2Peter
2:1 But there were false prophets.(could
just as easily have used 'liars' here).also
among the people, even as there shall be false teachers.(original
is 'those who impart instruction', such as those urging you to harm yourself,
how?).among
you, who privily
shall bring in damnable.heresies,
even denying Christ that bought them.(1,
2,
3).and
bring upon themselves swift destruction.
"swift
destruction", destruction that is swift once
it starts:.Joshua
24:20. Who were these and how does this happen in our age today?.1Timothy
6:5.
2Peter
2:2 And many follow their pernicious.(means
'destructive').ways, by reason
of whom the way of truth
is evil spoken of.
These
many think the true God's free ways don't work. They have been duped
by the
dark side. They don't believe God. And so they try alignments with
other philosophies and even lock themselves into paying money for them:.1Timothy
6:5.
Acts
16:19-24; 24:5. Not
all those appearing human are at all of the human species, like the
rest of us.
2Peter
2:3 And through covetousness
they with feigned
words make merchandise of you.(how
do they do this?.1Timothy
6:5); whose judgment now of a long time lingers not and
their
damnation.lingers
not.
Over
much time,
satanists
spout much the same lies:.John
8:44. Subtle
deceivers are they. See through the lies to their motives,
which usually are covetousness
and/or licentiousness
and control to your detriment.
2Peter
2:4 For if God spared not the angels
that sinned, but cast them down to hell and
delivered them into chains of darkness.(able
only to hurt to the length of their chain, which distance you keep
out of by staying within the light),
to be reserved unto
judgment;
No
evilness escapes. Be sure you get rid of yours, how?.Luke
1:16.
2Peter
2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah
the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon
the world of the unGodly;
Means
here that Noah was one of the eight persons on the
ark, worthy enough to escape the flood:.1Peter
3:20.
2Peter
2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and
Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an
ensample.(another
spelling of word 'example').unto
those that after should live unGodly;
Living
unGodly is the automatic
way all us humans have lived without the knowledge of God in our hearts.
The example
here showing what the Creator thinks of those
living with a low consciousness as compared to the
higher consciousness way of thinking:.Proverbs
23:7 "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. Eat and drink, says
he to you, but his heart is not with you."
2Peter
2:7,8 And delivered just.(word
'just', here means 'righteous').Lot,
vexed.(original
is 'tired', exhausted'; it drained him).with
the filthy conversation.(old
English word for 'conduct').of
the wicked. For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing,
vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds.
2Peter 2:9 Godknows how to deliver the Godly out
of temptations and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be
punished.
2Peter
2:9 God knows how to deliver the Godly.(those
who want to do good).out of temptations
and to reserve the unjust.(those
who do selfishness because of greed
at any cost to others).unto the day
of judgment to be punished.
Original for
word 'punished' is 'to lop or prune, as trees and wings', 'to curb', 'check',
'restrain', 'to chastise', 'correct', 'punish'. God
doesn't punish per
se. It's the automatic laws the Creator set up at the time the multiverse
was formed that can wreak.havoc
in a one's life, one law being, we reap
what we have sown. The word 'punish' does not mean to destroy
(Proverbs 3:12; Hebrews
12:6) or punish
in hell. But then, when
is this day of judgment for retribution?
2Peter 2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh
in the lust of uncleanness and despise government.
Presumptuous are they, self willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of
dignities.
2Peter
2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness
and despise government.(original
for 'government' is 'dominion'; the same word is also translated 'Lord'
in the New Testament, but means here, they resent
what they regard as encroaching
towards their self-centered concerns, their 'lord' and they regard
ideas toward helping others as threats to self-governance, where any impressions
on their minds outside of selfish purposes are disregarded; they are characterized
by being dogmatically
impatient of contradiction).
Presumptuous
are they, self willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.(original
is 'opinions', in this case, ideas of others not in line with their mind's
limitations; they just don't
see deep because they don't want to and they don't want to because
they hold their own corrupt life's ways close to them {1Timothy
4:2} and why is that?.2Corinthians
3:16).
Jude
1:8.
2Peter
2:11.Whereas.angels,
which are greater in power and might, bring not
railing
accusation against them before the Lord.
Barnes
Notes: The Greek here for 'bring not railing accusation' is, 'bring
not blasphemous or reproachful judgment or condemnation', just do what
may have to be done to send them to the Judge of all; if crimes against
humanity, then and only after a proper tribunal, it's either life imprisonment
or death. If they are as they are described in verse 12, there's no option
for allowing them to continue on with their evil ways:.Jude
1:9,10; Zechariah 3:2.
High quality
angelic beings when opposing others, don't resort to making use of reproachful
terms, harsh and violent language. They simply do what is necessary.
Where those
angels lesser in power and might are the ones who don't hesitate to accuse
others, hoping for their destruction?.Revelation
12:10. "...the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused
them before our God day and night."
God sees all
and knows the thoughts:.Proverbs
15:26 "The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the Lord, but
the words of the pure are pleasant words."
Jude
1:9.
2Peter 2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts,
made
to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things they don't
comprehend and shall utterly perish because of the corruption that typifies
them;
2Peter
2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts.(from
birth, they just got worse, why?),
made
to be taken.(word
'made' in original is 'a certain kind that appeared toward destruction'
of others and themselves; what
'kind' was this that are on the evil side with actions from their own minds?).and
destroyed.(Psalms
49:20), speak evil of the things.(things
like
what?).they don't comprehend.(original
for 'don't comprehend' is 'ignorant
of', 'understand not'; they were closed-minded
to learning truths of life that are readily.evident:.2Peter
3:5).and shall utterly perish.(original
for 'and shall utterly perish' is 'be destroyed').because
of the corruption that typifies them.(?).
Barnes
Notes: These individuals resemble irrational animals which are
made to be taken and destroyed. The point of the comparison is, that they
are like fierce and savage beasts that exercise no control over their appetites
and that seem to be made only to be destroyed. These individuals by their
fierce and ungovernable passions, appear to be made only for destruction
and rush blindly on to it. The word rendered 'natural' means by their nature,
that is, following the bent of their natural appetites and passions. The
idea is, that they exercised no more restraint over their passions than
beasts do over their propensities.
They were entirely under the dominion of their natural appetites and didn't
posess reason or conscience to exert any constraint. The word rendered
'brute' means 'without reason' or as has been said 'They have no reverse
gear'.(Luke
6:39).and
therefore are irrational.
Humans are able to use thinking before acting. Demon 'brutes' have no rational
nature and it is to be expected that they will act out their propensities
without restraint and they do. The human species is endowed with a higher
nature, able to decide which
way is good and which way is not good. If one shows by decisions and
subsequent actions, sinking to the level of brutes, he or she will be treated
like brutes to be taken and destroyed:.Matthew
7:17-20. Such are they not only useless to society, but destructive
and so good people regard them as worthy of it. Such are they who cannot
appreciate any good and are constant
liers:.John
8:44. Their actions show their destructive ways and these actions will
be the means of their ruin (*),
rendering
them fit for destruction.
Ancient David
was righteously unforgiving when responding to criminals.
2Peter
2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness.(*),
as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are
and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings.(original
also
is 'cheat' and
'beguile').while
they live amongst you in society.
They
can be friendly enough to easily and willingly sit down with you for say,
a meal, having a good time with you and others, but their heart may
not be good. How would you know?.Proverbs
14:25; Matthew 7:16,20; 15:8;
1John
4:6.
The verse here
can also apply today re the corrupt
leaders, politicians and anyone else who is like as those in this verse
refers to.
2Peter
2:14 Having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin.(Barnes
Notes:.passion
used in evil ways seeks occasion for indulgence and expresses nothing else
but the evil desire); beguiling.(why
is it that satanists never tell the truth:.John
8:44; Matthew 7:16-20).unstable
souls.(how
unstable?.2Timothy
3:6). They have a heart they exercise with covetous practices
and are cursed
children;
'Cursed
children' refers to them drugged, electrified, experimented on, mind controlled
and badly abused and even killed on purpose of vaccines production experimentation.
Those who do such horrific things for their own perverted pleasures and
greed, are mostly because they too were abused similarly. And who are they
today doing such things? Find out, see Janet
Ossebaard reports.
2Peter
2:15 Which have forsaken the right way and are gone astray,
following the way of Balaam.(Numbers
24:25).the son of Bosor,
who loved.(1Timothy
4:2).the wages of unrighteousness.
He
loved getting an unfair advantage over others.
2Peter
2:16 But was rebuked for his iniquity, the dumb ass speaking with man's
voice.(Numbers
22:1-4).forbad the madness
of the prophet.
2Peter
2:17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a
tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
2Peter
2:18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure
through the lusts of the flesh.(an
appeal to selfishness to suck you into the dark side), through
much wantonness.(the
'exciting' prospect of the things of the dark side; why.silly
women are attracted to the 'fringy' guys), those that were
clean escaped from them who live in error.
Barnes
Notes: The word 'allure' is the same original word used as 'beguiling'
in verse 14 above and as 'enticed' in James
1:14. It does not elsewhere occur in the New Testament. It means that
they make use of deceitful arts to allure, ensnare or beguile others. The
means which it is here said they employed, were the lusts of the flesh,
that is, they promised the freedom of unlimited indulgence to the carnal
appetites or taught such doctrines that their followers would feel themselves
free to give unrestrained liberty to such propensities. This has been quite
a common method in the world, of inducing men to embrace false doctrines.
See how these things
have affected you through the control of you by others who are incredibly
evil.
2Peter
2:19 While they promise them
liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption. For of whom.(original
'what', 'which', 'whom', 'that', 'whereof').a
man is overcome.(whatever
a man is overcome by), of the same is he brought in bondage.
2Peter
2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions.(original
'anything which causes an individual to be dyed with another color, speaking
of one's character).of
the world through the knowledge of.(2Peter
1:2,3).the Lord and Saviour
Emmanuel the Christ, they are again entangled therein and overcome.(decided
not to stay away), the latter end is worse with them than
the beginning.
2Peter
2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way
of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the
holy commandment.(the
'holy commandment' is love; 'holy' is 'wholeness', the oneness
of love:.Mark
12:29-31; 2Peter 3:14).delivered
unto them.
Why
would it have been better? Better conscience.wise:.1Timothy
4:2 "...their conscience seared with a hot iron."
How
then does one remain constant in good?
2Peter
2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb.(Proverbs
26:11), The dog is turned to his own vomit
again and the sow that was washed, to her wallowing in the mire.(muddy
ground).
Important
to decide not to lose what has been gained. One needs to be on
the qui vive.
