-Luke
10:19,20 says."...nothing
shall by any means hurt you...the spirits are subject unto you. ...rejoice,
because your names are written
in heaven".and.1Peter
3:13 "And who is he that will harm you, if you be followers of that
which is good?.yet
Paul and many others who were doing this work of getting the gospel message
to others were martyred
and many Christians and others throughout the centuries since have also
been afflicted similarly. Why is that? Well, God is never wrong:.Romans
3:4. So, what's going on?
Emmanuel said this in Luke
10:19,20 to His disciples that were with Him back then when they were going
to go out into all what the world was way back when with the gospel
message that He commissioned them to get to others. They had seen what
happened to Emmanuel. They were no doubt more than hesitant to continue
on with the message Emmanuel gave to the world. But they had these promises.
We today are also disciples:.John
13:35. What Christ said to the disciples
back then, was not just for them, but for those of us today:.John
15:8; Philippians 2:2; 4:1.
Peter.(John
13:36-38).and
others back then, had to be shown that they were not as loyal as they thought
they were:.Acts
1:15.
Look what they did after
being with Emmanuel before the crucifixion, for some 3 1/2 years. After
seeing Him crucified and even after the resurrection when Emmanuel, now
the resurrected Christ, appeared to them a few times, they still were of
the mind 'I'm outta here' as we could say today:.John
21:1-3. They then expected that this Christ would set up His
kingdom then and they would have a high position in it:.Matthew
18:1-4; Mark 9:34-37; Luke
9:46-48; 22:24-27.
This work of getting
the message to others was a message of love towards all humanity alive
at the time. How on Earth were they to reach everyone? Did they
miss something of the commission Christ gave them to 'go into all the world'?
Did they go out all full of enthusiasm to do this, yet without much thinking
about it they began ranting
and raving like
a lunatic to
those not at all inclined to hear it? If they had presented it this way,
many would have just walked away. The commission would have to, to be effective,
been accomplished without the heartaches
of their lives which they brought upon themselves by not fulfilling
the commission this way.
Romans
3:17 "And the way of peace have they not known."
Where the Creator's attention
is upon, there is power:.Romans
8:31 "...If God be for us, who.(original
is 'what').can
be against us?.(or,
is there anything that can be against us?)"
But one doesn't get all
the power to do all things right off the bat. Concentrated spiritual growth
requires focused intention
and quiet times. Go for
the concentrated spiritual growth. Make time for it. Here's why?
Those on the path today of higher consciousness,
are just that, on the path:.James
4:12 "There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who
are you that judges another?" James
4:14,15 "Whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow. For what
is your life? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time and then
vanishes away. For that you ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live
and do this or that." Isaiah 57:15
"For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name
is Holy, I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that
is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble
and to revive the heart of the contrite ones."
Such are all of us as them,
not yet in the wisdom of higher consciousness, but living and doing things
from where we may be at the time while still learning:.1Corinthians
3:11 note; Ephesians 1:23; 2:10;
3:19;
4:13,15;
Colossians
2:9; Hebrews 13:5; Philippians
1:19; 2Peter 3:18. They are not
yet full in it, but, nevertheless,
they are still.regarded.as
though they were equal
with the Father:.Romans
4:17.
Many getting the Creator's
attention today by means of His word and the gospel message, suffer persecution
and some have been physically hurt, even dying:.Psalms
116:15 "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints."
So this special protection
obviously was upon the first disciples.(learners).who
were ineptly attempting
to establish the gospel
message in the world after
Emmanuel's death
and resurrection.
But what about us? When it
says."nothing
shall by any means hurt you".in
Luke 10:19, that excludes.you
doing things that hurt you. God never
overrides anyone. If you make stupid
decisions and act without wisdom in life, well, the multiversal law is,
we
reap what we sow. Being
careful about getting into trouble is up to you.
We are here to learn to live
in peace, to develop character that will always be the better us. If you
don't, well, you reap what you sow. Be careful and with wisdom, live your
life, so you don't lose it. Don't live your life carelessly, which could
hurt you and/or others, instead learn to live it wisely and harmlessly.
An
example.
Matthew
10:16.
If we are as dedicated to
reaching out to get the gospel message to others as were the disciples
in Emmanuel's time, the promises made to the disciples regarding their
protection, can also be claimed by us if we handle everything in this regard
with peace; how?.Hebrews
13:8. So, ask yourself, do you have a plan to grow spiritually and
are you following it? Are these
things important enough to you to do them? In Old Testament times one
had to be trained in a
special school. In our New Testament times today, we also need
learning.
When trusting
in God.(one
has to be sure God exists to trust in God,
otherwise
it's a willy-nilly
weak hope in some religion or some hope that God exists while still believing
somewhat
in
alternate
things, such as is the evolutionary theory
being true for the beginning of organisms of life on Earth).one
can be sure he or she is protected from outside hurts. But one can
still hurt himself or herself by lacking wisdom in life, such as in
John the baptist's and Stephen's life.
The Bible does tell
us:.1Peter
3:13,14 "And who is he that will harm.(original
is 'make evil affect upon you').you,
if you be followers of that which is good?.(energy
flows where love goes or, the Creator's attention is upon that which your
passion wants to accomplish, if it's good for self and others). But
and if you suffer.(original
is 'in a plight').for
righteousness sake, happy are you. And be not afraid of their terror, neither
be troubled.".Creator
knows us well and knows how we can be when full of belief and confidence.
In Old Testament times, the
relationship with the Creator was, 'if you do this, I will do this' and
one of those things was protection. But time and time again when they would
get close to God, they would go the other way.
They just lacked the heart
to be consistent.
So God took care of that. How?
In these New Testament times,
where it is not a 'God is there, and we are here' relationship, but rather,
now His very nature of love is in us.(the
Creator
is the spirit of
love).and
we are on the road of.learning.to
act as members in the
family, as He has made us equal
to Him; therefore, this Infinite One deeply respects us as His
equal and will
not override anyone's mind or make 'deals' as He did in Old Testament
times:.Deuteronomy
28:1,15-19; 30:19. It
is you that has the power. Use it to decide if you want the power to work
favor
in your life!.2Corinthians
5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Old
things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new." John 10:10
"The thief comes not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy. I am
come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly."
So, now it is a thing of
the heart, a thing of belief, of faith.
The Creator is the intelligent energy that created the
invisible beings and the visible ones, us,
all to express what it is that He is individually, as us. And what's
that? We are all in the realm
of the Creator when aligned
with what He is and He is love. Herein is the
protection, when love is used with wisdom.
How can this same high consciousness
be in all of us and yet we are all different? There are many beautiful
flowers on the Earth and the same rain descends
on them all.
We are always using faith,
for good or bad. Some believe that it is only a matter of time before they
get arthritis or have an accident or some other negative affects their
life.
Others beginning to hold
higher thought patterns are moving away from negative thought patterns.(Ephesians
4:24; Colossians 3:10).and
into where the joy of life is; getting all they want that's good for them
and others and nothing of what they do not want.
Only the Creator knows the
heart of each individual and his or her planned and/or hoped for overall
pathway. Creator has set up the
subconscious in such a way that it is the 'servant' of our thoughts,
our dominant attitudes. After all, since we are already in the
family, why would the Creator not assume that we would only use these
powers for the betterment of ourselves and others we care about? He would
expect us to use them for good.
Some of the followers of
Christ did act out of zeal
for the Creator, but with not much knowledge of truth.(such
as.Luke
6:35), wisdom or concern for their
fellow man and
this approach got
them into serious trouble; example of Stephen
and John the baptist and others
of the disciples of the time and later
too.
-Why is it that I've never
had the opportunity in life to do the good things that are in my heart?
God knows what's in your
heart and God is preparing you for eternity.
If you are already a certain
way, God knows that and then He uses the time
you have here to provide other things in our lives, like the trials and
tests we all face, which bring out the best and worst of us, thus enabling
us to be aware of certain character qualities, both good and bad. From
there we can decide to be a certain way based upon our beliefs, our standards.
This all refines our hearts
toward the ultimate great rewards we'll have once in His kingdom, those
of high positions, depending upon our
works of love.
Now, the amount of works
is not as important as the heart's willingness to do them:.Luke
21:1-4. Willingness to do them no matter what of less importance
may be going on in our lives is what's important.
So, God knows what is in
the heart and wants to inculcate
yet other higher standard things, so you will be happy ultimately
that you have the greatest reward that you
can get.
God uses
this life. God knows the good you already have in you. God is concerned
with the life hereafter, more than about opportunities for you specifically
to express the good He knows you have in your heart now.
-Why
is it some die after praying for them to be healed?
-My life has been awful,
even since becoming a Christian. Everything seems to work adversely
for me if not at first, later..Romans
8:28 does not seem to work for me. Are not Christians promised super
abundance and that their every prayer will be answered?
Regarding Romans 8:28, read
this and see if you still feel the same. New thoughts change attitude!
Some of God's
people have felt this way from time to time:.Judges
6:13.
Does God lie?.Numbers
23:19.
In John
10:10 the original word for 'abundance' is 'super abundance' and in.John
15:7, Matthew 21:22 and Mark
11:23 Emmanuel tells us that if we are abiding in Him.(what
does this mean?), whatsoever we
ask shall be done unto us.
The Creator wants us to have
works of love.(Ephesians
2:10; Luke 14:1-15).toward
others, as best as we may be able according to our individual circumstances.
He promises
to reward us for these:.Hebrews
6:10.
However most.(Luke
18:28,29).of
the big blessings.(bigger
in the next frequency of existence than could possibly ever be here on
Earth:.1Corinthians
2:9).will
be experienced when
we are progressing in higher and higher consciousness, the
next step of our existence, perhaps as resurrected spirit beings existing
in the Kingdom of God or perhaps having
moved into this higher consciousness while
still here:.1Corinthians
15:19;.Ephesians
2:7 "That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of
his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Emmanuel." Luke
14:14 "And you shall be blessed.....you shall be recompensed
at the resurrection of the just."
This life is not really
'where it's at'. It has many negatives. Too many 'no's and not enough 'yeses'.
The only no's that are good are those used when you see someone may get
hurt; you tell them not to do that or go there, etc.
This life is to move from
the power of what we often refer to as, the devil
affecting our emotions
negatively.(imbedded
thoughts activated through reaction to circumstances and expressed
as displeasure toward others).such
as hate,
anger,
greed,
selfishness,
deceit,
impatience,
irritableness,
frustrations,
anxiety,
etc.
As Deepak Chopra has said, an
emotion is a thought coupled to a physical sensation. Emotions can create
frustrations.
Thoughts and feelings are
living
forces. Emotions are the heart's expressions. A good book that will
provide some helpful information is.Emotional
Freedom: Liberate Yourself from Negative Emotions and Transform Your Life.
Ephesians
2:1-3 "And you has he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world,
according to the prince of the power
of the air, the spirit that now works in the
children
of disobedience. Among whom also we all had our conversation.('conversation'
is an old English word for 'conduct'; in other words, we were a negative.force
in the lives of others).in
times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh
and of the mind and were by
nature the children of wrath, even as others."
In
Him.(meaning,
having the same nature of love as
He has), we have what
He has:.Hebrews
7:16.
Where it is at!
Because
emotion follows thought
it is important what a person exposes
his mind to.
