James
2:1 My brethren, you show you lack the faith of Emmanuel the Christ
when
you have preference toward those you want to get something from for
selfish purposes.
Duh!
Doesn't mean if you lack faith, you'll respect individuals. Barnes
Notes: The meaning here is Do not hold such views which lead you
to manifest.partiality
to others on
account of their difference of rank
or outward circumstances.
In
other words don't be a
suck up.
James
2:2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in
goodly apparel and there come in also a poor man in vile.raiment.(dressed
like a bum);
James
2:3 And you have respect to him that wears the gay
clothing and say unto him, Sit you here in a good place and say to the
poor, Stand you over there or sit here under my footstool.
Eclectic
Notes:."These
things, riches, family and power are claims which bind
the soul to this world:.Matthew
19:24 "It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle
than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.".Though
the chains may be strong, with God all
things are possible; comprised with.JFB
Commentary: not literally
so; but on the floor, down by my footstool; the poor man must either stand
or if he sits, sit in a degrading
position.
Galatians
2:5,6. More.
James
2:4 Are you not then partial.(*).in
yourselves and are become judges with thoughts of evil?
Thoughts
the like of 'he has money and influence; let's treat him special; maybe
we can get some advantage here..(?)
James
2:5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Has not God chosen the poor of this
world rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom.(and
a rewarded position in it).which
he has promised to them that love him?
"the
poor of this world":.1Corinthians
1:26.
"heirs of
the kingdom":.1Corinthians
2:9.
James
2:6 But you have despised the poor.(1Corinthians
6:4,5). Why? Is it not rich men who oppress
you and draw you before a judgment seat?
It's
not the poor and needy who do this and yet you despise
them, but not the rich who get you into trouble.
James
2:7 Do not they blaspheme
that worthy name by the which you are called?
James
2:8 If you fulfil the royal law.(the
better law than the old Mosaic Law).according
to the scripture of love your neighbour as yourself.(Matthew
22:35-40), you do well..(?)
James
2:9 But if you have respect to individuals.(preferring
to be just with those from whom you may gain some advantage:.Jude
1:16), you commit sin and are convinced of the law.(what
law?).as transgressors.
James
2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law and yet offend in one point,
he is guilty of all.
Because
the law can't be broken. Here it's speaking of the law
of love. If it's broken there was no love and no wholeness
of love:.Romans
13:10.
James
2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill.
Now if you commit no adultery, yet if you kill, you are become a transgressor
of the law.
It's
saying that God who gave the first law, the Mosaic
Law, also gave this New Testament royal law; verse 8 above.
James
2:12 So speak you and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law
of liberty.
This
royal law is liberty; the old Mosaic Law was a law of bondage:.Galatians
4:24.
James
2:13 For he shall have judgment without mercy.(Proverbs
21:13), that has showed no mercy and mercy rejoices against
judgment.
Mercy
gains victory over judgment; without a law saying you were wrong there
would be no reason for mercy; one who holds to the higher consciousness
attribute
of mercy is happy to show mercy rather than acting according to strict
justice; the principle being thusly;
in decision making it's important to see just where the offender's interests
are, in higher
consciousness qualities or in those
of the ego level that got him into trouble in the first place.
James
2:14 What does it profit, my brethren, though a man say he has faith
and has not works (2Corinthians
5:7)? can faith save him?
The
spiritual
quality of faith has substance {Hebrews
11:1} only when expressed through the spirit bodies of us that we call
physical; there is nothing physical, it's all
spiritual and all frequencies, highly
designed and organized vibrating agglomerations
and only when we do the
works of God which are the works resulting from high
consciousness, do we see the substance of love.
James
2:15 If a brother or sister be naked and destitute of daily food,
James
2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be you warmed and
filled; notwithstanding.you
give them not those things which are needful to the body, what does
it profit?
James
2:17 Even so faith if it has not works is dead, being alone.(original
for 'alone' is 'by itself').
James
2:18 Yea, a man may say, You have faith and
I have works. Show me your faith without your works.(in
other words, how would one know any faith he has is effective unless it
provides results? {*}).and
I will show you my faith by my works.
2Corinthians
5:7; Matthew 9:22,29.
Adam
Clarke's Commentary:."Show
me your faith without your works".Your
pretending to have faith, while you have no works of charity or mercy,
is utterly.vain,
for as faith, which is a principle in the mind, cannot be discerned but
by the effects, that is, good works.(what
is this 'good works'?). He who has no
good works has, presumptively, no faith.
James
2:19 You believe that there is one God? You do well.
The
devils also believe and tremble.
They
know the unbelievable power of the
Great Infinite One.
James
2:20 But will you know, O vain.man,
that faith without works is dead?
Avoid
becoming vain, which means an empty individual, that is, no effect in one's
life, like you want good but behold, obscurity:.Isaiah
59:9 "...we wait for light, but behold obscurity, for brightness, but
we walk in darkness."
One needs
to have actions based on love. What's
one you could use to turn your life to the good road?
James
2:21 Was not Abraham our
father justified by works, when
he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
James
2:22 See you how faith wrought with his works and by works was faith
made perfect?
James
2:23 And the scripture.(Genesis
15:6; Isaiah 41:8).was
fulfilled which says, Abraham believed
God.(Romans
4:3).and it was imputed
unto him for righteousness and he was
called the Friend
of God.
It
was belief that led Abraham to do good works. Belief gets us in good standing
with God, that is, thinking as God does and that means in alignment with
all that is good. What's good?
Good works get us something else that is good.
Moses was also
called a friend
of God:.Exodus
33:11.
Note."friend
of God". God never wanted a master/slave relationship
with those looking to Him, as is today with the satanically influenced
world controllers and their politician, pharmceutical, medical, agricultural,
chemical, etc.
minions,
controllers which are liars and deceivers and thieves, out to maintain
mastery over you using fear, taxes and lies, such as the
covid con,
the
education con, the birth certificate
con, the scarcity con
(not enough of this, not enough of that, too
many people), the money/financial cons
and the cabal's other scams.
James
2:24 You see then how that by works a man is justified,
and not by faith only.
James
2:25 Likewise also was not Rahab
the harlot.(prostitute).justified
by works, when she had received the messengers and had sent them out another
way?
James
2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith
without works is dead.(original
'destitute
of force or power, inactive, inoperative').also.
Works
of high consciousness, which are works of love, are necessary for newness
of life:.Romans
6:4; 7:6.
