"Man can create completely new elements such as were not available on Earth. The principles of resurrection, the methods of creating the matter and the methods of eternal development, they all express the true essence of man.

"I, for example, showed during one of my demonstrations that it is possible to create materials which are not available on Earth. We consider with you the case of materialization of an object in apartment of Glushko Svetlana Pavlovna. Outwardly the material of the object created by me resembled a metal. When they began to examine its internal structure, chemical composition, it became clear that this material was of completely different nature and that such materials are not available on the Earth. "Everything that is has been created by the consciousness structure. It all comes out of this, so changing the consciousness structure changes the world. To handle mass resurrection the Earth can easily increase in size as it too is a product of the consciousness structure."

from pages 58-63 of Grigori Grabovoi's book."Man thinks he lives is a world irrespective of him as he sees things working as they always have, where he has no input into the process.

"The collective consciousness is the merged consciousness of all things including animals, plants, etc. People, present and past were all contributors. The things of the collective consciousness become man's beliefs.(whether it's from the part that holds the good stuff or from the part that holds the bad stuff). Man's body is always changing but the x-ray image is a frozen one.(the real you which manifests through the physical body you have), in that it shows a stable picture at one point in time.(that's how the 'med beds' function in healing us of anything according to our individual soul's pattern that the true God designed). Our consciousness perceives what exists in our consciousness as reality. In other words, what you are aware of is reality to you.

There is both a good collective consciouness in what's known as the Akashic record and also an evil one there. All is recorded, but not all is kept if evil stuff is repented of.

"When you combine what you think about with what happens in the external, supposedly objective reality, when you combine this at action level, you can materialize objects, you can resurrect."

"Our Earth is the merging of the consciousness of all people, all existing consciousness.(rocks, plants, animals). Resurrection is simply a proper technological addition into the structure of the universal connections. Everything that has been created has been created.(Ecclesiastes 1:9,10).based on the structure of consciousness, including the consciousness of the Creator. That is why when we know what the spirit is, what consciousness is, we can resurrect, we can create spaces, we can construct the World, we can then perform any creative actions. Reality is made by means of making a decision by the consciousness of every person and by the consciousness of every information object. That is why the.reality can be changed for the better. Therefore, the more people who share this viewpoint, who make a decision that this is correct, the faster the reality will begin turning in that direction. Everything that is has been created by the consciousness structure. It all comes out of this, so changing the consciousness structure changes the world." 

"Give attention to seeing the world and you'll see that picture which has been, which will be and who you are in this picture. This will be the world forever and in perpetuity.".Ephesians 3:21 "...world without end..."."Out of consciousness the world can be maintained in a perfect state by correcting the negatives that are tending to turn the world into an unhappy place. By changing the collective consciousness we change the surrounding reality."
That's why Christ said to come out of the world, the world of bad:.Revelation 18:4.

from page 41."Spiritual control is a control structure. Spirit controls consciousness and this hierarchy naturally affects the decision making procedure. When a lion receives the reflected signal, prior yet to processing it by its consciousness, the first immediate decision is made by the spirit.(*), by the spiritual control structure; a lion's intuition; for example, something wrong is ahead and the lion must spring back. Next comes the reflected signal processing. Here the main load is borne by the consciousness. Based on the processing of the signal, the lion decides what to do, in this case, where to run. The lion is ahead of other animals in this regard. That's why he's the king of beasts. Explained in detail on this page in the book. Man has a special separate capacity of spiritual level, where spiritual control goes into the structure of contact with God. So, if desired, man can evolve spiritually very fast.(1John 2:12-14). If the system of spiritual control is highly developed, significantly more developed than the system of consciousness and if it exercises full control over all cells and consciousness itself, then the object will become indestructible altogether, because it is possible to create matter. And so therefore with any physical body including the one of man by means of consciousness which is based on evolved spiritual principles. The eagle too possesses a well developed ability to scan space of future events.

Pages 298-300."I adhere to the same approach when I deliver lectures, which include orthodox methods. I deliver lectures in the Agency on Monitoring and Prediction of Emergencies of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation and in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation; refer to APPENDIX E, page 479. These lectures are about the modern technologies of prevention and liquidation of emergencies. According to the great healer Bruno Gröning, Infant disorders are due to disturbances which the mother had suffered during the pregnancy time.(what time does this encompass?), proving how thoughts can affect the physical. Correct them by spiraling back. A strong sincerely happy attitude.nullifies negatives. This is most helpful toward avoiding diseases and hurtful occurrences.

These entities manage all that refers to resurrection. All information is in their hands. They are in control of the situation. They are kind of small islets (small islands) in physical reality, which operate as stand alone units. Resurrection takes place under the direct control of God.

"Improvements in consciousness of all allows for more love of the Creator to affect humanity, for how can the Creator do anything unlike Himself? That is, He never overrides man. It's up to humanity to develop the consciousness that will improve the Universe and all in it. One should be satisfied with everything.(*). If not, fix it."....page 305 Grigori Grabovoi's book.

Improvements in consciousness are needed. Our consciousness changes the world. If your consciousness is good, that is, of high consciousness, then the world changes toward good. If it's the ordinary lower consciousness, then the bad is added to in the invisible collective consciousness. to correct all deceitful persons. Improving ourselves improves others. 

We all live under a cloud of lies; from ones affecting health; from the 'little' ones like 0 trans fats, not at all being that at all, as governments in collusion with other corporations.(a government too is a corporation, like why? Was there a people vote on it? No!).allow anything under 5% trans fats to be labeled as 0. Corporately produced honey is labeled as pure when it can have as much as 20% white sugar added to it, as well as it being processed and filtered removing many helpful ingredients that would have remained if left raw. All this with no information on that presented to the consumer. Chemicals used in processing of many things, such as cooking oils, are not labeled to inform the public of what they may be ingesting. Earthquakes solved, from page 296 of Grigori Grabovoi's book:."I have already mentioned that I created a device for prevention of Earthquakes. Besides destruction caused by Earthquakes there are other facts confirming how serious this phenomenon is.(see the amazing {amazing because of special effects like you've never before seen} movie San Andreas). A significant change of the intensity of the electric field takes place near Earth's surface. Usually the intensity of the electric field near the Earth's surface is within 120-150 V/m.

"Twenty-four hours before a strong Earthquake and during the Earthquake the electric field strength is growing a thousand times in the zone epicenter and close to it! The consequences of such anomalies may be very different. For example, 01 before the devastating Earthquake of 1986 in Bucharest, which was located at a distance of 200 kilometers from the epicenter, all computers of the city malfunctioned. There are devices patented by me which are controlled by thought. Anomalies occur before major disasters such as Earthquakes. Electrical and light phenomena have been noted such as even a glow around people, rocks, tree tops, power lines, etc.

From page 297:."In addition, there was a glow at night around different objects. Light phenomena often accompany and herald strong Earthquakes.(so watch for dire happenings if it comes to this). There may be glowing sky, ground, mountain peaks and sharp edges of rocks, tree tops, power lines, antennas. You can watch the glow also around people and animals. In a fairly large area not only devices with electronic equipment fail. People who are in this zone (pilots, operators, leaders) cannot make clear decisions at this time. The failure of instruments and inability of people to make clear decisions creates emergency. Therefore it is clear how important is the created by me device for prevention of Earthquakes and catastrophes. This device, as I've already told, was created on the basis of the new science.

"Based on principles, you can create a supercomputer in which information processing will take place with infinite speed and which will have infinite memory. You'd think this would significantly increase the size of the device and make its construction complicated, but this is not the case. Based on my research you can place an infinite amount of information into a single physical element. And therefore the infinite and unlimited memory can be realized on the basis of one small microprocessor."....page 296. Many other devices.

Pages 270-276 talks of his created device for archive storage of information in any point of space time, for which he received a license.."This can be done in air, vacuum, or really in any place. How does it work? Space is considered as the structure of time revealed in perception. Time is considered as the function of space. The reproduction of matter is considered as the consequence of the reaction of time to the change of space. In this case it is possible to calculate the points of contact of space with time. These points are the points of archive storage of any information. Knowledge of the points of archive storage of information makes it possible to create technological systems on the basis of computers which can archive the required information in any point of space-time. The archived information of the past is the static construction of this machine. Archive storage of the future provides its dynamic construction. I back up information using single pulses of a special set top box to a computer.(connected to a computer). Archived in this way information at the physical level can be placed in an area of a match head, less than 3mm. Certificate license for this is 'Computer Technology of Remote Control'. On page 438.(of Grabovoi's book).a copy is reproduced. 

"Any event can be transferred into geometric forms by using special computer software to transfer the information. Then this initial form is converted into another one which corresponds to the development of this event in the required direction. This is the way of events control realization. Control can be exercised at any distance. In the particular case computer can be used for creating the required form of reason.(purpose of the procedure).at the selected point. This reason at the selected point arises from the actions of controlling single pulses from a special set top box to the computer. I have built several different installations of this type. They work great!! They use interaction between space and time to create substance. This is one more principle that I discovered and it is officially registered: Certificate-license 'Time is the Form of Space' (shown on page 439). This document states that I have developed computer technologies that make it possible to transfer time into any substance. Thus completely new possibilities for creating substances are offered. These computer technologies make it possible to ensure control of material, such as organism's tissues regeneration; possibility to instantly obtain the required form of material; construction of buildings and creation of mechanisms and machines, controlling machines and much more. 

"Due to these and other created by me technologies you can forget once and for all the energy crises and the problem of energy. Energy can be obtained, for example, from the time of past events. This energy source is unlimited.

"I proposed also new energy sources. As a result, you can entirely forego all nuclear power plants and once and for all solve the energy problem. The new energy sources make it possible to produce it by the ecologically clean method. I have a mentioned the possibility of generating energy, for example, from the time of events."....from page 296.

I think it makes sense to make one more comment to the above. You may wonder how it is possible to archive information not on the traditional media, such as diskettes, but without any media in the vacuum. Let us recall again that space and time are the constructions of consciousness. And since space and time are the constructions of consciousness, information can be placed into any point of space-time including vacuum, since vacuum, so to speak, 'empty space', is also a construction of consciousness. For this very reason some scientists though on the one hand consider vacuum as a medium which does not contain material and on the other hand, are forced to admit that one can get everything from the vacuum. And in order to somehow justify this position they began to call vacuum as physical vacuum. Creation of names is often a way of avoiding problem solution. It will never be possible to make ends meet if we continue to hold to the concept of objective physical reality that does not depend on consciousness. Since, as we know, such reality just does not exist. In fact the essence of the question is simple. Vacuum, the empty space, is the same construction of consciousness as anything else. And since vacuum is the construction of consciousness, it is indeed possible to get everything from it. Because it is possible to get everything from consciousness. All bodies are created on the basis of consciousness. And therefore, it is not surprising that at any point including vacuum, it is possible to archive any information. And thus it is possible to create a required form of reason at the selected point. Thus, on the basis of the presented discoveries I created special software products. This is normal computer software; however, it works according to the principle of extrasensory effect.

"It properly supplements the information of control and as a result tissue appears, or otherwise, the tissue is created. And as a consequence of this, for example, destroyed cells are restored. When recovering organs and physical body altogether, the tissue that is sure to be connected with the Soul of man is created. We have to keep in mind that one of the manifestations of the Soul is highly concentrated information. Connection of the created tissue with the Soul takes place due to the coordination of information. By the way, since the Soul is an infinite by the volume structure and since one of the manifestations of the Soul is highly concentrated information, it is obvious that this is archive storage of information at all points of space-time. So the principle of archive storage of information is one of the fundamental principles of the World. Therefore its use, which was discussed above, is completely natural. And therefore possibility to create such form of reason that will constantly restore man at any point of space-time is quite natural. It will not just restore his organs or resurrect him, but generally will ensure the constant level of normal health."

From page 276,277:."The technical devices of the future will be created based on the same principles. The set out principles can be also used for creation of devices for transmission of information. One of such devices created by me has already passed all tests successfully. For it I received the patent of invention "Information-Carrying System" Number 2163419,  reproduced on page 450-458 in the book.

"It works as follows. You should mentally, to yourself, pronounce a phrase. This phrase can be considered as a message you want to transfer. Of course if you have accomplished the structuralization of consciousness, you are able to transfer this message telepathically without any devices. But if you haven't mastered such methods yet, special devices can help you. The transmitting device built on the basis of principles discussed above transfers your thought. And at the other end another crystal device converts your thought into words or images based on your desire.

"Actually this is a new form of communication built without the use of electromagnetic waves. One newspaper publication named my invention telepathothrone. It is possible to use laser emission instead of the operator for the transfer of video or audio information. Then it will be possible to transmit television and radio broadcasts, exchange computer data and so forth. I developed a technology that makes it possible to connect the abilities of the normalizing and transmitting crystalline modules. Based on this technology it is possible to produce a miniature crystalline system, which can be accommodated on the bracelet of a wrist watch, which will restore a man and moreover it will transfer data about his health to the central crystalline system. If the central system receives information that the state of the organism should be improved, the human health is restored by the central large crystals. Such technologies of restoration can be extended to any objects of information. Transmission of information is done instantly. The distance doesn't matter. You can transmit your thought to any point of space, to any Galaxy. Moreover there are no such areas where this could be prevented. And furthermore, the sent mental signal will always be individual, since it is sent by a specific person. The individuality of the thought and consequently of the signal always remains in line with the set of the signs. Therefore such communication systems are ideal from the point of view of interference immunity."

From page 297,298:."Nuclear weapons and nuclear power are of significant danger to our civilization. Current situation is extremely serious. And not just because of enormous nuclear stockpiles. Operation of nuclear power plants also poses a lethal threat. I will give a concrete fact, when I had to save the Earth from destruction. I am talking about the prevented by me of the accident at the Kozloduy nuclear plant in Bulgaria. This information was published in the official newspaper of Russian government Rossiiskaya gazeta No 18 (1878) of January 30, 1998. The newspaper published the article "Catastrophes for Tomorrow are Canceled" under the headline "A Quiet Sensation". The article told that I prevented the accident on Kozloduy nuclear plant. This emergency could have resulted in a catastrophe of such scale that would be fundamentally different from the Chernobyl accident.

"The fact of the matter is that there are underground layers with high electrical conductivity under the Kozloduy nuclear power plant. In the case of explosion, this would create a vacuum drain, which would start retracting the atmosphere of the Earth. It would have not been possible to stop this drain with existing technical means and according to calculations of physicists by the year 2000, this process would have transformed our planet into a dust cloud. The detected by me defects and the corresponding actions on the nuclear power plant were certified at the highest state level. My actions made it possible to prevent the accident. As a result the Earth was rescued..Only world leaders knew of this potential destruction. After the foreboding.calamity was thwarted, 137 nations sent thanks to Grabovoi.

"In our time, when the world is in danger of total annihilation, the science must find ways to prevent this. In this situation, that system of knowledge and actions is named the science, which has real, I emphasize, real methods of rescuing from the global catastrophe. In my practice I use clairvoyance. This is irrational technology.

"With the help of the clairvoyance I have already prevented many catastrophes of global nature. No other methods could be used for prevention of these catastrophes. It was not possible to prevent them by the methods and means of orthodox science. Therefore, based on the facts, exactly irrational technologies such as clairvoyance, materialization and annihilation of matter, teleportation and others and first of all, certainly resurrection, are truly scientific technologies.

"The resurrection of people and generally restoration of any objects; exactly these technologies are truly scientific. This is the reality. I should note that I use the term "irrational technologies" in its existing today meaning. However, you should understand that these technologies are irrational only from the point of view of ordinary consciousness. Since the ordinary wakeful consciousness is not able to see clearly and to realize the processes listed above, exactly due to this inability, these technologies are considered irrational.

"At the same time all these phenomena are completely natural for the higher state of consciousness. In fact, they are a higher level science, the real science. This true science is based on knowledge of how the World in actuality is arranged. And for this very reason these technologies have such stunning efficiency. In my practice I can use a combination of my clairvoyance, the new science and the orthodox science.
