James 4:1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? Come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?.(?)

James 4:2 You lust and have not. You kill and desire to have and cannot obtain. You fight and war, yet you have not, because you ask not.
James 4:2 You lust.(original 'desire with passion to take whatever efforts to obtain', because in our superficial erroneous and 'insane' thinking we believe this will somehow complete us).and have not. You kill and desire to have and cannot obtain. You fight and war.(one of the heavier dark side things an individual could do to another is a premeditated hurt or hurts, such as to another's body, their feelings, hopes, dreams, finances, aspiratiions, etc.; if someone is hurting others in anyway, be they an individual, a group of individuals such as corporations or governments, they lack love for others and are selfish and even abusive:.Romans 13:10), yet you have not, because you ask not.(*)..And, you ask not because you don't believe what God says:.John10:10.
James 4:3 You ask and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may consume it upon your lusts..(?)
People want things for themselves and often not for them to more effectively help others.
James 4:4 You adulterers and adulteresses, know you not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?
James 4:4 You adulterers and adulteresses.(it is not sensuality here meant {as the context.elicits}, but greed and worldliness generally), know you not that the friendship of the world.(?).is enmity with God?

A lot of people trust in money and have not yet reached the place in their existence on Earth where spiritual concerns supersede physical identifications:.Matthew 19:23.

James 4:5 Do you think that the scripture says in vain, The spirit that dwells in us lusts to envy?
James 4:5 Do you think that the scripture says in vain, The spirit that dwells in us lusts.(original is 'excessive desires').to envy?
It's saying this is the way we are built, the way we came here, having both a spiritual component and a physical component. It's really all one, just different frequencies providing for particular functioning. The natures we have are subject to constantly missing the mark of a higher consciousness because of the egos we have and in this we feel friendliest and more comfortable with those of like mind and this tends to keep us going on the so-called hell highway. Have the courage to step up and away toward something better:.1Peter 4:4 "Wherein they think it strange that you run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you." Romans 12:3 "For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly..."
James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Wherefore he says, God resists the proud, but gives grace unto the humble.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God.(how?). Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Original word for 'resist' means to 'in advance decide not to go that way' and 'to set yourself against':.Ephesians 6:10-18. You have free choice. Choose wisely. In your mind, choose to stand against cabal concocted evils that subjugate you (*), so your life goes well. Stand up for the rights you do have or you will lose them. When you stand up to the criminals perpetrating harmful things (what harmful things?), you are resisting the devil, because it's the devil who's behind all evils afflicting you and others. If you don't stand up, then you are standing down and when you stand down, you're 'done like dinner'. One way to stand up against, is prayer, love and only good works to others:.Proverbs 14:22 "Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth shall be to them that devise good."

One is being close to the devil, that is, meeting his influences, such as the wrong kind of pride as mentioned in the verse above. The wrong kind of pride is the way of evil toward others. Don't be a suck in for the dark side. The time for the purpose of evil is now over (there was a purpose for it), so get rid of it from your life. Don't hang on to your bad past.

The verse says to resist, but Matthew 5:39 says to not resist. What does all this mean?

And if one doesn't resist, look out! How to resist. Here's what dark side beings have done to those who were sucked into following dark side influences because of bribes, brainwashing, being blackmailed or wheedled, because of their greed and because of their being coerced into situations of control over them. Stay away from dark side mindedness in all its forms (such as black magic) of how situations come up to entice you to 'come on over'. It's all a trick that is appealing.at first or you would never consider whatever it may be, but it always bites you back badly further on down the line. If it wasn't attractive, the devil wouldn't have captured anyone's mind:.2Timothy 2:26. Avoid going for the immediate things that apear attractive to you and often they are more money for you in some way. God prospers you when He's ready to:.1John 4:6-17; 3John 1:2.

James 4:8 Draw near to God and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands of missing the mark as this purifies your hearts and you won't be double minded anymore.
James 4:8 Draw near to God and he will draw nigh to you.(one way to draw near to God is to ask Him {Matthew 7:7} to accelerate your growth spiritually and see where to take action; here's what you can daily do). Cleanse your hands.(cleansing all you do is automatic when in Christ).of missing the mark.(what's 'missing the mark'?).as this purifies.(how?).your hearts.(*).and you won't be double minded.(duplicity).anymore.

It's saying not to be double minded:.James 1:8. Just decide against evil and the bad things that lead to evil:.verse 7 just above. This will bring you closer to God:.Isaiah 66:2.

Many people have no settled principles and many are hypocritical. They are not clearly seeing straight ahead (Matthew 7:13,14; Luke 13:24) because they not grounded in the faith, yet (?). It's a being of two minds, one negative (the monster in you; you at your worst; the mass mind thinking of the majority of humanity) and the higher side of your expression or the good you know how to be. It's your selection of which one you give energy to:.Matthew 6:22; 7:13,14; James 1:8; 4:8.

James 4:9 Be afflicted and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness.
James 4:9 Be afflicted and mourn and weep.(think about and be sorry for bad things you've done:.2Corinthians 4:17). Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness.
James 4:10.Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and he shall lift you up.
Acts 20:32.
James 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaks evil of his brother and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law and judges the law, but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge..(?)

James 4:12 There is one lawgiver who is able to save and to destroy.(so don't worry about correcting the wrongs out there, God really is the only one who can; you just do your spiritual practices); who are you that judges another?.(?)

James 4:13.Go to now, you.(those that figure they are in charge of their lives 1, 2).that say, Today or tomorrow.(whenever it's in.my.mind to decide upon).we will go into such a city and continue there a year and buy and sell and get gain.
The scripture is saying, 'Whenever and whatever we decide to do, we'll do it for as long as we want:.Jeremiah 44:16,17.

Buy and sell to one's.advantage only. Not good, because one then is using the laws of the multiverse for selfish gain. Because of the multiversal law of 'you reap what you sow', any evil sown comes back and whacks him or her. We are here to learn there is only one way, the way of love:.John 14:6.

James 4:14.Whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time.(1Chronicles 29:15; Job 14:10; *).and then vanishes away.(*).
Like as all those truly of God, they were translated into another time and place as those of the true God today will either be going to the new Earth, just like this one, a new Earth without the evils today on this one or staying here to rebuild this badly damaged one, once the evils here are cleaned up. The new one is now ready and alongside our Earth. So, what to do then? One thing is, not to forget what it is that you are:.Job 34:13-15.
James 4:15 For that you ought to say, If the Lord will.(or, 'if it's based on high consciousness' *), we shall live and do this or that.(*).
Barnes Notes:."For that you ought to say...".Instead of what you do say, you ought rather to recognize your absolute dependence on God and feel that life and success are subject to his will for our ultimate goodness. The meaning is not that we ought always to be saying that in so many words, for this might become a mere ostentatious form, offensive by constant unmeaning repetition, but we are, in the proper way, to recognize our dependence on God and to form all our plans with reference to his will.
"If the Lord will...".This is a good mindset to have because we are wholly dependent on him for life and just as dependent on him for success, he alone can keep us and he only can make our plans prosperous. In a thousand ways our best laid schemes can go awry, for all things are under his control. We need not travel far in life to see how completely all that we have is in the hands of God and to learn how easily our plans can be frustrated. Why? There is nothing on which the success of our plans depends which we have absolute control over. There is nothing therefore on which we can base the assurance of success but God's favor.
James 4:16 But now you rejoice in your boastings.(hey! I made a lot of money buying inexpensively and selling at an unconscionable profit:.Mark 10:15). All such rejoicing is evil.

James 4:17 Therefore to him that knows to do good.(knows he or she should be good and should be doing good unto others {Proverbs 13:12} because he or she knows right from wrong in dealing with others).and doesn't.(consumed by greed), to him it is sin.(what does sin here mean?).

James 5:1.Go to now, you corrupt rich men.(1Timothy 6:17), weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
Why would this happen?.Romans 2:5 "But because of your hardness and impenitent heart you've treasured up to yourself wrath you'll see on the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God."
And that is now.
James 5:2,3 Your riches are corrupted and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered.(corrupted).and the rust of them shall be a witness against you and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. You have heaped treasure together for the last days.

James 5:4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, cries and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
The evil ones have devious ways to pay you and get it all back from you, effectively leaving you no further ahead as you work through the years of your life.
James 5:5,6 You have lived in pleasure on the Earth and been wanton. You have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. You have condemned and killed the just and he does not resist you..(tries to do the best he can under the oppressiveness, why?)

James 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the Earth and has long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

James 5:8 Be you also patient. Stablish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord draws nigh.
Where's He coming to? prepare spiritually for more of the supply of the nature of the Creator to be in you.
James 5:9.Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest you be condemned. Behold, the judge stands before the door.
Don't be at loggerheads with another. What you wish for another you also bring upon yourself:.1Thessalonians 5:13 "....be at peace among yourselves." James 3:18 "And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace." Matthew 5:9-16 "Blessed.(original for word 'blessed' is 'happy').are those who make peace.(*), for this shows they are sons of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake. Blessed are you, when men shall revile you and persecute you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely...for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. You are the salt of the Earth. You are the light of the world. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works." Matthew 18:3 "... Except you be converted and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven." 1Corinthians 14:33 "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace..." Leviticus 19:18 "You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but you shalt love your neighbour as yourself..."

Matthew 22:35-40.

James 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of God, for an example of suffering affliction and of patience.
James 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering.(original 'experienced').affliction.(original of the compound word is 'living life', used by the Greeks in either a good or bad sense; we're not to suffer {Luke 6:38} through life:.1Peter 2:21).and of patience.
James 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure.(original for word 'endure' is 'abide'). You have heard of the patience of Job and have seen the end.('the end' means the overall purpose of).of the Lord.(the purpose of why the Lord); that the Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy.
God has great emotional kindness toward us and always had:.Deuteronomy 5:29; Ephesians 2:7; Titus 3:4.
James 5:12 But above all things, my brethren, swear not.(Matthew 5:34), neither by heaven, neither by the Earth, neither by any other oath. But let your yea be yea and your nay, nay; lest you fall into condemnation.
In other words, be accurate in what you say. Let what you say be exactly how it is or was. nother may attempt to pick holes in what you said, but that's just the way of ordinary consciousness thinking; Be true to your word to those seeking the truth to benefit the matter at hand. But what if some corrupt murderous type of so-called authority is not seeking the benefit of others?

Your mouth can get you into a lot of trouble:.Psalms 106:33..(?) And get you out of trouble:.Philippians 4:8. Keep your word by doing what you say, after you've thought if you should even say it.

James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.(Colossians 3:16).

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church.(those ones may deem as being mature spiritually).and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil.(prayer, anointing and oil only?).in the name of the Lord.

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
James 5:15 And the prayer.(the original meaning involves 'the prominent thought is that of boldness and freedom in approach to God').of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up and if he have committed sins, they shall be.("shall be" not in original; inserted for clarity in reading, but does slightly change the tenor; better if it had said: 'they are forgiven').forgiven him.
James 5:16 Confess.(about confessing:.Luke 12:8 notes).your faults one to another and pray one for another, that you may be healed.(Job 42:10). The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous one avails much.
What's a 'righteous' one mean?
James 5:17 Elias.(Luke 4:23-30).was a man subject to like passions as we are and he prayed earnestly.(word 'earnestly' not in original Greek).that it might not rain and it rained not on the Earth by the space of three years and six months.(compare.1Kings 17:1)..(?)

James 5:18 And he prayed again and the heaven gave rain and the Earth brought forth her fruit.

James 5:20 Let him know, that he which converts the sinner from the error of his way saves a soul from death and hides a multitude of sins.
James 5:20 Let him know, that he which converts.(he or she who is instrumental perhaps through prayer {Matthew 6:6} and meditation in awakening him or her to being a better individual, that is, instrumental in getting him or her to move from low consciousness and onto the pathway of higher consciousness).the sinner from the error of his way.(walking the normal way of selfishness the ego puts out from its ordinary consciousness base, hurts us down the road the longer we stay on that low road of life:.Galatians 6:8).saves a soul from death.(death is where the lower road of life takes an individual toward his end, because the open doors toward the pathway of it allow for influencing by the dark side).and hides.(covers, how?).a multitude of sins.
