Having confusion in life is a sign that one needs to turn his life around. This is called repentance, which simply means change. But it's not work. It's belief. So, find first if God is real.
Psalms 147:3 He heals the broken in heart.(an example).and binds up their wounds.

Psalms 149:4 For the Lord takes pleasure in his people. He will beautify the meek with salvation..(*)

Psalms 150:3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise him with the psaltery and harp.
