About 1Timothy

1Timothy 1:1.Paul, an apostle of Emmanuel the Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour and Lord Emmanuel the Christ, which is our hope;

1Timothy 1:2 Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith; Grace, mercy and peace from God our Father and Emmanuel the Christ our Lord.

1Timothy 1:3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou might charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
Who were these 'some'?
1Timothy 1:4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than Godly edifying which is in faith.
Barnes Notes:."Neither give heed to fables", that is, that they should not bestow their attention on fables or regard such trifles as of importance. The."fables".here referred to were useless and puerile superstitions that some people then spouted. Such fables were composed of frivolous and unfounded stories, which some of them talked with others about:.1Timothy 6:5.

Paul, who had been brought up amidst these superstitions, saw at once how they would tend to draw off the mind from the truth. One of the most successful arts of the adversary of souls, those of Satan, has been to mingle fable with truth:.John 8:44.

"And endless genealogies".In the lapse of centuries, these genealogical listings (example:.Nehemiah 7:5-62) would become numerous, complicated and extended, so that they might, without much exaggeration, be called endless. Great importance was attached to one's bloodline back then and even today by those regarding their bloodline as more important that the things of the heart and so they carefully list those in their past, insisting on careful preservation of such records. As the Messiah, however, had now come, any distinction was now useless:.Galatians 3:28; Colossians 3:11. The whole system of genealogy was, moreover, contrary to the genius of Christianity, for it served to keep up the pride of blood and of birth:.1Corinthians 1:12,13.

1Timothy 1:5 Now the end.(original Greek is 'to set out for a definite end, the 'whole purpose').of the commandment is charity.(original Greek for word 'charity' is word 'love'; the whole purpose of humanity is to love as God does and it's in this that we too become as He is:.1John 4:17).out of a pure heart and of a good conscience and of faith unfeigned.(not a fraud, not hypocritical).
A commandment of God is an instruction that God wants each of us to know about because it's helpful in living our lives.

Matthew 22:37-40.

1Timothy 1:6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain.jangling;

1Timothy 1:7 Desiring to be teachers of the law.(an ego of wanting control over others), but not comprehending what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
In other words, they have another reason to tell you what they are saying and that's most always 'out to get your money'. So they say whatever seems to work on the gullible, while they are not able to convincingly back up what they are saying when questions are asked by those who are alert and thinking, they 'see holes' in their arguments they use to persuade. It's just another criminal approach toward the uninformed. Words may sound good on the surface.(*):.Matthew 7:16-20. But what it is they are talking about , it's saying here, is misinformation and propaganda. If you're unsure of someone or something, ask God to show you the truth about that of which you may be considering:.Matthew 7:8-10; 2Peter 2:3.
1Timothy 1:8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;

1Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the unGodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

1Timothy 1:10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with humanity, for menstealers.(those wishing to make slaves of others), for liars, for perjured individuals.(original for "perjured individuals", but."false swearers", those who will lie if paid money).and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine.(commonsense).
What other things have the satanically influenced ones concocted to harm humanity?
1Timothy 1:11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
Paul's passion for what he came to see God wanted him to do, was paramount in his life.(*).
1Timothy 1:12 And I thank Christ Emmanuel our Lord who has enabled me.(Paul), for that he counted me faithful putting me into the ministry;

1Timothy 1:13 Me, who was before a blasphemer and a persecutor and injurious, but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
Paul stupidly but sincerely, believed he was aligned with the true God, when he wasn't. He was brainwashed by the religion he was brought up in:.Proverbs 14:12. Paul didn't like it that he was as he was before. He did the best from what he believed when he was at the ego level, not being enlightened and what he was like that wasn't good. What Paul did, he did believing he was right in doing it, even though he was very wrong. He murdered people because of what they believed and even though they had done no wrong to others; they simply quietly lived what they believed, but at this time in Paul's life Paul viewed them a threat, out to take over from the religion he was brought up in.

Others in history were as bad.

What is an unbeliever?

1Timothy 1:14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Emmanuel.
Family Notes says."this shows that faith and love have their ground only in the union of the soul with Christ", which is "the source that flows to us"....Alford;.Matthew Henrys Concise Commentary."the Son of God, who once died on the cross, now reigns upon the throne of glory, to save all that come to God through him":.Galatians 3:26. Acts 26:18; John 3:16,17.
1Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Emmanuel came into the world to save sinners.(save from what and what is a sinner?).of whom I am chief.(Paul saying of himself).
Since we were already saved before the Earth was formed (2Timothy 1:9), what then does the word 'saved' mean here?

What comes from God once we awaken to the fact of our being saved?

Romans 3:26.

1Timothy 1:16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first, Emmanuel Christ might show forth all longsuffering, for a pattern.(a pattern is an example).to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
1Peter 1:21.
1Timothy 1:17 Now unto the King.(original is 'basis', meaning the foundation:.Romans 8:29).eternal, immortal.(on word 'immortal' see 2Timothy 1:10), invisible, the only.(the alone or one {only one} wise true, real God:.Romans 16:27; Jude 1:25).wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
New Testament scriptures on Christ the King:.Matthew 2:1,2; 1Timothy 6:15; Revelation 15:3; 17:14; 19:16.

Old Testament scriptures on Christ coming to be King. Word 'God' in this verse 17 here refers to the Great Invisible Intelligent Energy, which also is Christ:.John 10:30; Revelation 4:9,10. See also 'Elohim'.

1Timothy 1:18 This charge I commit unto you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on you.(2Timothy 3:15), that you by them might war a good warfare;
A good warfare against what? and using what he mentions in the next verse and Ephesians 6:17 which also refers to high consciousness things.
1Timothy 1:19 Holding faith and a good conscience which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck.

1Timothy 1:20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander.(and Philetus:.2Timothy 2:17), whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
Being as they were, infecting others with their negativity, they just couldn't be around others, as they were no good at that time toward a higher consciousness living.
1Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
And also even the evil ones:.Jeremiah 29:7.
1Timothy 2:2 And for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all Godliness.(a spiritual life comprehending the Infinite's presence in it).and honesty.

1Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

1Timothy 2:4 Who will have.(no 'will have' about it; God has decided and who is going to change what has already been done?.Isaiah 14:26,27).all humans saved.(*).and come unto the knowledge.(God wants humanity to both realize that they were saved a long time before they were even on the Earth and that they should now grow in spirituality, how? and why is knowledge so important in all this? Once one is awakened to the truth of his existence {2Timothy 1:9} then he's on the road to a reward as he grows in spirituality; they're all saved now, but until they know that, what good is it to them?).of the truth.
Closer to the original:."Who has all humans saved.(Acts 17:30).and coming unto the knowledge.of the truth."
1Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Emmanuel.
Note the verse says."mediator between God and men". What is the import of this statement?.Revelation 4:9,10. Christ is now supreme over all as this verse elicits. Believers, including us (Galatians 2:16) as well as those passed on but still working on Earth from the invisible, those such as these, are also mediators. Mediators between what? Between the invisible intelligent energy and oneself. Out of this intelligent infinite energy came all things including the Elohim, an original word in the English meaning God, which is a plural word.
1Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom.for all, to be testified in due time.

1Timothy 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher and an apostle. I speak the truth in Christ and lie not. I'm a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.(truth).

1Timothy 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

1Timothy 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety, not with broided hair or gold or pearls or costly array;
That is, concern yourself with the inward things of character and avoid overemphasizing the physical appearance things, where that is what gets primarily noticed.
1Timothy 2:10 But which becomes women professing Godliness with good works.

1Timothy 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

1Timothy 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1Corinthians 14:34,35.
1Timothy 2:13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

1Timothy 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Adam knew it was wrong to not follow what God had told him. Eve however, reasoned, probably thinking that she would become wiser, smarter and would therefor be a better woman and that God and Adam would be pleased with that. She really didn't think she was doing any wrong.

Lesson being, today the devil has deceived the whole world (Revelation 12:9) into believing they can improve on what God has done. So, we have man's satanic inspired stupid attempts trying to improve on God's work. But it's just another trick of the dark side beings to destroy humanity through man's evil influenced ideas, such as...

1Timothy 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
If she has a child or children that's a very good thing as it binds the family together and if she has a fine man who helps her in life and with the children, that adds to the goodness of her life. In other words it's better than going it alone in life.

May also apply to Emmanuel being born 4000 years later, the Savior of all:.2Timothy 1:9.

1Timothy 3:1,2 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desires a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

1Timothy 3:3 Not given to wine.(not an alcoholic), no striker.(has a few drinks, fills with confidence and wants to fight to prove his 'greatness'), not greedy of filthy lucre.(in it for the money); but patient, not a brawler.(argumentative), not covetous.

1Timothy 3:4 One that rules well his own house, having his children in subjection.(they are not unruly and cantankerous:.Titus 1:6).with all gravity.
Gravity is that his children respectfully and happily fit in with the atmosphere of the parents wishes, because they have been taught and adhere to a character that exhibits.dignity of manner.
1Timothy 3:5 For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?

1Timothy 3:6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
That is, the same condemnation the devil is in. The devil and his dark side friends live lives of condemnation, that is, all they do is for evil and harm:.John 3:19. Thus, being of the same condemnation the devil is, is being of the same thinking, the same heart of hurt:.2Timothy 2:26..Barnes Notes:."That is, the same kind of condemnation which the devil fell into; to wit, condemnation on account of pride. It is here intimated, that the cause of the apostasy of Satan was pride, a cause which is as likely to have been the true one as any other. Who can tell but it may have been produced by some new honour which was conferred on him in heaven and that his virtue was not found sufficient for the untried circumstances in which he was placed?"
1Timothy 3:7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

1Timothy 3:8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;

1Timothy 3:9 Holding the mystery.(word means concealed or hidden; that is, the ego direction will never lead man to find it because it's of the spiritual and the ego of the base physical).of the.(words 'of the' not in original).faith in a.(word 'a' not in original).pure conscience.

1Timothy 3:10,11 And let these also first be proved then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

1Timothy 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

1Timothy 3:13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Emmanuel.

1Timothy 3:14 These things write I unto thee hoping to come unto thee shortly.

1Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

1Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of Godliness. God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
1Timothy 3:16 And without controversy.(or, 'by the consent of all'); Barnes Notes:.("undeniably, certainly, the object of the apostle is to say that the truth which he was about to state.admitted of no dispute).great is the mystery of Godliness. God.(original word for 'God' here, is 'theos':.Luke 12:6).was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit.(was righteous because of the spirit in him he acted from; equal with God the Father), seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

1Timothy 2:5,6.

1Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from faith.(faith meaning, conviction of the truth of anything; you have faith that if you turn down this road it will surely take you to the grocery store; you know this to be true; and, what if you do depart?), giving heed to seducing.(how?).spirits and doctrines of devils.
'Doctrines' in the original here means 'following the precepts of', that is, going along with what the devil may want; accommodating the dark side.
1Timothy 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron.
1Timothy 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy.(speaking lies in hypocrisy is not being truthfully.sincere.because one has a hidden alternate.reason, a hidden agenda in mind because one is either a liar by nature.{John 8:44}.or having become that way by setting avariciousness in himself. This is Self Inflicted Narcissism}. Careful who you make your friends as they could be an individual or group already corrupted by the dark side and such are they wanting others not to find truth about anything, instead, leading and misleading them {the mainstream media's constant deceptions}, down the road into evil satanic practices {*}, as they themselves have been corrupted by their own decision to be evil.{Ecclesiastes 8:11}), having their conscience.seared.(snuffed out).with a hot iron.(Nahum 1:3; Romans 1:26,27).

Pretty difficult, but not impossible, to recover from having a seared conscience. The searing keeps in the juices of a steak. This searing here protects the evil in an individual from being affected by good.

Having become accustomed to being seduced by evil ways of the dark side so much, that to various degrees, such people become spiritually insensible:.Ephesians 6:12. As Dr. David E. Martin has explained, searing is blocking those things that stop progression on the pathway of good.

Ephesians 4:19 "Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness."

Corrupt controllers having given up their souls for greed, thus gave themselves over to evil. They effectively had 'sold their soul to the devil'. And this because they decided not to control their lives, but instead wanted to control other lives and in a harmful way. How warped is that? How does someone end up in such a bad state of being in life as this?.Ecclesiastes 8:11. And how can they ever be helped?.Matthew 19:25,26. Too bad most have to 'hit bottom' hard in life before change is possible when the individual finally begins to see some hope. This happened to famous Derek.

Proverbs 16:17 "The highway of the upright is to depart from evil. He that keeps his way protects his soul."

1Timothy 4:3 Forbidding to marry.(what's marriage mean? what 'church' today has celibate priests?).and commanding to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

1Timothy 4:4 For every creature of God is created good.(God only creates good things, but sentient beings have free choice).and nothing to be refused,.if it be received with thanksgiving.(God would never create anything that would harm you in any way, so if you're being harmed in some way, it comes from what we know as the dark side).
Be sure your attitude is gratitude:.Luke 10:19.
Barnes Notes: Does this mean that all that God has made is good for every object to which it can be applied? It is good in its place. It is good for the purpose for which God made it. But it should not be inferred that a thing which is poisonous in its nature is good for food, because it is a creation of God. It is good only in its place and for the ends for which God intended it. Nor should it be inferred that what God has made is necessarily good after it has been perverted by man, such as GMO foods. As God made it originally, it might have been used without injury. Apples and peaches were made good and are still useful and proper as articles of food, if organic. Rye and Indian corn are good and are admirably adapted to the support of man and beast if free of having been grown in chemical fertilizers, then sprayed with any of the many 'cides'.
1Timothy 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

1Timothy 4:6,7 If uou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, you are a good minister of Emmanuel the Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto you have attained. But refuse profane and old wives' fables and exercise yourself rather unto Godliness.

1Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profits little, but Godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is.(*).and of that which is to come.
The verse is saying that it's important to live in balance, that exercise has advantages, but like all things, too much of it creates an inner feeling of dissatisfaction, making one a dullard. Live your life by listening to your heart. What is it you may want to do that's good at any particular time?
1Timothy 4:9 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.

1Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all humanity, specially.(word 'specially' is a superlative).of those that believe..(?)

1Timothy 4:11 These things command.(emphasize the importance of).and teach.

1Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise your youth but be an example of the believers.(original for 'of the believers' is 'faithful' or of the faithful).in word.(*), in conversation.(old English word for our modern word 'conduct'), in charity.(Old English word for our modern word 'love'), in spirit.(attitude), in faith, in purity.

1Timothy 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading.(original is 'reading to know', reading to know what?.2Corinthians 13:5; 1John 4:9), to exhortation, to doctrine.

1Timothy 4:14 Neglect not the gift that is in you, which was given you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.(original for 'presbytery' is elders:.1John 2:12-14).

1Timothy 4:15.Meditate upon these things. Give yourself wholly to them that your profiting.(original is 'furtherance', that is, the furthering of that which you meditated upon).may appear.(original 'manifest', 'bring benefit to').to all.(Matthew 6:1-6).

1Timothy 4:16 Take heed.(give attention to its importance).unto thyself and unto the doctrine. Continue in them for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself and them that hear thee.
