The key to loyalty
and the key to deepening love.
Want your mate to be loyal
to you?.Have
fun with him or her!.We
are most loyal to and prefer to be around those with whom we have fun,
fun, fun!
There is a difference between
trying to please another.(work).and
wanting to.(fun).provide
pleasure and/or be of help to another. One is of duty
and/or necessity
and the other of the heart.
The goal in any relationship
is to make it more meaningful,
to
make it more deeply loving. If one seeks for love, one looks to another
for fulfilment. If one seeks for meaning, one seeks to fulfil others, because
he or she will then see meaning beyond himself and even
in trials and sufferings.
If you are seeking to be
a fulfilment to another, seeking for meaning in the potential relationship
and they "won't let you into their world", you know for sure that their
world is not for you.
Many men seek for and have
women with attitudes of trying to 'keep right' with them, rather than loving
them from the heart. This is hardly a relationship not based on some kind
of fear!
Seek a person with an attitude
like God, where you don't have to work at gaining and keeping his favor,
because you already have
it! If you don't feel excited and intense about the relationship; excited
about having fun together, then why are you in it?
Work not at love in the
relationship, but at having fun together. Love is a result of interaction
that builds each other, that makes each other a better person. That's what
builds meaningful love. That's how the highest
form of love develops.
We are most loyal to those
we have fun with. The same applies to God. You can't have fun if you believe
that you are in sin, believing that God is disapproving of you, especially
since this makes you a child
of the devil; you will then be:.Hebrews
10:27. This attitude will devour
you. You've been made righteous by faith.(Romans
5:1), not by religious works. It's
faith in Emmanuel the Christ alone that counts; that is, you believe that
He is in you. That's all. The rest will come in time as you continue
believing this. Believing leads one to do things and to become better.
Religion
often makes one judge himself imperfect, stopping one from the need to
be loved because one knows he/she is a sinner and deserving of punishment
instead of blessings. Religion hides one's true identity, hides the soul
from the person. So one hides his heart from others and becomes a phony
like the Pharisees.
All one then can rely upon is the
self destructive ego. One then feels unworthy of anyone's love, even
God's.
Through acceptance of each,
a oneness is created. Become married to Christ by accepting Him.(believing).that
He is with you, in you, a part of you:.Romans
10:9,10. And He does accept you.
