Isaiah 11:2,3 And the spirit of God shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge.(talking about information that helps people {verse 9 below} come out of their self perpetuating.prison).and of the fear of the Lord. And shall make him of quick understanding.(quick comprehension comes from respecting God).in the fear of God and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears.

Isaiah 11:4 But with righteousness he judges.(how?).the poor and reprove with equity.(Psalms 103:10).for the meek.(what righteousness is this that is used here, if not the righteousness of the automatic laws of the multiverse set up before physical man was created on the Earth?.1Corinthians 2:7, otherwise there would not have been any order for the physical multiverse and humanity to come into {gene decode explains ; the laws of life {all Earth for example is a living organism} needed to be in place so that what was to be created {the multiverse and humanity} would function as they do today and always have since created).of the Earth and he shall smite the Earth with the rod of his mouth.(it was with words on how to move from low consciousness living and living by means of higher consciousness, the consciousness needed for eternal life for an individual, that Christ would be emphasizing:.2Thessalonians 2:8).and with the breath of his lips slays the wicked.(metaphorical language for how the long ago set up laws of God continue to function today as they should).

Where does Christ fit into all this? One is forgiven when he asks to be in a relationship with God, which is a spiritual relationship, a relationship based on spiritual things, these things. 

Christ's death paved the way for our return to the Father. His resurrection gave the promise to us that when 'in Christ', our works from our sincere hearts provides for a reward for us. Wrongs we may have done can no longer impair a relationship  by us with the Father, who comprises the Holy Spirit and Christ.

Even if we still do bad things, we are not ever out of a relationship with God our Father of all good:.Romans 6:14,15; Hebrews 13:5.

Isaiah 11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.

Isaiah 11:7,8 And the cow and the bear shall feed. Their young ones shall lie down together. And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice.(another type of poisonous snake).den.

Barnes Notes:."The Hebrew word rendered here 'asp' denotes the serpent usually called the asp whose poison is of such rapid operation that it kills almost instantly."

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain.(no more hurt, no more death:.1Corinthians 15:54,55; Revelation 11:15; what does."mountain".mean?.Isaiah 65:11). For the Earth shall be full of the knowledge of the God.(how & what is our part in it all?), as the waters cover the sea.(Barnes Notes:.waters of the oceans cover all its depths, find their way into all the caverns, flow into all the recesses on the shore).

Who is the 'they' who have done the hurts to humanity?

The reason Satan.influenced those having control over others, was to take prayer and Bible readings out of schools, turning people away from the real true God, because it is the knowledge of God that causes the world to be full of peace and joy, as people apply that knowledge.

Isaiah 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse.(verse 1 above), which shall stand for an ensign of the people. To it shall the Gentiles seek. And his rest shall be glorious.

Isaiah 11:12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the Earth.

Barnes Notes: It means that they should be collected from each of the four parts of the Earth, the east, west, north and south:.Ezekiel 7:2; Revelation 7:1.

Isaiah 12:1 And in that day you shall say, O Lord, I will praise you. Though you were angry with me, your anger is turned away and you comfort me.

Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust and not be afraid, for God is my strength and my song. He also is become my salvation.

Original for word 'exalted' is 'high'; how is God's name high? What does it mean? High how?.Isaiah 55:8,9.

Isaiah 13:3,4 I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness. The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together.(today can be applied to the Alliance of world militaries, cleaning up the corrupt ones and their DUMBS and tunnels). The Lord of hosts musters the host of the battle.

Isaiah 13:5 They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even from the Lord with the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.

Isaiah 13:6-9 Howl you, for the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.(destruction of what? 2Thessalonians 2:8). Therefore shall all hands be faint and every man's heart shall melt. And they shall be afraid. Pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them. They shall be in pain as a woman that travails. They shall be amazed.(surprised).one at another. Their faces shall be as flames.(showing anguish). Behold, the day of the Lord comes, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate. And he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Isaiah 13:10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light. The sun shall be darkened in his going forth and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

Isaiah 13:12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold.(1Peter 1:7), even a man than the golden wedge.(word 'wedge' not in original).of Ophir.

Verse simply means, God will make a man more presious than the finest gold.

Ophir was an ancient region famous for high quality gold, known as a city and a nation (the Philippines:.1Kings 10:12) :.1Kings 9:26-28.

Isaiah 13:13-15 Therefore I will shake the heavens and the Earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.(today that storm is coming upon the Earth, because of what those of the cabal have done for centuries and those who willingly and silently went along with it:.Romans 9:22; Nahum 1:6; Revelation 6:15,16). And it shall be as the chased roe and as a sheep that no man takes up. They shall every man turn to his own people and flee every one into his own land. Every one that is found shall be thrust through and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. 

Isaiah 13:16-18 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes. Their houses shall be spoiled and their wives ravished. Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb. Their eye shall not spare children..(?)

Isaiah 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Isaiah 13:20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation. Neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

Isaiah 13:21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures.(such as jackals & hyenas howling for lack of food).and owls shall dwell there and satyrs.(probably wild goats).shall dance there.

Isaiah 13:22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses and dragons in their pleasant palaces. And her time is near to come and her days shall not be prolonged.

Isaiah 14:1 For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob and will yet choose Israel and set them in their own land and the strangers shall be joined with them and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

Many of those not part of ancient Israel and today those not of spiritual Israel, but who were not against those who are of spiritual Israel and also applies to those of ancient physical Israel, will partake in the good stuff.

Isaiah 14:3 And it shall come to pass in the day that the Lord shall give you rest from your sorrow and from your fear and from the hard bondage wherein you were made to serve,

From the time we were born, we were in slavery. How?

Isaiah 14:4 That you shall take up this proverb against the king of Babylon and say, How has the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!

Isaiah 14:5 The Lord has broken the staff of the wicked and the sceptre of the rulers.

Isaiah 14:6 He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted and none hinders.

Isaiah 14:9 Hell from beneath is moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the dead for you, even all the chief ones of the Earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.

Original for word 'hell' here is 'sheol' meaning the 'grave'. The original word 'hades' is also used for the same meaning in the New Testament. The New testament was written in Greek and the Old Testament written in Hebrew.

Nothing wrong with wanting to do your best for self, family and helping others, but some, such as the satanically influenced ones, want to play God, that is, be on the top to subjugate, to be rulers, in order to control others by obviating God's true laws and setting down their own concocted evil repressive.schemes and be the greatest amongst their evil peers, but what's God say:.Isaiah 66:2.

JFB Commentary: The language is so framed as to apply to the Babylonian king primarily and at the same time to shadow forth through him, the great final enemy, the man of sin, Antichrist, of Daniel, Paul and John;.He alone shall fulfil exhaustively all the characteristics here given.

Isaiah 14:24 God has determined, saying, Surely as I have thought.(or what God imagines, is produced), so it comes to pass and as I have purposed so it stands.

It's God who controls all (Isaiah 46:10), controls all using the egos of man at the time where the egos may be, that is, some egos get worse than others, because of the degree a person lives his life along the lines of selfishness, greed, hate, resentment, deceit, manipulation, control and other negatives. So, where ancient Nebuchadnezzar was in his life, God used that for a good purpose for others:.Jeremiah 42:11; Romans 9:19 "...for who has resisted His will?"

Isaiah 14:25 That I will break the Assyrian in my land and upon my mountains tread him under foot, then shall his yoke depart from off them and his burden depart from off their shoulders. 

Isaiah 14:26 This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole Earth and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
