Ezekiel
14:3-7 "Son of man.(speaking
here of the prophet Ezekiel), these
men have set up their idols in their heart and put the stumblingblock of
their iniquity before their face. Should I be enquired of at all by them?
Therefore speak unto them and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Every
man of the
house of Israel that sets up his idols in his heart and puts the stumblingblock
of his iniquity before his face and comes to the prophet; I the Lord will
answer him that comes according to the multitude of his idols; That I may
take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged
from me through their
idols. Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God;
Repent.(means
to decide to be different).and
turn yourselves from your idols and turn away your faces from all your
abominations.(the
things that cause and work toward eventually causing heartache; and so
then, what will God do once they turn from their abominations?.Malachi
3:7). For every one of the house
of Israel or of the stranger that sojourns
in Israel, which separates himself from me and sets up his idols.(by
holding on to these idols, one is alienating
himself from all good).in
his heart and puts the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face and
comes to a prophet to enquire of him concerning me; I the Lord will answer
him by myself.(God
cannot be on your side, if you are not on His {Malachi
3:7})."

of love and those we may know of who have needs? Sadly, most of the
mainstream of humanity are self consumed with
time
wasting TV watching.(not
the good programs, but the ones where you would rather 'just watch TV'
instead of pray for others and/or study the words
of the Infinite One).than
to
take time for others
in this way. Some spiritual peoples' priorities are

of kilter.

56:10-12 "His watchmen are blind. They are all ignorant. They are all
dumb dogs.(dumb
as in unable to speak or they would lose their positions, so they resolve
themselves to be in with the rest of their ilk).
They cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are
greedy
dogs which can never have enough and they are shepherds that cannot
understand. They all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from
his quarter.(responsibilities).
Come you, say they, I will fetch wine and we will fill ourselves with strong
drink and to morrow shall be as this day and much more abundant."

49:6,7 "They that trust in their wealth and boast themselves in the
multitude of their riches; none of them can by any means redeem his brother
nor give to God a ransom for him."
