-Do the dead works talked about in Hebrews 9:14 refer to sins of the flesh which cause death?

The dead works talked of here refer to what Paul was speaking of in previous verses.(1 to 13). James too talked of this:.James 2:17.

Dead works are those not set forth by Christ, such as man made up religious ideas. Dead works are unnecessary works.

You may be sorry for having done something that in some way divided you from another or others and so it's good to make amends, it's good to learn how to get along.

But, your sins.(Self Inflicted Narcissims, actions of selfishness), never did matter is how God looks at it. You are not here to do things, such as religion would have you do in order to get something. In Christ you already have it all. How much you love others, how much you are kind, considerate and compassionate is what counts. All you want is there for you:.2Peter 1:3. What to do to get it. Thank God for what it is you want that's good and that's probably your passion, your deepest feeling for yourself and your family. Clearly see in your imagination that which is on your mind to acquire. More.

Faith is important because it gets you righteous without thinking that you must do good works to be accepted by God:.Romans 4:5

Paul refers to the old covenant ordinances.(original is 'righteousnesses', see 'Righteousness' and 'Mosaic Law').as gone when Christ died and rose again:.Hebrews 9:10. Christ was a so much greater 'tabernacle'.(tabernacle is a dwelling place).by comparison than all the various things required under the Old Testament physical tabernacle.(building).under the Mosaic Law. Note words 'much more' in verse 14.

The dead works are works that some believed they should still do. Paul is saying these works are dead because all the old is gone in favor of something much greater, Christ. Read all chapter 9 a couple of times.

Dead works involve doing things one believes necessary to be in the Creator's favor, such as were the ancient Mosaic Laws, which were necessary in relating to God while that law was in effect. Now it's a defunct law, no longer recognized by God as having import in this era of the New Testament, this era of Christ

Today dead works are attributed by those lacking deeper knowledge and focus on the first part of Romans 6:23, perhaps not comprehending the last part of that verse:.Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Emmanuel Christ our Lord.".If you have eternal life, you are aligned with God. And when aligned with the good God, well then:.1John 3:5 "And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins and in him is no sin." Hebrews 9:14 "...Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?" Ephesians 2:10.

Dead works involve doing something.(tithing, ten commandments, church going, whatever).to get something from God.(blessings, His favor, etc.).that He has already freely given us in Christ, but now in error, one may believe that he must do something to get it, in effect, bypassing Christ for one's own form of 'righteousness':.Galatians 3:1-7

-What about Matthew 17:20, 21:21,22; Mark 11:23 where it says that if we have faith we can cast mountains into the sea and all things we pray about we will receive?

Does God lie?.Numbers 23:19; Titus 1:2. Whatever it is you pray for, having first contemplated on and gone into the silence about, must come or God is a liar! but, it does not say when. We have to learn to live in trust that the Infinite Oneness of the multiiverse works all into the invisible grid of life to benefit all. Like seeds, they all have their own time; an oak tree takes a long while, a baby a few months, a flower, not so long, etc. Emmanuel had an example:.Matthew 21:18-20.

With us humans, we want it now, or better yet - yesterday! In higher consciousness we can have it now because there is no reason for time. There are those on the Earth who can manifest immediately what it is that they want. They have come far enough along in innerstanding to both see and unlock the lock that prevented it from immediately manifesting before.

We often lack the vision to realize that the real living comes when we're resurrected or changed and living into eternity. Surely all promises, all desires will be fulfilled beyond our wildest dreams, once we comprehend the deeper meaning of the 'kingdom of God':.Ephesians 3:10,18,19

Hebrews the eleventh chapter talks of many who did see their dreams fulfilled shortly and far off, by the inner seeing sight of faith:.Hebrews 11:33; 13, 39,40

-What does it mean here.(2Corinthians 13:5).where it talks of reprobates?

It simply is saying 'be certain you are living from Christ in you' that is, from the higher consciousness thinking prevalent in the invisible family of beings that comprises the God realm. This involves love in all you do. Why love in all you do?

The word 'reprobates' would be better rendered 'positive', or 'absolutely sure' or in other words, be hot! Be enthusiastic

This word 'reprobates' is an enclitic.indefinite pronoun, that is, it's dependent for its stress on the preceding word. 'Reprobates' is a 'leaning' an 'inclined' word.

It is saying '....except you be positive', that is, 'if you are unsure Christ is in you'.

To paraphrase the entire verse to make it more understandable: 'Examine yourself to see if you are sure you are in the faith and to prove this to yourself, ask yourself this: "Am I absolutely sure that I am looking to Him in me.(that is, seeking to live the higher consciousness ways), or to myself.(living as I have with an ordinary consciousness mindset), thus being weak in the flow of power from the Soul"' as verse 4 shows.

Verse 6 also has within it the word 'reprobates' but here is different in the original Greek meaning, which is 'able to stand the test' and is used by Paul to explain that without Christ in us, we won't have the strength to 'do all things':.Philippians 4:13.

It is important, once one believes, to have confidence.(Philippians 1:6).in what he believes:.James 1:8; Ephesians 3:12

From confidence that your life is living in truth, comes enthusiasm, renewed energy with a new zest for living, such as the early Christians had. When an individual lacks enthusiasm for life, the connection of their spirit with the Soul, wrinkles.."When your life is an expression of your deepest purpose, you are energized and enthusiastic because you are connected to the creative flow of the universe. Your actions bring fulfillment to you and benefit everyone affected by your choices." ...Deepak Chopra. Here's how to find your deepest purpose.

From enthusiasm comes creativity. A sad, sick resentful and depressed individual will lack creativity, thus living a mundane existence. Decide to be happy! Do not.try.to be happy, where you have to work on it, because nothing from God needs work on it as it's already the best it could be. It's all perfect already! Just make a decision to be the best in all areas of your life and follow guidance coming to mind to get and keep you there. Just put it in your mind and then go about your daily life. Your spirit's connection with the Soul of all will take care of the rest. Why?

And you will be changed; that is, if you want to be changed.

And it is important to comprehend that in Him we are assured of salvation.(Hebrews 12:2; 5:9).and by His faith.we stand:.Matthew 24:12; 2Corinthians 1:21,24. That is why it is important to know sin no longer counts:.1John 3:21; 2:28; Hebrews 10:22; 6:1; 11:35-38; Colossians 2:2.

How stable one is in his or her character is shown by how they are when dealing with bad news. In God we are stable:.1Samuel 2:1-5; Hebrews 11:37.

That's why it's important to comprehend attitude is king, attitude changes all.(*), even poisons into good:.Luke 10:19

When one is sure that he is righteous.(Isaiah 32:17), because of God's gift of righteousness to him, this leads to enthusiasm and hope. This is what the early Christians had:. Many today have not gained it.

But sometimes we get discouraged, even depressed:.Hebrews 10:35; 3:6,14.

Comprised from a lecture by Bruno Groening in Rosenheim, Germany on November 7, 1958..'Even though you feel well here today, you would collapse if you were to receive some bad news now. What has it to do with the body if someone comes in here with an evil, bad, sad piece of news? He, the human being takes that into his body and then he is distressed. Just as an individual has grown up with lies or he is not used to anything else in life except the untruths someone tells him, so that he has no more confidence, no more self-confidence and also no more confidence in his neighbors. And if someone tells him the truth, then he feels offended. I believe you have known me long enough to know that I fling the truth at each individual's head. Though some people can't stand the truth, even though they sometimes say things that are true. Be sure to always encourage such an individual by acknowledging any present positive stance they may have. In this way one can tune into the individual in a spiritual way and develop rapport. We are always under one guidance, the good or the bad. We have to learn to distinguish which is which. Is it good to do this? Is it good to do that? One has to decide. And, what is good to you? And, what would be bad? One has to convince himself. It's important to meditate so we don't get all mixed up, not knowing which way to turn, having so much information of which all seems correct, yet it isn't.(Proverbs 14:12). Be on the qui vive if you want to learn. You must come to know what you are worth to yourself and know what you owe to your body. Have you released the things that burden your heart? Do you carry them with you, affecting all you are? Release them. How? We've all had a taste of the evil.

'If no change results, there is no right mindsetAsk a question, any question of yourself, now, just as though you were asking a question of someone you know well. Now, answer it. No answer yet? Ok, put yourself in someone else's position, as though they are asking you the question. Got the answer now? Get used to answering your own questions this way. Ask Suby can help you here. You'll always get an answer. Perhaps the answer will be another question to ask yourself. Keep drilling down until you get the answer that is correct. When you say to yourself "I don't get it", "I don't understand" or something like "Why is life going this way for me" or "What advice would mom or dad give right now?", you'll get an answer. We all have our good sides and our bad sides. Don't push anyone away because you are experiencing one of their bad sides. What you have is what you accept, that's what you take in, so take in the good and you'll always have good.'

"You see, you can figure it out for yourselves. But you were so used to everyone else always answering your questions for you. You were lazy thinkers, I would have to say that, right?"....Bruno Gröning.

-How do we."earnestly contend".for the faith...as it says in Jude 1:3?

Fight your nature which is always telling you, even after Christ is in you, that you are no good and a sinner. To do this one must select and then guard his thoughts. It's a narrow road to 'keep one's nose to the grindstone':.Matthew 7:13,14

-If only faith is acceptable to God.(Hebrews 11:6), why does it refer here.(1Peter 2:20).to this being acceptable?

The words in this scripture 'acceptable with God', is 'grace of God' in the original. It is talking about the effect of the nature of God in you; ...if you take it patiently, this is the grace of God working in you to enable patience.

-How can I increase my faith? I feel a great need to.

-How is faith different from belief?

-Matthew 12:28.Why did this woman have such great faith and some others, like me, don't seem to have so much?
