diligence of lawyers, judges, etc., of which history has revealed massive corruptions. Such a system is open for contamination and may have fine rules (perhaps a few of them were, but the over 800 thousand of them was far worse than the 6 hundred the ancient Mosaic Law had set down, which the people couldn't and wouldn't keep anyhow). Today two laws only really matter:.Matthew 22:36-40.

No law will work well if judges and/or officials are corrupt, dispensing with the law in certain cases if there is advantage to someone, such as their ilk. An example would be how Queen Anne and those following after, were conned out of sovereignty.

Notice the leaders' declarations are made by the said leaders, such as, in England, the Lords and Commons (also called Upper House, Lower House). Nothing is emphasized about Natural Law. Their Common Law in England was based on which was further perverted by the cabal designed Magna Carta, touted as a great document for rights of the people. Was another trick of the dark side, at least as much as it could be, as the people were carefully watching for awhile.

The people already possessed as a man or woman living soul of God, Natural Law. That's because satanic systems always circumvent the truth of the real God in any way they can connive to do. And so a 'step away' would be Common Law, a law man under satanic influence could attempt to tinker with. And so we have the mess and corruption of the legal system today, the BAR, which supports crooked and corrupt politicians and judges worldwide, all a part of what's called the Beast, behind them and out to stand against people and always and any way they themselves can hide behind, while carrying on with a corrupt agenda against people.
