Psalms 90:1 <A Prayer of Moses the man of God> God, you have been our dwelling place in all generations.(*).
Does this mean 'throughout all generations', referring to reincarnations of each of us? Or, does it mean

Psalms 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth or ever you had formed the Earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.

Psalms 90:3 You.(that is, God).turn man away from destruction.(?).and say.(say with the purpose of), Return, you children of men..(*)
Return from what and to what? Return from the false image you accepted of yourself, that is, the false self-image you were conned into by the dark side back then and return to the true God your maker. What false image? That you are not of God, but of what physical life's environment has made you to think what you are. The corrupt ones said basically the same to Emmanual:

God protects and often saves an individual from negatives in life, so they'll see what those negatives are and how they have been harmful and hopefully then, turn to God for a relationship with Him, that is turn away from low consciousness.(Romans 6:6).thinking and acting and then wanting to learn God's ways of love. But some don't listen to what's going on in their lives, not listening until there's no other choice but to listen, as in this young man's life.

Psalms 90:4 For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past and as a watch in the night.
Psalms 90:4 For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past and as a watch.(watch here meaning the post or period of duty of a guard, sentinel or watcher; any of the periods into which the night is divided for duty; a part of the night).in the night.

Meditation puts one into the secret place of the Infinite Intelligent One.

Psalms 90:8 You have set our iniquities before you, our secrets in the light of your countenance.
Why? Because God's only begotten son was to wipe them all away.
Psalms 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow, for it is soon cut off and we fly away.

Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Psalms 90:16,17 Let your work appear unto your servants and your glory unto their children. And let.(allow time for God).the beauty of God be upon us and establish you the work of our hands upon us. Yes, the good work of our hands is established by you.
Psalms 90:16,17 Let your work appear unto your servants and your glory unto their children. And let the beauty of our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us. Yes, the good work of our hands is established by you.

Live in such a way that your friends and children see Father-Creator-God active in your life and teach them that they reap in life what is sown in their heart. Important to always be the best you can be. Avoid acting out of a depressed state because you don't like some of your body features. Creator-God is behind the good. The good comes from Him through you.

Psalms 90:20-23 Shall the throne of iniquity.(*).have fellowship with you, which frames mischief by a law.(*)? They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous and condemn the innocent blood.(*). But God is my defence and the rock of my refuge. And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity and shall cut them off in their own wickedness.(*); yea, our God shall cut them off.

He shall cover you with his feathers and under his wings shall you trust. His truth shall be your shield and buckler.(important to study God's truth so you can keep the things that particular hit you, in your mind, as it's these words that have power to protect you and yours). You shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flies by day, nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
