-Allosteric.adjective.(allosterically.adverb, allostery.noun):.of or involving molecular binding to an enzyme at a site other than the enzymatically active one, such as used in sugar metabolism

-Amino acids:.a group of organic.compounds that serve as units of structure of the proteins essential for human metabolism. Each amino acid has a three letter designation.

Amino acids are a protein's building blocks, necessary in DNA and RNA functioning. Amino acids dissolve in water. Amino acids form long, chainlike compounds called polypeptides which in turn, link together to form proteins. We do not understand the encoding that directs amino acids toward an initial stop on the ribosome where it attaches to a developing protein string. The ribosome somehow 'knows' it has the right amino acid to carry out its work.

-Anthropic.Argument:.is that many universes exist with varying physical laws and that the only ones with conditions suitable for life will in fact produce life. Since no experiments have been done to support this hypothesis, in fact none can be done, since they or their effects are beyond observation, then they are metaphysical.(beyond the physical).postulations and not accessible for experimental investigation. This is explaining the universe by postulating unobservables and therefore is claimed to be not scientific. It essentially says that scientific experiments can't be done on things unseen. But it's a narrow minded approach, because we all know there certainly is an invisible world, therefor those believing in the anthropic argument are limiting science to the physical, which is ridiculous, because with the supporting of the physical by that which has been proven to be in the invisible, the physical just would not exist and we are here and would not be here without the invisible supporting structure.

-Cell walls in plants:.A class of proteins called extensins is responsible for the cell walls that give plants rigidity. Extensins are very similar to the protein made from a sequence of ten amino acids, that repeats more than eighty times in mussels.(seafood). See more information in the book by George M. Moffett Professor of Biology, Princeton University.Cells and Societies, On Development: The Biology of Form.

-Coelacanth:.the coelacanth is a cobalt blue, speckled white fish about as long as a person, living off the coast of Africa in caves about 600 feet deep.

-Colloid:.a gelatinous substance made up of very small, insoluble, non-diffusible.(means 'non-spreading').particles larger than molecules but small enough so that they remain suspended in a fluid medium without settling to the bottom.

-Consciousness: the word 'conscious' emphasizes the recognition of something sensed or felt. Man's life is spent mostly in two states of consciousness, the state of being asleep and the state of being awake. This is ordinary consciousness of mankind at rest, all too often in both cases. But, there are other states of consciousness.

A characteristic of spirit enabling what you know and are aware of at any point in time, called awareness, is use of the mind in reality, where we are a true reality being, the invisible and little understood world of spirit energy underlying the physical world; the invisible world underlying the physical bodies we perceive as being real. This underlying world is the world behind the 'curtain'.

What are you generally conscious of? What you really are is consciousness at various levels and at different times. This is energy and information expressing as the physical you and being modified by you on a daily basis by any change in overall attitude New knowledge contributes to attitude. Be open to new knowledge. Knowledge is important here.

"While in the state of wakefulness man can move around, reason, make decisions and generally many things are accessible to him that are beyond his reach during the sleep state. Well, it turns out that there are higher states of consciousness, compared to which an ordinary state of wakefulness is similar to a deep sleep. Let's see how man's perception of the world changes as the state of his consciousness changes.
During regular sleep the perception of the world is transformed. During the state of wakefulness man perceives the world through the prism of a three dimensional space and a one dimensional time. Here we can make such a comparison.
Suppose that at birth contact lenses of a definite color were put into a person's eyes, but he is not aware of the fact. After that, he perceives everything in this color. And since he sees the world this way from the very birth, he, naturally, has no doubt that the world is the way he sees it. But the contact lenses can be taken out and then the world will appear as entirely different, in the whole gamut of splendid colors. In the same way, if we eliminate the limitations of ordinary wakeful consciousness together with the three-dimensional perception of the world and time that goes with it, that is, if we shift to a higher state of consciousness, the world will appear as utterly different.

This truth has been known from times immemorial. Let's see what Apostle.Paul says about space in his epistle:.Ephesians 3:18 "... So that you being rooted and established in love may have the power together with all the saints to grasp what the width and the length and the depth and the height are.".Four dimensions of space are listed there. It means that as a result of a certain work and under certain conditions and above all, as stated by Paul the Apostle upon condition of "being rooted and established in love", man will be able to start perceiving four dimensions of space. And I will add on what will happen due to the change of the state of consciousness. In reality, as the state of his consciousness changes, man may begin to perceive spaces of any number of dimensions.(*)."....Grigori Grabovoi.

You always exist. Van Komel has proved that there is consciousness in the absence of brain activity. When you pass from the physical you are still aware, still the you that you knew the day of your passing. You are here to make a difference for the betterment of all or maybe just a few and they may do similarly. Death allows us to see reality clearer because we are out of time bound ordinary daily life awareness.

Your consciousness is with you now and always. It's never dormant. It's up to you if it's to be the ordinary consciousness of mankind, which is what we all had to get along with and deal with in others earlier in life and is still so for some people.

The ordinary consciousness is the averaged sums of all of mankind's thoughts through the ages, to and including the present. The ordinary consciousness 'sits' within the invisible pattern, an invisible structure in this invisible realm called the Akashic record, which holds the mass consciousness of mankind and all creation; holds it so it can be changed, as it's energy and thus can be altered. How? Within it there is everything, every good and every evil and every pattern of all visible and invisible things.

The ancient rigmarole of the now done away.sacrifices, etc. of the Mosaic Law were then necessary to purify people's evil thoughts. These not good thoughts going into the Akashic record needed cleansing, so the law of reap and sow would be negated in their individual cases:.Hebrews 9:23.

Is it to be for us, constantly on the pathway of a higher consciousness or life at the lower level? Man's consciousness never 'sits' still. Mankind is moving from its lower consciousness to the higher consciousness of the Creator and the more so, the more mankind as a whole moves into higher consciousness. What can we do?

Note yourself. When you are speaking, listen to what you are saying. When you listen, it's consciousness active as a silent observer; it's the attention of your soul upon what you are saying and may be doing. That which comes through from the soul level is of wholeness and devoid of fragmentation.."When you look at yourself you are using intuition. That consciousness you are using is the same consciousness that's behind the whole universe."....Deepak Chopra. In this consciousness, these patterns of the invisible which hold information, is both the mass mind of mankind and the mind of the Creator. Reconciling the consciousness of mankind to the mind of God is why we are all here.

Physicalness is the world of the programmed.(often brainwashed) ego expressing by means of a 'computer processor', the functioning brain.

Your consciousness is a projection of the super consciousness from the invisible world, from the field of living information, this world hidden behind a spiritual curtain. There is a low and a high consciousness, each activated by attention.

With ego awareness we hold a sense of personal identity, where feelings, attitudes and beliefs are us at heart. It is from here that interpersonal expressions emanate.

With the conscious mind you are aware of your environment, existence, sensations and thoughts. Deepak on consciousness.

See the 2009 award winning Best Documentary movie. What if? The Movie.for in depth stuff about how everyone all your life has written upon you what they felt you needed, usually for their advantage and how this has caused negativity and how to rise above it.

The movie gets into awareness of what is happening around you in such a way that is only possible when the mind is connected to the intelligent energy of the universe, the intelligent energy that is also the support for physical existence.

The movie continues with consciousness being the entry point into the field of all possibilities and showing that one does this by taking time to be quiet. It carries on unveiling important information about consciousness, including increasing the awareness state, intensifying alertness of present moments and how to not allow past negatives and worry over the future to take you from present awareness.

Being conscious is being aware of one's environment:.Ecclesiastes 9:5 "...the dead know not any thing..."

Perhaps it is true that men and women are the only conscious beings in the world. Clive Wynne Ph.D., University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia, in.Psychology Today, November/December, 1999, article Do Animals Think?, implies that humans are the only conscious beings in the world, that is, humans are able to hold precepts allowing self-monitoring of thoughts toward resultant actions.

The mind works with what it is that it receives and we have the ability to be aware of what it is that's coming to us. The mind is like a TV. A TV is a receiver. The mind receives signals.(information).from the eyes, sense of touch, smell, taste, hearing and equilibrium.(balance). These impressions are analyzed.(processed).by one's consciousness, and a judgment is made what to do with the information. And, there are is another way information comes to the mind.
We are who we remember ourselves to be.

Your consciousness is what gives you awareness of your environment whether here or passed on. Your subconscious provides a receptacle for what's in the conscious mind. You decide what is to be retained there. Not only does the mind receive impressions from the conscious mind, it is a 'computer' as it were. where the keys punched by the conscious mind activate certain programs that are available to the subconscious.

Think of your subconscious as a computer. It is connected to the energy of the universe. A computer is too. It's connected to what we call electricity. The computer is hard wired to take input from your conscious mind by means of its keyboard. So is your subconscious, taking input from the conscious mind. Now what you have input on the computer will come out of say a printer exactly as the input dictated. And so it is with the output of the universe. It outputs whatever the subconscious has processed. In computer parlance, they say GIGO, an acronym for Garbage In Garbage Out.

-Corpuscles:.a protoplasmic particle with a special function

-Cortex:.the outer layer of gray matter that covers the surface of the cerebral hemisphere.(either half of the brain)

-HMS Beagle:.Darwin at age 22, joined an extensive 5 year expedition as an unpaid naturalist aboard the ship HMS Beagle. On this journey Darwin was most impressed with the effect natural forces had on shaping the Earth's surface.
