About John

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word and the Word was present with God and the Word.(see verse 14).was God.
Nothing else, there was no matter, no preexisting material. The Creator (Creator is a family) created this vast universal system (Ephesians 3:9) for the purpose of humanity. The Word manifests as matter from an idea, a concept, a notion and that notion, concept, that idea, has with it the mechanics for its manifestation, such as it was in the beginning of the multiverse and Earth in it:.Genesis 1:1-4. God has manifested as many beings. How?
John 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
The beginning of what we know today as the entire physical multiverse, the physical multiverse having come out of the always prevalent invisible intelligent energy, fields of frequencies of varied vibration, forming all there is.
John 1:3 All things were made and without him was not anything made that was made.
John 1:3 All things were made.(original for 'were made' is 'be of').by.(original 'by', 'through', 'with').him.(original 'the same', that is, this invisible intelligent energy; how was it made by him?).and without him was not anything made that was made.(how was it made by him?).

Ephesians 3:9; Hebrews 1:2.

In other words, all came out of God in Christ, such as, without trees there would be no myriad of products. Without the soil, no plants, no fabrics, no food, no energy for fuel. Without the wealth of minerals in the Earth, no computers, no TVs, no cars, etc: Hebrews 1:2. (question on this verse).

John 1:4.In him.was life and that life was the light of men..
John 1:4.In him.(in who?.John 11:25; 14:6,20; 15:4; Deuteronomy 4:39).was life.(Revelation 1:8; life is an invisible intelligent energy).and that life was the light of men (meaning humanity):.John 8:12).

Without this, there would be no world as we know it. It's the soul that activates physical bodies be they animate or inanimate.

John 1:5 And the light shines in darkness and the darkness comprehended it not.
Original 'cannot receive' it or cannot deal with it. It's been lost how to deal with the light because the comprehension necessary to do something with it is not in them (1Peter 4:4) and why isn't it in them?.Isaiah 44:18.
John 1:6 There was a man sent from God.(like Emmanuel who was also sent from God), whose name was John.
This John was John the Baptist, the name he was soon known by.
John 1:7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light.that all.through him.(or, because of him {speaking of John the Baptist, verse 6 above} came to announce the coming of the Christ in the physical form of the One we call Emmanuel).might believe.
The work of John the Baptist was to be an instrument for creating belief in others, to bring others to believe in Christ, so they would awaken to their true status:.2Timothy 1:9.
John 1:8 He.(John).was not that Light but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lights every man.(meaning your awakened soul).that comes into the world.

John 1:10.He was in the world and the world was made by him and the world knew him not.

John 1:11 He came unto his own and his own received him not.
Matthew 13:54-58; John 4:44.
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
As the original has it:.But as many as received.(2Corinthians 3:16).Him by believing into His name.(those wanting to believe have help to do so; what 'into His name' means and that includes what it is that He came to Earth for), they became the children of God.(aka the sons of God)".
John 1:13 Which were born.(the verse is talking about another birth, a spiritual birth), not of blood.(not an Earthy bloodline), nor of the will of the flesh.(ended up having a baby), nor of the will of man.(deciding to have a baby), but of God.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14 And the Word was made.(original for 'made' is 'became'; energy can change into many forms).flesh.(*).and dwelt among.(original can more easily be 'in').us.(Emmanuel was an example of the living word in humanity:.1Peter 2:21). And we beheld.(original Greek for word 'beheld' is 'to learn something by looking', 'to give attention to' which is what the word 'worship' means; to notice overall what's happening in you, used of a spectator looking at a parade and denotes.perception in general).his.(what does this word in the original connote to?).glory.(what He was like, what He was), the glory as of the only begotten of the Father.(*), full of grace and truth.
John 1:15 John bare witness of him and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that comes after me is preferred before me, for he was before me.

John 1:16 And of his fulness.(Ephesians 4:13).have all we received and grace for grace.(received grace from the Creator so that we too live a life of grace)..(?)

John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Emmanuel the Christ.
Wasn't there grace and truth before Christ? David found grace and so did many others in the Old Testament:.Matthew 12:3-7; Genesis 6:8; 33:10; Exodus 33:12,17; Psalms 85:10.

Romans 5:21 "That as sin has reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Emmanuel Christ our Lord."

The scriptures are emphasizing that the ancient.Mosaic Law was not an effective truth as it couldn't change the basic heart of low consciousness man has and, as for grace back then, well....Matthew 5:38-45; Deuteronomy 5:29; Romans 8:3.

John 1:18 No man has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.
John 1:18 No man has seen God at any time.(*). The only begotten Son.(that is, the One first of His kind, because we too were there {2Timothy 1:9), but He was the first:.Matthew 11:27; John 5:30; 16:28; Acts 2:32,33; Galatians 4:4-7; Colossians 1:12; 1John 3:2), which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.(and why could he declare him or, what does it mean to be in the bosom of the Father?.John 5:26).

To paraphrase from the original:."Not until now.('now' meaning the era of the New Testament revealing Christ:.John 10:10).have people been able to 'see' God.(*.& 1John 4:12), because all sin for all time has been taken away, removing the vail that kept the knowing of the true God away from us:.2Corinthians 3:16

1Timothy 6:16; 1John 4:12.

John 1:19-22 And this is the record of John, when those of Judah sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who are you? And he confessed and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. And they asked him, What then? Are you Elias.(the Greek way of writing Elijah)? And he said, I am not.(he wasn't ancient Elijah.although he came in the spirit and power of Elijah). Are you that prophet? And he answered, No. Then said they unto him, Who are you, that we may give an answer to them that sent us? What say you of yourself?

John 1:23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord.(the way of the Lord is the way of love), as said the prophet Esaias.(Isaiah).

John 1:24-27 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees.  And they asked him and said unto him, Why do you baptize then if you be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet? John answered them, saying, I baptize with water, but there stands one among you, whom you know not. He it is who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose.

John 1:28 These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.

John 1:29 The next day John.(this John was John the Baptist).sees Emmanuel coming unto him and said, Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world.

John 1:30-34 This is he of whom I said, After me comes a man which is preferred before me, for he was before me. And I knew him not but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. And John bare record, saying I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove and it abode upon him. And I knew him not. But he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom you shall see the Spirit descending and remaining on him the same is he which baptizes with the Holy Ghost. And I saw and bare record that this is the Son of God.

John 1:35 Again the next day after John stood and two of his disciples;

John 1:36 And looking upon Emmanuel as he walked, he said, Behold the Lamb of God!

John 1:37-39 And the two disciples heard him speak and they followed Emmanuel. Then Emmanuel turned and saw them following and saith unto them, What seek you? They said unto him, Rabbi, which is to say, being interpreted, Master, where are you dwelling? He said unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt and abode with him that day, for it was about the tenth hour.

John 1:40 One of the two which heard John speak and followed him was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother.

John 1:41 He first finds his own brother Simon and said unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.

John 1:42 And he brought him to Emmanuel. And when Emmanuel beheld him he said, You are Simon the son of Jona. You shall be called Cephas which is by interpretation a stone.(original for Peter is 'rock' or 'stone', Cephas).
Matthew 16:18.

A stone denotes firmness and constancy.

John 1:43 The day following, Emmanuel would go forth into Galilee and find Philip and said unto him, Follow me.

John 1:44 Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.

John 1:45 Philip found Nathanael and said unto him, We have found him of whom Moses in the law and the prophets did write, Emmanuel of Nazareth the son of Joseph.

John 1:46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?.(John 7:41).Philip said unto him, Come and see.

John 1:47 Emmanuel saw Nathanael coming to him and said of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!

John 1:48 Nathanael said unto him, Whence know you me? Emmanuel answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.

John 1:49 Nathanael answered and said unto him, Rabbi, you are the Son of God, the King of Israel.

John 1:50 Emmanuel answered and said unto him, Because I said unto you, I saw you under the fig tree, believe you? you shall see greater things than these.

John 1:51 And he said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter you will see heaven open and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

John 2:1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee and the mother of Emmanuel was there.

John 2:2,3 And both Emmanuel was called and his disciples to the marriage. And when they wanted wine the mother of Emmanuel said unto him, They have no wine.

John 2:4 Emmanuel said unto her, Woman, what have I to do with you? mine hour is not yet come.
Mom! It's not my time yet to miracles! But he here does His first one. 'What have I to do with you'? was not a term of disrespect in the language of the day back then:.John 19:26,27.
John 2:5,6 His mother said unto the servants, Whatsoever he says unto you, do it. And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of those of Judah, containing two or three firkins.(a small wooden barrel or covered vessel equal to about 1/4 of a barrel or 9 gallons {34 liters}).apiece.

John 2:7-9 Emmanuel said unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he said unto them, Draw out now and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine and knew not whence it was, but the servants which drew the water knew. The governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

John 2:10,11 And said unto him, Every man at the beginning does set forth good wine and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse. But you have kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles did Emmanuel in Cana of Galilee and manifested forth his glory and his disciples believed on him.

John 2:12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he and his mother and his brethren and his disciples and they continued there not many days.

John 2:13,14 And the passover was at hand and Emmanuel went up to Jerusalem, And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves and the changers of money sitting.

John 2:15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple and the sheep and the oxen and poured out the changers' money and overthrew the tables.

John 2:16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence.(get them out of here). Make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.

John 2:17,18 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house has eaten me up (from Psalms 69:9. Its meaning is, that he was affected with great zeal or concern for the worship of God). Then answered those their of the tribe of Judah and said unto him, What sign show you unto us seeing that you do these things?

John 2:19 Emmanuel answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up.

John 2:20 Then said these Judeans, Forty and six years was this temple in building and will you rear it up in three days?

John 2:21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

John 2:22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them and they believed the scripture and the word which Emmanuel had said.

John 2:23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.
