Virtually every country has a HQ for the cabal which isn't actually a part of any republic. Ukraine in Russia, DC in the US, Taiwan in China are all being dissolved and given back to the people.

The Khazarian empire was located on the richest east-west trade route between Asia and Europe. The khazarians were satan-worshipping and did not mind stealing traders possessions and even killing and impersonating them.

In +/- the 1400s the neighbouring countries gave the Khazarians an ultimatum: change your ways and change your religion or be annihilated. Essentially they are all branches of the same tree. Khazaria is the homeland for this group of people (I find it funny that the movie the 13th Warrior shows a map at the beginning of the movie showing Khazaria and gives a brief but accurate description).
