-Acts
2:1-4.Why doesn't the cloven tongues of
fire appear today as it did with the original disciples Emmanuel was with?
This was a unique presentation from God never repeated
since; was a special occurrence for the disciples of that day.
-Acts 12:1,2
God obviously allowed the apostle called James 'the greater' to be killed
by Herod Antipas I, yet God sent an angel to protect Peter. Why?
Don't know. Not everything one apostle was like,
was like all the apostles and their personalities. They were not clones.
Example:.Mark
3:17.
They all did get the message out about a new world
coming thanks to what Emmanuel came and did, but in doing so, they stepped
on a few toes, so
to speak and so got killed. An example of how they 'stepped on a few
toes':.John
7:7.
-1Corinthians
7:9 What does it mean here to 'burn'? Does this mean burn in hell?
It means to burn in desire
for sex. It's talking about flesh hunger. Read the scripture's context.
It doesn't mean to burn in some place religionists have used to strike
fear into people by implying
that if they do this, or don't do that, they are "in danger of hell fire
brother!" in a place called hell. It's just religious crap! See on
hell.
-2Corinthians
5:15 What does it mean to not."live
unto ourselves"?
The truths of God can be
kept alive by thinking about
them. They can also be made ineffective by what you think or don't
think. We 'live unto ourselves' when we choose to regulate our lives by
our own reasoning, many which are negative.
We look at circumstances
and experiences and may conclude 'nothing
ever goes right for me'.
Life wears on us with things
of hard toil and much effort, things more often than not including
fears, doubt and disappointment, things such as 'is my health going down',
'I'm looking older', 'where will I get the money for...'.(Haggai
1:6), 'how can I pay that next
bill', 'where will I be at this rate in 5 years', etc.
Look
at
that which is spiritual within you, meaning to keep your mind on the
higher quality spiritual things and conclude
that all that is true of Christ is true of you, as, what Christ is, is
spread throughout his 'body', that is, the body of believers espousing
this reality within them. In this
way Christ indwells you, thanks
to how the Holy Spirit functions.(not
as a personality, but as a power for good).
Use it!
With this in mind, we approach
daily living with a new perspective and with
hope:.2Corinthians
1:9. When a pall
of doom begins sweeping you from apprehension into
depression,
it is time to immediately."gird
up your loins":.1Peter
1:13.
The Creator
knows that we are always swinging from one end of our consciousness
to another and that we are never hot for spiritual things at the same level
of hotness all the time:.1John
3:20 "For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart
and knows all things."
In Him are all the answers
that we need to persuade our
hearts about gaining a better and more useful perspective:.Romans
8:35-39.
-Galatians
3:29.What
does it mean that we are Abraham's seed?
-Galatians
5:25 What does it mean to crucify the flesh with its affections and
lust?
The word 'affections'
means 'sufferings' in the original. Putting this together with the meaning
of lust tells us that in Christ the excessive desires, being ego
driven and which have often caused us sufferings, are no longer important
to us, as in Christ.(what
does this mean to be 'in Christ'?).all
is new:.2Corinthians
5:17; Ephesians 4:24; Colossians
3:10; Hebrews 10:20. It is another
way to tell if you are in Christ. Other markers are.1,
2.
-Galatians
6:14.What did Paul mean here when he said
"...the
world is crucified unto me and I unto the world"?
Paul realized the oneness
of all things, that is, he knew he was in
Christ and that so were others of the same mind.(Romans
12:16; 1Corinthians 1:10;
1Peter
4:1).because of this oneness
he knew he and these others had the mind of Christ.
-Philippians
2:6 What is the robbery Paul talks of?
The original
Greek word here means 'a thing
to be grasped at, seized'. Paul was talking about the unity of the
brethren.(verses
1-5).and
how
this is our Creator's mind, saying to them that they should stay away
from any strife about who has the greater knowledge, who will be the greatest
and the attitude of 'I'll get a higher position than you can'. Just do
the best you know.(and
keep improving, by desiring to and
learning
too).of
to get your best reward. Why
do your best?
On the other hand; some religious
people today, like the
Pharisees before them, would consider being equal to God as being blasphemous:.John
19:7 "The
Jews answered him, We have a law and by our law he ought to die, because
he made himself the Son of God."
They fall short in understanding
just what is going on here, if they see themselves not
as
God sees them.
These religious freaks were
the antithesis
of all that the
loving Infinite Intelligence represents:.Matthew
26:59-68 "Now the chief priests and elders and all the council, sought
false witness against Emmanuel,
to put him to death, but found none. Yea, though many false witnesses came,
yet found they none.(that
they considered suitable).
At the last came two false witnesses, And said, This fellow said, I am
able to destroy the temple of God and to build it in three days. And the
high priest arose and said unto him.(Emmanuel),
Answer you nothing? What is it which these witness against you say? But
Emmanuel held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him,
I adjure you
by the living God, that you tell us whether you be the Christ, the Son
of God. Emmanuel said unto him, You have said. Nevertheless I say unto
you, Hereafter shall you see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of
power and coming in the clouds of heaven.(when?).
Then the high priest rent
his clothes, saying, He has spoken blasphemy.
What further need have we of witnesses? Behold, now you have heard his
blasphemy. What think you? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.
Then did they spit in his face and buffeted.(to
strike with the fist).him
and others smote him with the palms of their hands, Saying, Prophesy unto
us, you Christ, Who is he that smote you?"
It is the one with compassion
for others, the one who seeks love in all things
that will be highly
rewarded.
-Philippians
2:12 says to work out your own salvation, yet the next verse and Ephesians
2:10 says God works in us?
The Creator never works more
through you than you can accept
in your mind. So, grow
spiritually. One embarks
on the journey to work out his own salvation by first realizing that he
or she will be rewarded for efforts in overcoming
the
common consciousness many are still bound
by.
We are here to learn; to
learn what produces good and what produces bad:.Hebrews
5:14 "...even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised
to discern both
good and evil."
To overcome
hideous
problems, you must see
here. Then you can design your life how you would like it to be. This
is why it says to."work
out your own salvation". The Creator does
not want clones.
The importance
of the word of God in overcoming. And, a
key to help you.
One
way to purify the self...
-1Thessalonians
4:4 Please explain?
The verse is talking about
getting a mate. The word 'possess' in the verse in the original means 'to
acquire'. The context
shows what the subject is about.
-John
15:1-7 Does this mean God will get rid of those who do not grow spiritually?
Of course not! Everyone will
receive his or her own reward according
to what they have done with what they have learned.
Emmanuel is saying don't
be without a concern for spiritual things.(Matthew
6:33),.like,
hello, what are you really here for other than that?
It is saying that if you
have the Great Infinite One's nature of love in you, you should be expressing
it in good works of love that help others, somehow,
and to at least some degree, otherwise what are you good for?
And if you are no good for
yourself and for others, you are like the branch of a tree that no longer
receives sap from the tree: verse
4,6. What is it now good for? Just firewood.
Emmanuel is telling His learners
back then.(disciples),
that there is no other way than the way He came to reveal.(John
14:6;
John 15:5; Acts
4:12).and
that this way was just that important, important because of both the message
He came to make known and the life He came to give for all humanity, a
life unmatched in history past and future to occur. He emphasized His importance;
that He was not 'just another man with a story' and that apart from Him
would be like this branch now fit for firewood.
The
Creator is responsible for opening one's mind and getting him or her
started on the right road which will travel into eternity. Since God is
everything and everywhere, some person may somehow open your mind, not
even maybe with words, but perhaps with a prayer and/or a smile as he or
she may be walking by.
Once on the road, we will
be challenged to grow and with the help of the power of the Creator in
a person, it is easier than the ways of the world we now have come out
of, which are the ways of confusion, heartache, greed, selfishness and
the like. The
ways
of the spiritual do so much good for us that there is no longing for
the mess of life we have come from.
So, we are here to grow,
making
time for the things of the spirit, the thinking and the planning of
how best to be loving in all we do with others and realizing all is
one. How we affect others, we affect ourselves.
Even so, some are just so
darn
indolent,
that their flesh may have to be gotten
rid of so that their spirit can soar in freedom from all that had held
them back.
-Matthew
8:12 I don't understand here why the children of the kingdom will be
cast out and be angry.
These 'children of the kingdom'
were
those in the time of Emmanuel who felt the
Gentiles were the skimmed milk and they were the cream. Many, but not
all, of those going to churches today feel similarly.
They have yet to learn the power of Christ:.John
8:12 explains it.
The 'children of the kingdom'
mentioned here in Matthew 8:12 were part and parcel with those who thought
they had an advantage because they knew the Old
Testament Mosaic Law. Emmanuel had some harsh words for those
far from the way of love and into legalism
as these so-called 'children of the kingdom' were:.Matthew
23rd chapter.
The prophesied destruction
of Jerusalem which occurred in 70AD so devasted any and all to do with
the Old Testament Mosaic Law, that it could never recover, just as the
Creator wanted it. The old had to go, because it couldn't change
the heart, so what good was it? Religion today is still based on this type
of legalism.

7:9,13,22 Who is this referred
to as the."Ancient

The."Ancient

-1Samuel
10:6,9 It says here that God can give us a better heart, meaning a
better attitude. If He did that for ancient Saul, why
isn't He doing it for all humanity? It would make it a better world.
God also created the angels perfect; what
happened?
-Psalms
116:15 says that the death of those in Christ, called 'saints', is
precious in God's eyes. If it's so precious then, why doesn't God, with
whom nothing is impossible, keep them alive?
Do people die, taking them
away from the physical world? Yes! Do they have die? Did God make them
to die? Nope!
Isaiah
26:10 seems to contradict Luke 6:35.
In Isaiah 26:10 the scripture speaks of not showing favor to the wicked
because he isn't going to change to be good, but in Luke 6:35 it states
that God is kind to the unthankful and to the evil and we are to become
as God's nature is?
It's saying that just because
you may be kind to the wicked and the evil, that doesn't mean he or she
will change to good. It's saying to be 'heads
up' on this. It doesn't say that you should not be kind to them. It's
just saying that when you are kind, don't expect any change in them because
you were good to them.
The real
God of all love is uncompromising.in
regard to evil:.Revelation
19:15.
God deals with all in His
own way and His own time.
