-Matthew
22:30 Does fornication to mean 'no sex before marriage' and if you
do, then its called fornication. And what about the word 'marriage'? Does
it mean 'a wedding ceremony' and does adultery mean 'having sex with someone
married'. Is this from the Bible?
And, will we
be able to enjoy sex in the Kingdom Of God?.Mark
12:25.
And,
can
angels marry and reproduce in their human form?
Some believe.(accept
as true).Matthew
22:30 and Mark 12:25 as definitive
information regarding a sexless Kingdom of
God. Christ had taken all bad things upon Himself when He was nailed
to the cross.
Sex is an expression of one's
heartfelt feelings for another.(see
'Mating').
It's part of the highest form of expression we know, which is love and
it's also part of the lowest, that of lust
and hurt.
There are many scriptures
in the New Testament regarding how 'much more' Christ wants us to be blessed.
Look them up. You can get free the
resources to be able to do so.
It says in these verses.(Matthew
22:30 and Mark 12:25).that
we don't marry.(the
original for the word 'marry' is 'to decide toward a definite end', for
example: to decide that you'll live with a person whom you may be in
love with). The scripture does
not say that we cannot enjoy the pleasures of sex then.
The Creator takes
nothing away that is good.(Romans
11:29).from
those who have learned what it means to love:.Ephesians
6:8 "Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man does, the same shall
he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free." Psalms
34:8 "O taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the man that
trusts in him." Psalms 145:9
"The Lord is good to all and his tender mercies are over all his works."
1John
2:8-11 "Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true
in him and in you, because the darkness is past and the true light now
shines. He that says he is in the light and hates his brother, is in darkness
even until now. He that loves his brother abides in the light and there
is none occasion of stumbling in him. But he that hates his brother is
in darkness and walks in darkness and knows not where he's going, because
that darkness has blinded his eyes."
1John
4:20 "If a man say, I love God and hates his brother, he is a liar,
for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God
whom he has not seen?"
The Great Infinite Intelligence,
the architect of the universe and all in it, only adds:.Luke
12:31,32; Lamentations
3:25 "The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that
seeks him.(or,
wants to be as He is, because one is convinced that there is no other way
to really be happy with potential, than by being loving. God knows love
better than any of us:.1John
4:8,16)."
He wants
our
joy to always be full:.John
16:24;
1John 1:4.
He too
is that way. After He
rose from the dead,
Emmanuel
could still enjoy food, fellowship, etc.:.Acts
10:41 "Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen
before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after
he rose from the dead.".God
is
good.
The Creator can work things
out so good comes to you, as He worked out for Abraham.
The lessons
of even the Old Testament are for
us today.
Genesis
12th chapter tells us about Abraham
and Lot.(the
story of lot and his incestuous.offspring:.Genesis
19:30-38), nephew of Abraham:.Genesis
11:27.
Abraham was told by God to
go to a new area:.Genesis
12:1,4,5. Abraham wanted company. So he took his nephew, Lot and his
wife, who turned into a pillar of salt:.Genesis
19:12-26.
A conflict
developed between Lot.(Genesis
19:30-38).and
Abraham's men:.Genesis
13:7. Abraham, being the generous peacemaker that he was, offered a
solution of giving up half of what God had given him:.Genesis
12:7; 13:8,9. Abraham offered
to take what was left and gave Lot the first choice. Abraham trusted God
that whatever would be, would be. Mostly in his life Abraham would
see God in things.
Because God was with Abraham,
this situation with Lot worked out better in the long run:.Genesis
13:14-17. It's important to know God has accepted
you fully too and is with
and in you.
-Matthew
22:30.I understand
fornication to mean 'no sex before marriage' and if you do, then its called
fornication. I also understand 'marriage' to mean 'a wedding ceremony'
and adultery to mean 'having sex with someone married'. Is
this from the Bible?
And,
will we be able to enjoy sex in the Kingdom Of God?.Mark
12:25.
We have been brought up to
believe that fornication means 'no sex before marriage'. That is what religious
people have believed.
See 'Fornication'
for its meaning. See 'Marriage' for
its meaning. See 'Adultery'
for its meaning.
-Can angels, when
in human form, cohabit
with humans and reproduce in their human form as it seems to indicate in
Genesis
6:2?
-Matthew
24:12 What is the iniquity that shall abound?
Iniquity is lawlessness and
unrighteousness. What New
Testament or new
covenant laws could Emmanuel have been referring to?.Matthew
22:36-40; 1John 2:6-11; 3:23;
Hebrews
8:10.
Now to more deeply delve
into the answer to this question, it is important to read on the subject
of just what righteousness
really is
and to be aware of the second of the two great commandments as mentioned
in Matthew 22 above.
It soon becomes clear that
the base of iniquity is SelfIshNess
which causes care and concern for others to dwindle.
Selfishness
is apart from the way of love.
Many people do not realize
they have righteousness as
a gift, a good reason then for not being selfish:.2Peter
1:7-9.
The main point being that
selfishness.(concern
with the self to the point of exclusion of actions
of compassion toward others).kills
the attitude
of care and concern.
-Hebrews
2:9 What does it mean Emmanuel had to 'taste death for all of us'?
It was all part of the
purpose the Father had for Emmanuel.
-Matthew
5:3 What does 'poor in spirit' mean?
An attitude of humility,
as opposed to an attitude of being rich in spirit, that meaning, being
pride
filled, a 'me first' attitude, a self
righteous manner, an individual not sensing a need for a
relationship with God, with all that means including love for others.
A lot of people trust in
money and have not yet reached the place in their existence on Earth where
spiritual concerns supersede
physical identifications:.Matthew
19:23.
Barnes
Notes: the word blessed means happy, referring to that which produces
felicity
from whatever quarter
it may come.
The word 'blessing'
tracing it back further has other not so nice derivations.
-Matthew
19:17 and Mark 10:18 say there
are none that are good, only Creator-God. Surely, if God is in us, then
we too are good.
Of course! Emmanuel
was saying in
effect, that apart from high consciousness, that is, being of those
of the ordinary low consciousness, none are good:.Psalms
14:1-5.
And why
is it that those of this ordinary consciousness lack the goodness that
is typical of
those of high consciousness?
-1John
2:15 What does it mean to."love
not the world", and/or not be friendly with
the world as it says in James 4:4
and 2Corinthians 6:17.
Good to have a look at the
word 'world' first. Then realize it is the
corruption that we are wise
to escape:.2Peter
1:4. The ways of the
mass
mind of humanity are selfishness and this because of our
egos. James 4:5 tells us what
the world is that verse 4 is referring to.
We are to instead be of a
higher consciousness: 2Corinthians
7:1. If we could just master these
4 things, most of our problems would vanish.
Does the Creator want us
to have nothing to do with those who are not Christian?
Of course not! It's talking of the things that the 'world' does,
the things that come out of the
mass mind of humanity, which are by
and large negative and hurtful and produce
negative
results in men and women's lives.
It's talking about greed
and worldliness generally:.Matthew
6:24 "No man can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one
and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other.
You cannot serve God and mammon.(you
can't be of higher and lower consciousness; you either live by love or
live by selfishness; mammon is expending energy not for spiritual gain,
but for greed of money, greed
of gain and the things money will allow a person to do and purchase in
maintaining one's life course; the principles of the world which can consume
one while he strives to gain independence for selfish existence and remaining
aloof
of spiritual matters regarding his
soul)."
Spiritual individuals should
have a much higher standard than that. Christians
and other spiritual persons should be rich so they can be a light
to the world, showing others how great it is to use what the Infinite Intelligence
has designed for use so everyone can get what
they want and need for life. Compare these world
things.
Spiritual individuals need
to inspire those in the 'world'.(John
8:12), those who are still under
the influence of what influences the minds of most of humanity. And, what
is that? Persons who are not yet spiritual, generally have little effective
hope:.Romans
5:2-5; Ephesians 1:18; Colossians
1:27; Titus 1:2; 3:7.
That is why suicides and why
many just cannot cope
and virtually give up,
becoming the walking 'dead'.
Creator-God and His promises
for us all is where the hope of spiritually minded people resides:.Jeremiah
17:13 "..... God is, the fountain of living waters." Joel
3:16 ".....God will be the hope of his people and the strength
of the children of Israel."
John
7:38.
-John
11:26 What did Emmanuel mean when He said we would never die?
The original
Greek is."shall
not die forever":.John
6:50-58. An individual may die, but if He has accepted
Christ into his heart, he is guaranteed
to live again. But, what about the rest?
But, an individual
doesn't have to experience what we call death.
-Luke
20:35 and Mark 12:25 Is Emmanuel
saying, that to be in His realm
that we should not have a sexual partner of the opposite sex? And, can
angels marry and reproduce in their human form?
Emmanuel was making it clear
that in having a partner for life on Earth is one thing, but in eternal
life and to gain eternal life, this is not necessary. It's talking about
those who view the physical life as the 'be
all, end all', talking about people who do all they can to lock themselves
into all they know.(close-minded),
which can be very limited in scope.
And, all the non thinkers seem to be in the know about is what they see
and experience on Earth. To them this is all there must be, so 'let's make
the best of it' they figure, 'let's get married and then we'll have security',
etc. They are basically the ego motivated ones who fail to see far off:.Ecclesiastes
7:24; Lamentations 3:17. Because
they fail to see far off, they are far off themselves:.Ephesians
2:13 "But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are made
nigh
by the blood of Christ."
Once resurrected, relationships
continue, but marriage.per
se, is not part of the picture. And this because, even though they
can come back to the physical as Emmanuel himself did, they may or may
not want to again establish the
relationship necessary to produce another family.
The time will come for human
life as we know it to move on:.1Corinthians
2:9. But what
about having the pleasure of sex? Did God create sex to deprive you
of it later? Of course not!
In the realm
of the kingdom of the Creator where all
have been resurrected and there is no longer what humans call death,
there will be relationships, but no need for marriage to provide the important
solid foundation for bringing up children, as it's then a new world, a
spiritual world, where the physical world is seen to be what it was for,
having children, teaching them and learning the important spiritual things
yourself.
Once in the spiritual realm
all we'll see is spiritual, all are frequencies of vibrations of different
configurations
and the physical stuff was only what we called physical because of how
we, when physical, were made.
We sensed
solidity because of how we were made. We then saw physical life as
birth time, growing up time, having friends, securing a partner, having
children,
thus
starting another generation.
We saw our children grow
and eventually getting along on their own. We helped where we could and
as time marched onward we grew along with our generation of experienced
ones. We've seen some of them pass on and we felt this time is coming for
us as well:.Ecclesiastes
3:1-12. But it could have been
different if we had known.
-Genesis
2:8 What was the location of the Garden of Eden?
Comprised with.Easton's
Bible Dictionary: It has been sought for in elevated and central
regions, the heights of which would give rise to various rivers flowing
off in different directions through lower grounds to their outlets:.Genesis
2:10-14. Such a region exists in the high lands of Armenia, west of
Mount Ararat and 5,000 feet above the sea. Mount Ararat.(map).is
in Turkey's eastern highlands and rises in two peaks; the highest, Great
Ararat is 16,854 feet.(5137
meters).and
is perpetually
snow covered. According to the Old Testament, Noah's ark landed on Mount
Ararat after the deluge:.Genesis
8:4.
Here, within a circle but
a few miles in diameter, four large rivers rise:.Genesis
2:10-14. They were called Pison.(renamed
to Phasis & also called the Halys),
Gihon.(renamed
to Araxes), Hiddekel.(renamed
to Tigris).and
the Euphrates.(the
name not having been changed).
TThe original words 'in Eden'
in Genesis 2:8, should have been 'on Eden' as the entire Earth was called
Eden. Note.Genesis
2:10.
