Who could this be? could it today be the remarkable Grigori Grabovoi? or was it ancient Cyrus or maybe refers to both the past and the present?
Isaiah 41:4 Who has wrought and done it.(comprised from.Clarke's Commentary:.the word 'elleh' is lost out of the text. Isaiah 41:14 Fear not, thou worm Jacob.(speaking here of the tribe of Jacob).(re word 'worm' as comprised from Barnes Notes: poor and afflicted and as objects of contempt in view of their enemies implying that in themselves they were unable to defend or deliver themselves and in this state of helplessness God offers to aid them and assures them that they have nothing to fear, as God will make them be as a sharp instrument and not a helpless worm; also Job 25:4-6).and you men of Israel. I will help you, says the Lord and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

Let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come. Here's how I put it together:.Servants, grasp that you are a chosen soul and give the spirit out.(the oneness).to judge the nation..In other words, meditate on the truth of judgment for the nation and be an example of this in your life. It will bring peace. See what you can do with the original.

Isaiah 42:2 He shall not cry, nor lift up.(lift up as on a soapbox or a stage, so others could see the person speaking), nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.
Wouldn't be out in the street flogging religion, shouting at people 'Do you know the Lord brother? here, read all about it; take this with you'.
