"The question arises: why such simple procedure as concentration on a specific number series proves to be so effective for recovery from diseases? What is the matter here? Here is the thing. Each disease is a deviation from the norm. This is a deviation from the norm in the work of separate cells, organs or entire organism as a whole. Recovery from any disease means return to the norm. So the number series provided by me just ensures return to the norm. By concentration on a particular sequence of numbers, by being tuned to this number series, you are setting your organism to the state that is the norm. As a result everything is fixed as the recovery from the disease. For the explanation of the essence of this treatment I would like to give some information about the vibratory structure of numbers.(the numbers are below on this page).

   "Our life is pierced with rhythm. Planets periodically rotate around the Sun. For the Earth this means recurrent alternation of winter and summer. The Earth revolves around its axis and the regular change of day and night occurs. And at the micro level the picture is the same. Electrons in the atom make regular movements around the nucleus. Each of us after listening can hear regular beating of the heart. Each cell in our organism has its rhythm. And the totality of the cells has its rhythm although a different one. And the big totality that is, the level of an organ has another one. There is a specific rhythm at the level of connection between organs.
   "Organism in this respect can be compared with an orchestra. The same refers to organism. Organism sounding should be harmonious. And if some organ or some connection in its work deviates from the norm, in other words it begins to play falsely, this is an exact indication of the beginning of a disease.
   "And then you as the conductor of your orchestra have to wave your conductor's stick and restore its harmonious sounding.
   "Rhythm can be also found where it is not available at first glance. Let us consider an example of rainbow, which sometimes appears in the sky after rain. We will see splendid paints, saturated bright colors. But what are these colors from the point of view of science? We perceive this one or another color due to the action of an electromagnetic wave of a specific frequency.
   "The vibratory frequency in the violet part of the visible spectrum is approximately two times higher than the vibratory frequency in the red area. Thus, the difference in the perception of color depends on different vibratory frequency. When a person perceives numbers it is not obvious for him that they are related to a vibratory structure the same way as color. We have found out that a specific vibratory frequency corresponds to each color.
   "Exactly the same thing takes place in the case with numbers. Each number is correlated with the corresponding to it vibratory structure. The same refers to the sequences of numbers. By the way, each number series can be considered as a specific combination of numbers.
   "Let's again consider the spectral colors; there is a big experience in the use of their combinations in science and technology. For example, in color television. All those different beautiful colors, which you see on the screen, are in reality received by the mixing of just three colors: red, green and dark-blue. A certain brightness of each of these colors is used on the basis of the required image.

"An orchestra sounds differently from any separately used instrument. Each collection of spectral colors gives its specific effect. The same refers to sets of numbers.

"A bad set of numbers in the identification number of an aircraft can result in the appearance of undesirable vibrations. And vice versa, a suitable or we'd better say, correct set of numbers contributes to a favorable course of events, to establishment of harmony.

"When I diagnose aircraft, first I use just the method of review starting from the ore from which the steel the aircraft was 
created of, till that moment when it was driven to the parking, that is, the aircraft would not be used any more. That is the review of the entire spectrum of events for this aircraft. And further on I added to this the method of understanding of the  sound shape of information. When the sounds in the beginning and end of events are the same, then there would be no catastrophes with this plane. This principle can be applied not just to the plains, but generally speaking to any other objects, events, cars, anything else.

In his book on page 247 Grabovoi covers prevention of accidents of aircrafts. On pages 248-249 he covers extrasensory diagnosis of aircraft, which of course he does. Here in his book it includes diagnosing machines. From just diagrams and identification numbers, aircraft and any machine can be diagnosed. For example on page 250 he writes about how the space shuttle Atlantis issue was fixed after his analysis. 

On page 251 he explains that you can use your consciousness to control any event at any distance between you and the object of control. And page 252 states."If one is interested in the eventual result of something, it is possible to open the book in the required place and see the answer. All answers are in the 'Book' of the Universe.(aka the Akashic record or multiversal database).which is always open for you."

On page 292 he wraps up the information on ten methods explained earlier in his book."...you don't take anything from anywhere. Everything is produced by your consciousness. These are the ten methods of building any matter on the basis of our consciousness I decided to introduce to you. Of course there are still other methods. But these are the ones most adapted to any consciousness. Moreover you got acquainted with the methods of creation of matter in the previous chapters.

"If to add methodologies outlined here to the principles of resurrection and methods of resurrections, which you have already learned from the previous chapters, you will be able to create any matter on the basis of your consciousness. Moreover, you will be able to do this on the practical scientific basis following the indicated methods. Provided that you understood what is described in this book, the creation of matter from your consciousness becomes a standard procedure. You will be able to resurrect people, restore lost organs and recover health. You will be able to control any situation, build any required element base, for example, to create air where it is necessary; moreover you will be able to create ecologically clean air. You will be able to do so that an aircraft would not fall in a critical situation, an explosion would not take place at a nuclear plant and any catastrophes would be prevented. In other words, you will be able to achieve real system rescuing of all people. You, of course, understand that these methods require independent mastery. And therefore a decisive factor here is practice. Try to apply these methods to construction not only of physical matter, but of spiritual as well. It's quite a different level. 

"In this case it is possible to speak, for example, about feelings, such as love, loyalty, hope and a lot more. If to consider love as an original matter.(1John 4:8,16), with the help of these methods you can enable other people to perceive it correctly. Everything discussed also relates to construction of any information. You will be able to build any information as such on the basis of these methods. And you will be able to manifest your consciousness in the manner you want for it to be manifested creatively.

"In particular, for example, for creation of any matter, spiritual or physical. You will be able to create any information and any matter, spiritual or physical, because the presented methods include technology, which the Creator uses.

"This method of healing treatment is based exactly on this property of correct combination of numbers. I have already said that in case of any illness correct sequence of numbers results in recovery, in other words, it adjusts organism to the norm. However, now as we have learned that each number and each sequence of numbers is related to the corresponding vibratory structure, recovery with the use of this method can be described in a different way. A correctly selected sequence of numbers results in adjustment of organism to the norm because the numerical sequence related to a certain vibratory structure is the norm itself. It is the required sounding, correct sounding. And concentration on this sequence of numbers indicates tuning. Exactly the same way musical tools are tuned based on the sounding of a tuning fork.

"Handbook of Numbers: Now let us return to my handbook. The book consists of 27 chapters. Each chapter includes a collection of specific diseases. The first 25 chapters actually include all known diseases. The 26th chapter provides concentrations for recovery from unknown diseases and conditions. Following the name of each chapter there is a restoring number series, which applies to all diseases together placed in this chapter. It is always possible to use it and especially when the exact diagnosis is not known, when it is just known that the disease relates to this chapter. If the diagnosis is known the number series that follows just after the name of the concrete illness should be used. It is also possible to use additionally the general number of the chapter, as I've mentioned before.

"It case of some indisposition it might be difficult to determine diagnosis or even determine the type of disease, that is to say, indicate the chapter related to this illness. "Using this method anything needed for eternal life can be created. Once you start getting good results with the number series in helping those who may be ill, you will come to see that using just one number series you can cure all other diseases. 

"I want to say a few more words about the treatment of diseases with the help of number series. I have already mentioned that this approach rests on the circumstance that all objects are interrelated with the vibratory structure of number. The vibratory structure of number is the totality of all properties of the object. That is why the correct sequence of numbers restores the norm. So, I'd like to make one comment here. In the text I propose to use different number series for treatment of different diseases. Actuality this is done for simplicity. This is done in order to help an individual to get rapidly into the swing of the things and start a successful practice. In this case it is possible to get good results immediately. When you will start getting positive results you will see, that by usage of one single number series, the one you have already mastered, you can cure all other illnesses. Since, you have to keep in mind, that though there are many diseases the health is one.

But if we consider these methods with a deeper perspective, it will become clear that the point is the state of consciousness.(that is, one must have higher consciousness to do higher consciousness things, because the ego level is a destructive level; just look at the mess the world is in; it was not brought to the state it is in by those using higher consciousness).

"The provided number series helps you to form the required impulse of consciousness that leads to a cure. And, by the way, that is why I chose seven-digit number series. The thing is that the use of the sequence of seven numbers helps an individual to realize quicker the transfer to the single-impulse action. As a result you acquire the ability to restore health with the help of a single pulse of consciousness."
