A doctrine.(such
as hell).which
would tend to instil
a dread of the
Great Creator of the universe and would fall under the category
of doctrines of demons,
because terror replaces love. If you're afraid of someone, the relationship
isn't a loving one. Get out!
Statements such as these
have been heard: "if these.(rules
etc.).are
not done, one will always be a failure, lack faith, never be much good,
no one will like you, you will never prosper and the wrath of God will
be on you", etc. On the spiritual plane,
these are all lies:.1Timothy
6:3,4 "If any man teach otherwise and consent not to wholesome words,
even the words of our Lord Emmanuel the Christ and to the doctrine which
is according to Godliness.(what
doctrine was that?.1John
2:10), He is proud, knowing nothing,
but doting about
questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings,
evil surmisings.(such
as:.Matthew
12:24)."
To them made pure,
holy and righteous by the blood of Emmanuel
Christ these demonic false doctrines are in contradiction
to Romans 3:19-28 and Romans 6:14:.Romans
3:19-28 "Now we know that what things soever the law says, it says
to them who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped and all
the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law
there shall no flesh be justified in his sight, for by the law is the knowledge
of sin. But now the righteousness
of God.without
the law.(what
law?).is
manifested,
being witnessed by the law and the prophets, even the righteousness of
God which is by
faith of Emmanuel
the Christ.unto
all.(available
to all).and
upon all them that believe.(available
to all but effective for those who accept it as true; the believers),
for there is no difference.(Barnes
New Testament Notes:."There
is no distinction in regard to the way in which they must be justified.
All must be saved, if saved at all, in the same mode.".And
they were saved, when?.2Timothy
1:9). For all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God. Being
justified
freely by his
grace through the redemption
that is in Christ Emmanuel; Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation
through faith in his
blood, to declare his
righteousness for the remission of sins that are past.(what
other sins are there to forgive? It goes from present to past, not from
present to future; so what happens then if we.still
sin?; well let's listen to what
the chief of sinners has to say),
through the forbearance of God. To declare, I say, at this time his
righteousness that he might be just and the justifier of him which believes
in Emmanuel. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of
works? No, but by the law of faith. Therefore
we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law."
Romans
6:14 "For sin shall not have dominion.(one
won't be controlled by sin).over
you for you are not under the law.(what
law?.Romans
8:2), but under grace.".(why
did Paul say this?.Galatians
3:24,25)
Our names are written in
the Book Of Life, but some
would have you think that they are written into a book of works of Do's
and Don'ts based on the commandments.
The righteousness of our Creator does not come by keeping a lot of do's
and don'ts:.Romans
9:30-32 "What shall we say then? That the Gentiles,
which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness,
even the righteousness which is of faith.
But Israel.(physical
ancient nation), which followed
after the ancient law of righteousness, has not attained to the law
of righteousness. Wherefore.(or,
how come)? Because they sought it not
by faith, but as it were by the works of the law.(Galatians
2:16). For they stumbled at that
stumblingstone.".(they
just could't get it around their heads as they lacked
the heart to understand spiritual things:.Ephesians
2:13)
Those not yet in
Christ, which means 'His nature of love in them' will
be judged by their works. Those in Christ will be rewarded
for their works of love, not for works
of their righteousness based upon some law, rule or regulation,
but works of love from their heart established
in Christ's righteousness by grace
and grace alone.
Some church goers have more
knowledge and constant awareness of their sins than they do of Christ!
They are often worrying if they are ok with their Creator. They lack consistent
faith that they are ok:.Romans
8:1; 1John 3:20,21.
They look at where they comes
up short. They need instead to focus
upon Him, who never comes up short. Thinking the Creator is not pleased
with one, makes one feel he has to do better in order to have or maintain
a relationship with Him. It's Christ's righteousness that has done better.
Forget it! If His consciousness is now yours, forget it! It's a done deal!.Hebrews
13:5.
Don't be one of those working
out their
own righteousness when you can have Christ's
righteousness.as
a
gift. That's heartbreaking. Instead, we need work out our own salvation
by building our spiritual life upon truth and continue to acquire
knowledge to grow:.Philippians
2:12 "...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." 2Peter
3:18.
The pressures of life coupled
with false teachings.(either
by ignorance or design of others).tend
to beat us up and throw us into negativity, where these pressures attempt
to force us to think far
less of ourselves.(even
when in Christ).than
we should.
All truth from a Bible
minister's talk should be about, lead to or be based upon Christ.
I have seen much so called 'truth' sap the spiritual strength from people.
If information does not build you up
and if Christ is not the centre of all they say and if you do not feel
as though your joy is increasing from their message, if you feel uncomfortable
with them, somewhat separated from them, get out!.Romans
16:17 "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions
and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned and avoid
them." Philippians 3:17,18
"Brethren, be followers together of me and mark them which walk so as you
have us for an ensample. For many walk, of whom I have told you often and
now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ."
Alternate Gospel teachings
include getting one to 'fight sin', when Christ has already defeated all
sin for all time:.1Corinthians
15:57 "But thanks be to God, which gives us the.victory
through our Lord Emmanuel the Christ."
The.Book
of Colossians.written
by Paul, has the theme throughout of the refutation
of 'if you have sin in your life, the devil is working in you or affecting
you'.
