What are the important things to know that would be helpful in this living on Earth?

-Sleep. Know that most cities have bylaws that prohibit noise with stiff fines, if noise is made between 10 pm and 7 am. Some cities it's 11 pm to 7 am. So, it you are awakened by the private contractors cleaning parking lots with their damn beepers and other noise awakening you, report them. Not only that, the private poor quality contractor, doesn't even vacuum dust and small debris, instead sweeping it and blowing it around which greatly harms air quality, affecting breathing. If your city lacks a proper bylaw or has a deficient one, well it's your city; do something about it. Like duh!

The noisy banging and clanking of garbage cans by the large garbage, recycling and compost trucks, emptying and banging them down again and also with their damn back up beepers, is also prohibited during the above hours. Is this the case in your city? for the sake of peace and quiet, do something about it. Call your local government's alderman and/or bylaw division. If you live in it, care about it!
