I deeply appreciate the kind
invitation and if things were anywhere near normal here I would be delighted
to try to come and give a presentation someway, with trip expenses etc.
taken care of.
But it just isn't possible
for me to do it now, in spite of how frustrating it is to me.
The thing I'm working on
now, involving rediscovery of Dirac's direct engineering of physical reality
via Dirac
tickling of the DiracSea vacuum
of a particular thing or process, is of such overwhelming importance that
we simply must get some excellent physicists into this effort on a crash
basis.
In more than 35 years of
examining overunity systems and efforts, paranormal phenomena, etc., this
is the most important thing ever; indeed, it is far more important that
all the rest put together!
For
want of a proper terminology, I've been calling it 'precursor
engineering', the direct engineering of physical reality itself. In it,
one directly engineers the 'ongoing creative interaction set' that is continually
creating
any 'thing' or 'process'.
The discovery by Dirac,
circa
1930 is that:
1)
Every 'thing' or 'process' is continually being created at fantastic rate
and continually sustained, by a specific fiercely bubbling interaction
of the virtual particles comprising the local virtual particle vacuum and
its 'flux'. The
positive energy and positive probabilities of the interacting vacuum energy
determine the higher levels that are formed in the interaction. The 'higher"'
in size interactions are obviously of the greatest individual energy or
group energy, while the higher their energy, the lower their probability.
This ubiquitous
specific creative interaction producing every observable 'thing' and 'process'
extends right on past the quantum
barrier of the virtual
state and includes the observable state
as well.
2).By
simply 'tickling' the local Dirac Sea vacuum in which that specific creative
ongoing 'bubbling interaction' is occurring for a specific thing or process,
i.e., tickling that local interacting vacuum with proper sharp-gradient
tiny little pulses, preferably patterned for the specific effect or change
desired, one very easily adds specifically patterned negative energy/negative
probabilities directly to the specific positive energy/positive probabilities
of that ongoing 'specific creative precursor interaction' of interest.
So with remarkable ease and simplicity, one can directly change the basic
creative precursor interaction any way one wishes, once the science is
determined and experiments have provided a proper library of 'tickle
patterns that produce specific desired physical changes in specific creative
precursor interactions'.
Thus one can fairly readily
develop the specific tickle pattern that produces a cure for any specific
disease, just little specific pattern 'tickles' that actually 'unhappen'
the part of the creative ongoing precursor interaction for that specific
disease. Or one can easily develop startling things such as the specific
tickle pattern interaction required to reverse aging. Two examples here
are now known, proven and verified by ordinary science and accepted by
our scientists without scientific knowledge of the real active mechanism
involved. Those examples are:
1).The
tiny little jellyfish that, circa 1990, bypassed death by aging and so
it has now rapidly multiplied and spread through all the oceans of the

2).Brooke
Greenberg, the tiny little baby girl, still a baby in size and form but

Her oldest part is about
10 years old, with most of her remaining parts much younger. Her mental
condition/development is that of a toddler, while her body size etc. is
still a baby of perhaps nine or ten months of age. And another thing demonstrated
by the little girl is that, for several infections by dangerous disease
or other conditions, her little body has just directly reversed the disease
or condition and 'unhappened' it. You see, in a living body the nerve dendrite
endings and their electrical spikings provide the most excellent DiracSea
ticklers of one's own local DiracSea vacuum imaginable.
In life, occasionally, by
pure statistics,
a slight departure from the norm
is born in a living organism, including in a human birth, as a slight evolutionary
change and so then the living creature, e.g., that human, may have a bit
more control over the formation and patterning of his or her nerve ending
spikings. In short, that individual may then be able to control the constituency
of its local vacuum and therefore change its own internal and even external
physical reality in startling fashion. I called those people '10-sigma
individuals'.(sigma
is the 18th letter of the Greek alphabet; the term 10-sigma apparently
refers to 18 to the power of 10 {1810}, that meaning a highly
adept
individual).and
quite a few years ago did meet some of them and one in particular who turned
the noon sky as dark as midnight, with not a cloud in the sky when he started,
over Kansas City, Missouri, with associated very quick formations of huge
clouds, torrential rain and huge bolts of lightning. I stood a few feet
from him as he did that and was able to see it first hand. His name was
Doyle Noyes.
For more than a hundred
years, the Control Groups, the Satanic High Cabal have actively sought
out such 10-sigma individuals and killed them, to prevent scientists from
having such individuals as subjects for direct and intensive study in the
laboratory and thus prevent the scientists from eventually discovering
and then using precursor engineering. On the other hand, the Russians have
long used this precursor engineering.(Dirac
Sea vacuum tickling).in
certain secret superweapon systems. They worked out precursor engineering
as early as 1950 or so in an absolutely massive but secret program ordered
directly by Stalin. But they kept the precursor engineering.(which
they refer to as "energetics").ruthlessly
buried and totally controlled by the now defunct KGB.
A few years ago, the Russian
KGB released an automated hand-held medical treatment unit called the Scenar,
which used Dirac Sea tickling to greatly alleviate pain, such as deep muscle
pain, bone pain, etc. The Scenar greatly reduced pain but deliberately
possessed minimal healing abilities due to its specific design not to produce
strong healing but to relieve pain. The West paid little attention and
had and still has, no clue as to the physics of how such systems actually
'work'..(now
the 'white hats', the good guys of the Alliance, have it and much more,
thanks to Putin).
The Russians back then simply
considered the West to be 'dummies' in the 'new physics' area and just
didn't explain the process to Western scientists at all, knowing our Western
scientists would not comprehend because they still refuse to accept and
comprehend negative energy, after arbitrarily and ruthlessly ripping it
out of conventional physics in 1934; world controllers at work. And Western
scientists seem to be totally ignorant.(as
they also are about the human body or they wouldn't accept the
opinions of those, by their actions, are out to murder and depopulate
using their New World Order agenda).regarding
the startling capabilities of controlled tickling of the Dirac Sea vacuum
by tiny little sharp-gradient pulses. About a year and a half ago, the
Soviets finally released a Scenar-Cosmodic
unit.(a
follow-on to the original Scenar).to
accomplish healing in addition to the standard pain relief.
The new Scenar-Cosmodic also
uses DiracSea tickling to alter the vacuum energy in which a body exists
and is an ongoing set of precursor interactions therein. But in addition
to containing the original Scenar limited-tickling system to alleviate
pain, this new Scenar Cosmodic has a second unit inside it which has been
specifically designed to produce 'much-less-limited' Dirac tickling, so
that it also produces significant healing. This new healing unit is now
being rather openly used by Russian Doctors to treat Russian civilian patients
and accomplish tremendous healing results for an extensive variety of diseases.
Some of these new healing
units have been also released to the West, particularly in Europe and so
some European doctors are also using them to cure illnesses in a very remarkable
and unparalleled manner. They have reported excellent healing results on
their websites.
I've been slowly and laboriously
posting some material on precursor engineering on my website.(https://www.cheniere.org),
via the courtesy and efforts of the dedicated Cheniere team, Tony Craddock,
Mike Rieker, Michael Anderson and the others. But precursor engineering
is of such overwhelming importance to our nation and to all humanity and
to civilization itself, that it strongly needs a Manhattan Project launched
in the area, to develop it as rapidly and thoroughly as possible for the
benefit of all humanity.
When developed, precursor
engineering will simply change almost everything in science and society!
Courtesy first of Paul Dirac and then of the Soviets, our medical scientists
will become able to heal any disease, quickly, simply and cheaply and totally
without any drugs. They will be able to directly reverse aging, so that
one does not get debilitated as one ages because one is continually 'un-aged'
back to a strong and youthful individual, just as the little jellyfish
Turritopsis nutricula has rigorously shown
to be quite possible.
The development of precursor
engineering will allow us to clean up our fragile and beautiful biosphere.
It will allow cleanup and negation of all the nuclear wastes presently
being held on reactor sites, buried in mountains, sunk in the ocean and
otherwise stored for a terrible headache to future generations. It will
allow direct 'conversion' of the dangerous smuck presently in more than
1300 'waste' reservoirs associated with our coal burning electrical power
plants. The notion of future 'safe sequestration' of that smuck is mostly
a very sick joke!
Our Creator can easily alter
any negative frequencies, cleaning up the planet instantly. All is frequency,
including any harmful poisons.
Principle
here is...
The basic approach for each
area to be cleaned up or rendered harmless will be to design and 'fit'
a proper series of 'tickle patterns' to accomplish the desired transmutation
effect and then simply change those smucky and terrible wastes into, say,
pure water. Even burning of normal gasoline, diesel and other fuel can
be directly affected; for example, by adding a small and portable 'Dirac-tickling
cleanup exhaust unit' that completely changes the combustion products and
compounds into elements and compounds that are beneficial to the biosphere,
not harmful!
Similarly, one will be able
to clean up the harmful wastes and 'muck' in our rivers and streams, again
by development and use of specifically designed 'tickle patterns'. There
are several good processes apparently using this precursor engineering
mechanism at present, but except for the Russians, without any knowledge
of the actual active mechanism by the inventors and other users.
Some of these processes
are:
1).Professor
John Kanzius' cancer process.(https://www.cheniere.org/video/SaltWater.wmv),
which in phase one animal tests has cured 100% of the terminal tumors in
the lab animals and that was sensational results. This process is being
developed by a recognized very legitimate cancer research institute.
2).Professor
John Kanzius' watergas process, which has been rigorously and independently
tested by a renowned water chemist and certified to work. Presently we
could easily be fueling our automobiles etc. with water, thus relieving
the terrible financial burden of paying exorbitant prices for oil and gasoline.
And with watergas, the only
'emission' of the combustion engine is water vapor.
3).The
watergas hydrino process of Dr. Randell L. Mills (https://www.cheniere.org/misc/mills.htm).independently
tested successfully by an independent university laboratory.
4).The
cold-molding process that the Soviets have used for decades to mold the
thick titanium hulls of their nuclear submarines at room temperature, by
'Dirac tickling' the local vacuum of the titanium so that it contains a
'lattice-bond unhappening' pattern of negative energy/negative probability.
This Dirac tickling 'unhappens' the titanium metal's lattice bonds, which
simply and easily disappear, so that the normally solid titanium metal
becomes a liquid at room temperature! Pour this liquid in the very deep
molds for the titanium hulls of the nuclear subs. Then just leave it alone
and wait until the emptied Dirac sea holes in the tickled titanium's local
vacuum are again filled with opportunistic electrons and the lattice bonds
are automatically restored again so that the titanium again becomes a solid,
all at room temperature.
5).The
bubble-fusion process, which apparently uses a similar approach to accomplish
nuclear fusion.
6).The
little jellyfish Turritopsis nutricula which, circa 1990, bypassed death
by aging as proven rigorously in multiple biology labs, published in the
leading biology literature and now known and proven and accepted in biology.
7).The
little baby girl Brooke Greenberg, discussed above, who is 16 years old,
still has the body of a baby and the mind of a toddler, whose parts are
slowly aging at differing rates and whose body has also directly demonstrated
very easy and direct reversal.(unhappening).of
several threatening infectious diseases and other deleterious physical
conditions.
Also, there is now a very
determined and rigorous movement by really good physicists, such as Dr.
Dan Solomon and his colleagues, to get negative energy restored to physics.
Hopefully that movement will succeed in the not-too-distant future, although
it is strongly opposed by the Control Groups/High Cabal. Note that Dr.
Solomon is Dean of the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, at
North Carolina State University.
If you or one of your designated
physicists is interested in this area, I would certainly be willing for
you to visit me again, present to you what material and information I have
on this including some of the good references from the hard literature
and explain its theory, its operation and its breakthrough importance and
answer all the questions that I can. Then perhaps you or your designated
physicist could give such a speech there at the conference, crediting me
with bringing it to the attention of
the conference and your
organization.
Eerily, precursor engineering
and the need to keep its knowledge secret may also provide the hidden explanation
for the crazy economic actions ongoing at present. Or at least one can
argue that it does so. It appears that these present economic and governmental
actions were all planned in 1934 and afterwards when the Control Groups
had already had their minions ruthlessly and deliberately rip out negative
energy from Dirac's theory of everything. It wasn't just a theory of the
electron!.
This was just after allowing
Schrodinger and Dirac to jointly share the Nobel prize in 1933. Dirac was
the most taciturn of scientists and they knew he would largely keep his
mouth shut if they crippled his work after that. So the very next year,
1934, they savaged his theory and removed negative energy.
Nonetheless, here's what
Dirac really had to say about negative energy and negative probability:."Negative
energies and probabilities should not be considered as nonsense. They are
well-defined concepts mathematically, like a negative of money."....Paul
Dirac The Physical Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics, Proc. Roy.
Soc. London A, Vol. 180, 1942, pp. 1–39.
Quoting Dirac on the difficulty
of the removal of negative energy by the frightened leaders of the scientific
community:."One
gets over the difficulty in the classical theory by arbitrarily excluding
those solutions that have a negative E. One cannot do this in the quantum
theory, since in general a perturbation
will cause transitions from states with E positive to states with E negative."....Proceedings
of the Royal Society A, Vol. 117, 1928, p. 610. Note that Paul Dirac
is pointing out the basic effect of inducing negative vacuum energy and
specific patterns of it into the tickled DiracSea vacuum. He also was aware
that one could tickle the local vacuum of an ongoing process or thing and
thereby directly engineer and change that process or thing in accordance
with the specific tickled patterning.
One notes that in the latter
quotation, Dirac very subtly but completely revealed the 'tickling' method,
simply use of small perturbations to 'pop out' electrons
from the Dirac Sea, leaving behind their unfilled holes. These 'holes'
are actually negative mass energy electrons, not positrons!
And they have negative energy EM fields.(EM
= electromagnetic),
not positive energy fields.
The holes are actually the
'dark matter' our astrophysicists
are so fervently
seeking through their telescopes and the negative energy EM fields are
the 'dark energy' they are also seeking so intensely.
Nikola
Tesla who gave us AC
power, the rotating magnetic
field which made generators possible and also gave us radio.(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invention_of_radio),
according to a Supreme Court decision (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States),
discovered negative energy in the late 1880s and called it "radiant energy"
to differentiate
its unique.characteristics
and behavior. This was before the birth of electrical engineering! Tesla
had also discovered that the 'medium
was active' and that energy could be freely extracted from this active
medium.
Accordingly, by 1890 he was
on a campaign to give the world cheap clean energy extracted directly from
the seething
vacuum, the active medium.
Quoting Tesla:."Ere
many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable
at any point in the universe. This idea is not novel.
We find it in the delightful myth
of Antheus, who derives power from the Earth; we find it among the subtle
speculations of one of your splendid mathematicians. Throughout space there
is energy. Is this energy static
or kinetic?
If static our hopes are in
vain; if kinetic and this we know it is, for
certain, then it is a mere
question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to
the very wheelwork of nature."....Nikola

"Electric power is everywhere
present in unlimited quantities and can drive the world's machinery .without
the need of coal, oil, gas or any other of the common fuels."....Nikola
Tesla.."We have
to evolve means for obtaining energy from stores which are forever inexhaustible,
to perfect methods which do not imply consumption and waste of any material
whatever. I now feel sure that the realization of that idea is not far
off; the possibilities of the development I refer to, namely, that of the
operation of engines on any point of the Earth by the energy of the medium..."....Nikola
Tesla, during an address in 1897 commemorating his installation of generators
at Niagara Falls.."Whatever
our resources of primary energy may be in the future, we must, to be rational,
obtain it without consumption of any material."....Nikola

As is well-known, the ruthless
J.P. Morgan.(banking
system, economy controllers/slavery perpetuators,.*).destroyed
Nikola Tesla financially, to prevent any such development. In 1892 he also
had Lorentz deliberately symmetrize and thus mutilate and cripple the Heaviside
vector equations shortly before they were used to produce the electrical
engineering model. The original Heaviside equations were still asymmetrical,
so they did contain some of those 'confounded Tesla energy-from-the-active-medium
systems'. By altering the Heaviside equations to make them symmetrical,
Lorentz produced the EE.(electrical
engineering).model
which is accordingly known as the "Heaviside-Lorentz model". Thus, from
just before its very birth, electrical engineering was already crippled
by deliberately removing those Tesla 'energy from the active medium' asymmetric
systems.

Tesla's actual patented circuits did such excess energy operations, see

Barrett shows that higher
group theory EM expressed in quaternions allows shuttling and storage of
potentials in circuits and also allows additional EM functioning of a circuit
that a conventional EM analysis cannot reveal and that conventional electrical
engineering does not even contain. He shows that Tesla's patented circuits
did exactly this. Note particularly that Barrett is one of the co-founders
of ultrawideband radar and a very noted higher group symmetry electrodynamicist.
Hotson has also pointed out the deliberate and erroneous ripping out of
negative energy from physics.(from

Quoting Hotson:."Dirac's
wave equation is a relativistic generalization of Erwin
Schrödinger's wave equation. In 1934 this brilliantly successful
equation was shorn of half of its solutions by a questionable bit of mathematical
sleight-of-hand.
Because it was 'politically correct', this bit of juggling became the accepted
interpretation. However, recent developments have shown the very basis
of this mathematical trick to be invalid, in that it would involve massive
violations of conservation. A reevaluation is therefore warranted.".See

error of arbitrarily
removing negative energy:."I

The Control Groups also always
look ahead. They realized in 1934 when they ripped negative energy from
Dirac's theory that, as the population increased, the number of universities
increased and the number of physicists
increased, then sometime in the future some excellent and determined physicists
would start a major effort to restore negative energy to physics. So shortly
after 1934, they began planning what actions would be necessary to completely
flush the economy of the United States etc. right down the toilet and almost
simultaneously
and very rapidly convert the U.S. to rampant.feudalism
with total control being taken over by the Federal government and severe
curtailment
of most constitutionally guaranteed citizen's rights.
Thus a very few years ago,
the trigger point was reached when Dr. Solomon and his colleagues began
strong publication of very significant and rigorous papers in leading physics
journals, pointing out the total error in removing negative energy from
physics and thus exerting strong pressure to put back in the negative energy,
thus restoring the engineering effects of Dirac Sea tickling and precursor
engineering. So in the present economic actions of the High Cabal, we can
argue that we are now seeing the tailored results of deliberate plans laid
down as far back as the late 1930s. We are seeing the rapid drive to revert
the United States to strong feudalism, as in the dark ages, to guarantee
that our science does not gain precursor engineering and thus remove the
Control Groups' control for all time.
