There are two kinds of pastors; those who are interested in the fleece and those who are interested in the flock!

A false prophet is one who, acting the part of a divinely inspired prophet, utters falsehoods under the name of divine prophecies; a phony.

Jeremiah 23:1,2; Ezekiel 34:3,4; Zechariah 11:16.

Lamentations 3:37 "Who is he that says and it comes to pass, when God hasn't allowed it?"

There were many in the days of the early New Testament who were using the truth of God mostly for selfish advantage and not to sincerely be of help to others.(*). The same is true today:.2Corinthians 2:17 "For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God, but as of sincerity and as of God and in sight of God, speak we in Christ." Ephesians 6:24 "Grace be with all them that love our God Emmanuel Christ in sincerity.(Joshua 24:14). Amen..."

Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary:."many show the worthlessness of their professed faith and love, by living for themselves and for the world."

2Peter 2:1,3 "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable.heresies, even denying Christ that bought them.(1, 2, 3).and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you, whose judgment now of a long time lingers not and their damnation slumbers not."

One such man and woman out for all the self could get were Ananias & Saffira. Others were Elymas and someone called Simon, who were sorcerers:.Acts 13:8-12.

Thousands of children suffer intolerable cruelty at the hands of so-called 'Christian' pastors and all to use others for their own greed and/or lust. As Gary, Director of UK charity Stepping Stones Nigeria, says:."It's an absolute scandal. Any Christian would look at the situation that is going on here and just be absolutely outraged that they were using the teachings of Emmanuel the Christ to exploit and abuse innocent children.".They call children witches and charge the parents a fee to 'cure' their children.

Such things happen to those being gullible and those from congregations of the dead. These are those lacking discernment, those who willy-nilly follow leaders, stupidly and that blindingly, trusting their authority:.Matthew 15:14 "Let them alone. They be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch." 

In our western world it's a little different than in Nigeria. Here it's pay your tithe.first, because Christ is the church.(Matthew18:19,20; Romans 12:5; 1Corinthians 10:24; 12:12-22; 12:27; Ephesians 4:12,13; Colossians 1:18).and if you serve him, you'll be blessed:.Malachi 3:8-10. 

Doesn't seem to matter if you're short on money for toys for your kids' birthdays or for Christmas. Doesn't seem to matter if you're short on your rent or car payment or on being able to afford proper clothes for the family or even better quality organic food. Nah! That doesn't matter, as long as you serve the church by following its doctrines and turning over.your.money:.Jeremiah 14:15 "Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name and I sent them not....." Jeremiah 23:1-4 "Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! says the Lord. Therefore thus says the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people. You have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not visited them.(not cared for them). Behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, says the Lord. And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, says the Lord."

1John 4:1 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God, because many false prophets are gone out into the world.".Ezekiel 13:1-10; Matthew 7:16-20.

2Corinthians 2:17 "For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God, but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ." Jeremiah 3:15 "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge, discernment and insight.

Matthew 24:5,23,24 "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ.(it is saying that many would come along to say that Emmanuel was the Christ).and deceive many.(the rest of their message does not lead you into a close binding relationship with the Father, but as Paul often encountered, leads one into religion with its various legalisms and one's 'fight against sin', rather than emphasis on the righteousness one has in Christ). Then if any man says unto you, Lo, here is Christ or there, believe it not. For there are false Christs and false prophets.(what a prophet is).and shall show great signs and wonders.(like:."Christ is in our church. Come see all the healings and movement of the spirit. It is sooooooooo inspiring! And we are really reaching out to the world. God is doing a great work in this church I go to. We speak in tongues and we prophesy. We have missions all over the world and our church is growing fantastically. We are growing; look at our new building. This is where you want to be to be close to God! Why, the head of our church is considered a great apostle.".And some of these may well be all true and good {Acts 5:33-39} but so often it's just as in was in olden times at the Tower of Babel); insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." 

John 10:4,5,27-29 ".....and the sheep follow Him, for they know His 'voice'. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him, for they know not the voice of strangers. My sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me. And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father which gave them me.(the Father, the Creator, gave the gift of Christ to them), is greater than all and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand." 

2Corinthians 11:13-15 "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness.(and what do they teach?, "the way to get righteous is to work getting sin out of your life and keep the law, tithe:.{oh yah baby! tithe, tithe, tithe, tithe; we want them bucks} go to church, come to our Bible studies, make nice things for Christmas and have an impact upon the community, while the world as a whole continues deteriorating"), whose end is according to their works.(some evils are not as great as other evils)."

Always remember the Great Infinite One looks on a person's heart.(1Samuel 16:7), because out of it come all the issues of his or her life.(Proverbs 4:23); that is, with the freedom we all have in this spiritual realm of being in Christ, we make our own life by what is really in our hearts.
